A nice big room with comfortable beds. Clean and bright. A great shower. Friendly staff. Good food in the Bistro. As there was a party on Saturday we were offered a 10% discount on our room and a $30 bistro voucher to compensate us for the noise. We thought it was one night only, turned out to be Friday and Saturday. Not happy. At the room rate they charge fresh milk and breakfast would have been appropriate. They also don't make up the room, hence the photo but I now understand as an inn they are basically a pub with rooms and I probably expected too much. I recommend you don't stay Friday or Saturday nights if you're likely to be disturbed by the noise levels from dance music (doof doof). Also, there are small steps everywhere so if you have mobility issues this may be a problem plus they lock the garden bar doors early, which cuts off the shortcut to the rooms. We had to walk around the outside of the building to get to our room. Bottom line all these things were minor inconveniences but at $200+ a night I expected better. My fault. I didn't do enough research. Would I go back? Probably not.

Nicely renovated. Clean and well maintained. Lots of thought went into creating comfortable accommodation but little things were missed like teaspoons and tumblers. All minor.

The Bistro was excellent. Extensive menu. Very busy. Good food.
The Richmond Inn is a fantastic venue for any Hawkesbury Locals (or people from out of area) looking for a gorgeously aesthetic place to catch up for a meal or drinks, thanks to their friendly staff, delicious food options and a great kids play area (complete with ball pit!) We were very impressed with the lovely design of the venue with many different seating areas both indoors and outdoors, each with a different look and feel. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and we really appreciated their suggestions on food and drink options, along with the slushies they made out kids! The Family Area with adjoining kids play room is fantastic; it allows you to eat and relax whilst knowing your kids are nearby, safe and enjoying themselves at the same time. Every meal we’ve eaten here so far has been delicious and fairly priced; we’ve been very impressed with the menu as a whole and look forward to returning and trying more options soon! The only potential negative would be that the carpark is very small and not equipped to deal with a large number of patrons. This means either parking in the McDonalds carpark across the road, or in the Richmond Marketplace carpark adjacent. This isn’t a huge issue as there are usually a fair number of free spaces in either of these car parks but obviously isn’t ideal, and is something to be wary of if you’re bringing small children.
I have never ever felt so disrespected in my life. On the 5th of November, I had an encounter with one of the security guards. I have grown up in the Hawkesbury, been to the venue multiple times for different occasions. Ie, birthdays, Christmas, Easter and family dinners. A regular patron. Always enjoyed my time until that night. Never ever have I been spoken to the way the security guard spoke to me that night. I understand moving people along when they are intoxicated; causing a scene or doing things to disrupt the venue or make a bad reputation. But for someone that had already left the venue, saying goodbye to someone that was in the smokers and moving on, to be called a “fat B****” from there security is not okay, and absolutely disrespectful. They should remain professional no matter the circumstance. I contacted the venue multiple times about the incident and still no update or communication from them. This is now a month later. Very disappointing to say the least.

Went in for my wife’s birthday lunch and had a great time. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. We had won a $75 voucher that the Ricki Inn had gifted to my child’s pre-school. The staff were more than happy to spilt the voucher over a couple of drinks purchases and meals which made it super easy. The food was amazing, well priced and was prepared within good time. The kids area is great. My daughter and her friends loved the ball pit. Only four stars however due to the facilities. The bathrooms were quite dirty with very wet floors, toilet seats were broken in both toilets that I used and the soap dispensers were also broken in the male and accessible bathroom. This is just an attention to detail issue and I’m sure they’ll be fixed in due course. Overall, a great experience and will be back again for sure. Thanks Ricki Inn.
We found the Richmond Inn by accident when planning an Easter Roadtrip. It is nice and close to the Blue Mountains, if you are visiting Scenic World. The room was perfect .. the bed, quilt and pillows were heavenly. Super clean, with the Manager and all the staff friendly and helpful. Of course we ate there too ... The Cajun Prawn Tacos and the House Smoked Chicken wings were standout dishes. The noise from the pub didn't cause any disturbance to our room. Great place to stay and eat.

Was here with the family on Fathers Day which was really nice. There was plenty to do for the kids (face painting, mini putt putt golf, a kids play area etc. etc.) The food quite was nice too (onion rings, spicy calamari, the fathers day box, the tacos etc.) and came out together which is always good. The live music - guitarist was quite friendly and played some good tunes too! The weather was amazing too! All in All a great Fathers Day!

Poor events management. They weren’t up front about hidden costs. When first booking we were told we could bring desserts for an event. We spoke to a second person (the events manager) and we let them know we would be bringing desserts. There was no issue with this. Today we were forced to pay a fee “too have desserts displayed”. We were told to pay $325 with no prior notice or discussion. We were also reminded constantly that “we were booked by mistake and shouldn’t have been there”. Unprofessional, would not visit again. Highly recommend you DONT book here!

