Honestly the checkout girl Tiara was absolutely disgusting with her behaviour. She was having trouble scanning an item with a yellow clearance sticker and instead of calling the manager for help she asked us “did you put the sticker there yourself?”. Honestly we were so shocked and said no why would we? Ask the manager for help if you can’t scan barcodes, that’s for them to do!. We told her directly that’s the most offensive thing she can say to a customer. Accusing them of putting labels on! Heaps of items had yellow items which were already there in their clearance area! She replied she asked customers before and they didn’t get offended. We said we will complain to her manager for her disgusting unacceptable behaviour then she got scared and said sorry. Honestly sorry isn’t good enough and we told her that too. She accused honest customers of putting clearance stickers themselves. It’s visible the things are damaged and for sale in that condition with yellow sticker. People like Tiara should get sacked honestly.

5 stars for the manager. She was so nice and honoured a price that another reject shop had for an item. I simply asked do some stores run promotions for additional discounts. She offered to match it. Awesome stuff. Dropped a star for the cashier girl. She seems angry at life and attitude. Not sure if she's injured herself and sitting down is part of her rehabilitation which didn't look very ergonomic. It was very sloppy and unwelcoming. Having read a different review, it may be the same person.

Went in over the weekend to buy some drinks for a party. I must say, the customer service was beyond excellent. The young man serving me, I believe his name was Hamza treated me with the utmost respect and warmth that a senile man such as myself deserves. Will be stopping by next weekend too, I hope I receive the same quality of service as Saturday. Well done to Hamza and the team for what you have achieved. 10 stars!!

This is the cheapest convenience store, every thing is one or two dollars. Anyone can afford to buy the product here. I do my Christmas shop here, mainly Christmas cards and trees is what I buy here. The customer service is always good, the staff are very helpful. The have almost 100 stores in Australia. The profit is very high.

I can't believe they are cheaper than Kmart and myers .... >_< exact items too. same made-in-china imports , but cheaper. and funny thing is I found one flower vase in myers and i saw the exact identical one in the reject shop.... sad day when Myer sells the exact same items as reject shop and has a $50 mark up ....

Budget friendly, have lots of item choices that mostly people use ( bathing needs like soap, shampoo choices, toilet paper, etc ) toys, snacks, b'days party items including wishes card, mostly anything really, quite complete, cosmetic thay have too... You might want to check this store if you need to buy gifts

4 stars is for a very friendly and pleasant service of staff Stephanie who attended to us. First and only staff who is cheerful and looks happy at what she's doing. Could have been 5 if other staff are the same. Please commend Stephanie, she is an asset to your Reject Shop Eastgardens.

Just left here and the service is disgusting. Unlike Roselands they don't even pack your bags for you just throw them there and you must put all goods in yourself and I was the only customer there wasn't even like they are busy. Pathetic customer service.

Like it. They're very cheap and basically stock anything you can think of. Of course you wouldn't go here if you're looking for quality but saying that there's many stuff which are quality and cheap.

Cheap cheap cheap, You can find anything there, maybe not high quality but it will work well. Employees are okay. only the thing is the place is not so organized. Make it more organized please :)

Got lots of bargains to choose. Anything from screwdrivers to cans of soup. You just don't know what to buy. Go there and check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed.

I was a regular here before Covid era. Today, i returned back here after long. To me, it seemed they are short of products and deals. Hope things turn for good soon.

This shop is a winner. Whatever you need, you will find it. Organized, fun and a treat to shop, I always leave with an armfull of usefull items.

Love going here. Nearly always find things I can use particularly for activities for children and bathroom products. Very reasonably priced.

Some of the items are really cheap: cheaper than coles and wollies. I recommend visiting these guys and you may find yourself a good deal
