Rang the store today hoping that I might get some help I was after a Shoe rack I was put on hold for 6 minutes then got hung up on so I ring back got told they didn’t have any later that day I rang was speaking to a different staff member who also said sorry we haven’t got any so me being me went down to the store and guess what they have heaps and how funny the first staff member Serve me at the register I actually said to her that I’d already rang today and got told that you didn’t have any funny and I come down here and look what I found I told her it’s not very good customer service

Pretty much the same as any Reject shop. Customer service is good and the checkouts are manned quickly as required Situated in the Sorell Woollies centre there is adequate parking and toilets. The merchandise is of a lesser quality but is reflected in the very cheap prices.

I visit it weekly very great items and very low prices I just wish I had a heaps of money I would buy the whole stationery aisle as I love stationery and I am a regular customer there