I have been here 2x to eat and both times the food was disgusting, dry and overcooked The first time I went there I got a burger and the patty was like charcoal. That is all I could taste. It was dry and had no flavour at all. The bun was deteriorating every time I picked it up I got it with mash and the mash was flavourless as well and very plain Tonight I got the parmigiana and the schnitzel was lovely everything else on top was disgusting. I thought I'd give you a second chance but you once again failed to impress. I won't be coming here for dinner or lunch again. Plus the food is so overpriced
We stayed here on Anzac day. Was really busy but the food was still amazing! The rooms are perfect and so well priced for the quality. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner so was dreading using hotel products but even they were great. There is a bit of noise being right next to a busy pub but my 11 month old and 2 year old slept all the way through the night so unless you're a light sleeper, you wouldn't even notice! Will 100% book here again.

Booked a table for 6pm earlier on in the week, when we arrived Saturday night it was crazy packed, looked everywhere for our table only to find a heap of people sitting on it. Tried to talk to bar staff but we couldn’t even get to them as it was that busy. Walked outside to get the rest of our friends and got told by security to line up again even after we had gotten a stamp. Security then told us they were at max capacity. Told them that we had booked and they said there was nothing they could do and too bad. Ended up going home and got take out for my birthday, absolute joke
The Chef is brilliant, honestly the best Pub feed in Australia, You'd think that You were eating in a 5 star restaurant. We had ribs Friday lunch for $20 and they were the best ribs I've ever eaten, then Our Daughter took Us on Saturday evening and We had surf and turf and I am so happy that it was as good as the ribs. Went with our daughter today, she had steak, it was the worst ,couldn't even cut it, we had schnitzel and i think they sliced it so thin there was only crumbs. Never eating here again.
We ordered Nachos for a meal - I didn't realise it was vegetarian on the menu, but was very good to eat, thanks. We were the only people in the large, semi-outdoors eating area for over an hour - and had to tolerate Thugby League analysis on the big screen. At the foothills of the blue mountains, where I see more cyclists than push-and-fall-over, sorry - footballers, why not show highlights of TdF, or Tour Down Under. Or dynamic rock-climbing videos? Please? :)

The pub name itself may not sound so fancy, but it's truly a pleasant surprise in the western suburb. Good vibe even for Sunday evening. The menu is your typical pub fair, lovely prepared and delicious. But we were mostly impressed by the beer garden which is also dog friendly. The staff were not only nice and friendly but the small touch like, took the initiatives providing a food bowl for our puppy, and offered to bring the meals and cutlery to our table. Will definitely come back
We ate here last night, sat outside in the new outdoor area. Great design and styling. Water mist sprays were cooling for a warm night. Pet friendly which was what we needed as we had our dog with us. Food was delicious - we had the special duck salad and classic burger. Meals are decent size. As we waited for about 45 mins for our meals they gave us free drink vouchers which was a surprise and appreciated. Will be back

They have THE best food around, super friendly and helpful staff, and its looking amazing since the renos!! So much more open, bright and inviting!! Love that you are allowed dogs in the beer garden (as long as they stay under/next to the table and on a leash). They've made it a super family friendly pub that I look forward to visiting again, the kids room is also a great addition!!

I've been here a few times since the Reno. The food has progressively got worse. The steak sandwich could be mistaken for cardboard these days. Tonight was disgraceful. Pasta of the day was chicken which came out with a small bone and a hair. The steak sandwich was cold and tasted distinctly like gas. Would recommend other pubs that a closer by. Good luck providing this type of service in a small town. I wish I didn't have to allocate a star
I had a function there and it was amazing! It was so easy to organise and Paula was very accommodating and helpful! The staff on the day were great and the food came out hot, fresh and delicious! The grazing station set-up on arrival was beautiful and had a fantastic selection of foods. Paula and the staff did an outstanding job! Myself and the guests had a great time and they all commented on how delicious the food was.
I live nearby so only come here for food and drinks. Pretty chill pub but can get busy and loud on the weekend. Food is not bad but not awesome. There’s a $15 jug night every Saturday night which is pretty nice if you want cheap cocktails-ish. Lining up for drinks can take awhile Cz there’s not much space for lining up…? Some customers are rude and just cutting the line etc

What an absolute Gem. My partner took me here for lunch on a Saturday and I look forward to returning asap. Friendly helpful staff, lots of different seating locations both indoor and outdoor, well stocked bar and good food. We had the fish tacos and fried chicken. Both dishes came out fresh and well executed. Excellent place for food, drinks and socialising.

