A disgrace I can never forgive them for accusing my husband of handling counterfeit money ... he was 80 and one day out of hospital with brain and lung cancer ... we were chased down by the shop assistant and security... photos taken ... bank confirming our money was fine ... my husband passed away not long after ...his life shortened by this event ... never forgive them ..,,should have been handled better than to not only accuse but to chase us down ... it it was counterfeit we would have made a quick exit ... not gone back to the bank ... hang your head in shame and train your staff better

The Reject Shop Brandon Park Visited on 5/3/2021 I come this shop to browse. On occasions when I look for phone/computer cables or other accessories. Not all time these compatible products will give the desired performance. When I return the goods, the staff just refunds my money with no question asked. The are many other things sold here at reasonable price, eg. bottled drinks, snacks, confectionery, stationery, gardening tools and related things, cosmetics, kitchenware, batteries, clothing, etc. The bright red and yellow sign is very eye-catching. The shop is bright and clean.

Quilt was placed on hold for me on Sunday, for a Tuesday morning pick up. When I went on Tuesday, the quilt wasn’t there & staff blamed the cleaners moving it. Staff wasted my time pretending to look for the quilt & were actually doing everything else BUT looking for my quilt. In the end, staff admitted a member thought it was a mark-down & put it back in the shelf, so somebody else bought it. I was late for work because of the hold up… don’t waste people’s time. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Used to be, you would go to this store, knowing you could purchase decent quality goods which were rejected due to 'slight' imperfect or iffy printing or incorrect quantity. Machine/factory rejects. NOW THE stores are mostly comprised of items which all of the big name stores have rejected because it's just JUNK! and not a profitable option.

A one stop shop for all the basics. Cigarette lighters are cheap, stationary and pens are cheap - although they run out of ink quickly. Laundry washing powder is often cheaper than the supermarkets and its good brand name stuff, as well as most kitchen cleaning accessories. Also good for cheap biscuits and chips.

The prices really aren't that much less than the supermarket, in fact at times they can be more expensive. However, they also sell a number of products in the food isles, stationary, cards, celebratory isles and so on that isn't available in other stores.

Love this shop. There items are bit different from what you will get anywhere else. Also the prices are very reasonable. Really like shopping over here. On A casual visit, you will select an item.

Excellent customer service. It's nice to see this when other big placed like Kmart are cutting on their staff and service level is declining. Keep it up guys

Great bargains. Really nice clean store. Has lots of toys, great gifts , beautiful planters and pots. Lots of cards and knick knacks for bathrooms.

Heaps of useful affordable product, the best laundry liquid for $3.95, does a family of five for two to three weeks and smells amazing.

Prices aren't always cheaper but still found lots of bits and pieces that we could not find elsewhere. Some stores better than others.

If you've been there but didn't shop any things you have to stay in line to find the way out. It was good before but now is not .

It's a bit of an Aladdin's Cave. Found gear for our crafting. New crisps to try and Oz Day flags. We love coming here.

Very good ,but needs more checkouts open there is 4 or so there they could have 2 in theses covid times, …

Ace paid half price on 10 items spent 33.50 instead of 55-70 maybe 100 fillers if your paying top price

Can generally find things that I need or cards gifts etc. Kids love it for craft stuff.