friendly staff! great food. decently priced. very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. rustic themed. fairy lights. kids entertaining area with huge ball pit all undercover so wet weather proof (huge relief for us parents! lol) I would say more suitable for the little kids 3 upto 10 maybe. its only downfall is literally no parking available at the site, only a small strip that might fit 10 cars.
Recently moved to Richmond and was desperate for something other than Maccas. Walked in, ordered the bangers and mash with CC&Dry (on tap as well), and couldn't have been happier. Food has a home made vibe and is delicious, service was excellent (bar team was chill and happy to assist), and the overall feel of the place was great. Will be coming back again and again
Whether visiting relatives or just passing through, this place offers one of the most comfortable stays. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and the sound dampening from the beer garden makes for a relatively quiet nights sleep. Only downside would be the road noise, being next to a main road. Will definitely stay there again if I am back in the area.
Perfect service, warm friendly and lighthearted. Made to feel at home even as we ‘COVID’ checked in. Bar staff were switched on and had great senses of humour (thanks girls)! Meals were absolutely perfect and super quick- salt and pepper remained untouched. Great atmosphere. Absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you for a great experience.
Plenty of experience here over the past few years. Seems they have definitely dropped the ball in regards to food quality since the initial renovation. Some of the chefs are quite arrogant and look down through their nose at you even though they're the one's cleaning the crappers!

Don’t get the chicken schnitzel i got one for my partner and it was pink through the middle and they said it was cooked chicken goes white when cooked not pink they did not refund but yet like there customers going home feel sick and vomiting the next day honestly do not get anything form there food related
Food was good, unfortunately it is now a young person’s pub. The old chilled out pub that you could enjoy a meal with the family in a no rush quiet atmosphere has sadly gone. I know that’s business but it’s a shame that the only pub left in Richmond that was like this has now followed the inner city vibe
Absolutely love loved the new updated menu and renovations. Staff were absolutely amazing. The staff were walking around with platters of food to taste a genius idea. Our family ended up ordering our meal plus some of the platter food. Will definately be back. This venue is just what Richmond needs. ❤❤
The food, service and atmosphere is amazing but it really isn’t the venue to have dogs running around without a leash! For breakfast and lunch I understand but from 5pm onwards it’s really not appropriate.. ended up leaving straight after we ate because they were barking and running around our table.
The renovations are attractive but not practical. The seating on high stools is impractical for anyone vertically challenged or not between the ages of 15 - 35. The food was disappointing : salad now coleslaw swimming in mayo and frozen chips. Prices at least 50 percent more. I won't be going back
The waitress dropped a stack of plastic cups and patrons queuing up to buy beer and nearby tables helped to pick them up. Very friendly community. Eve of Anzac day was a blast with live music, face painting for children, children's play arcade and a great Sunday roast. Keep it up!
First time visiting this venue, first impressions were its nice even though there is little to no parking on-site. The wait for a drink at the bar is a task, staff are slow. Food is great from the bistro, pizzas however are average. RSA Marshall was also a rude peice of work.
My first time there and was pleasantly surprised. The decor was lovely. The food was good. I had Beef and Guinness pie. It was obviously home made and was delicious. The beer was over priced $9 a Schooner which I was told is expensive. Friendly staff. Would go there again
The place looks great after the rennovation. Its huge and is very cosy both inside and outside. The food is delicious and there are great deals like 2 for 1 pizzas and schnittys on given days. Staff are very friendly. We love the Inn so much that we are becoming regulars.
Newly renovated so looks good, lots of COVID breaches, staff where onto it but patrons just ignored them. Biggest gripe was all the vaping in the out door eating area, was not pleasant at all. But there is a plus side the food came out quick, fresh and yummy.
Really nice food. A step up from standard pub fare. Good sized meals kids enjoyed their meal. Had the roast pork special. Very generous servings

Beautiful pub in Richmond. Our visit was for a quick lunch and we were very happy with our experience. Jayden at the bar was very helpful and the food was delicious and well priced, even went for seconds of chicken tacos which are to die for.
Awesome atmosphere and heaps fun on a Friday and Saturday night, the Bartender Trinity was constantly friendly and always ready to help can't wait to come back and be served by her again

Bring back the old pub! Burger pattie disgusting, fish tasted like it had been frozen, no menus on tables, blow flies buzzing around on window pane, I had to wipe table down from previous patron and to top it all off....now dog

Wow. Talk about service meals are off the hook, customer service is the bomb why is everyone so happy Right down to security everyone is so happy. Lovely sit down meal just wow. Thank you guys.
Great food and atmosphere. Salt & pepper squid was average. Burger and hot wings delicious. Chips are fresh and well salted. Bar staff were personable and made you feel welcome. Great kids area too.
Lovely place. Great food and staff The outdoor chairs are a bit painful to sit on though. One of the chicken salads I had seemed to lack enough chicken for the price - otherwise I would rate more.
A really well styled pub with great food in the centre of Richmond. The staff were all so friendly and loved a chat when ordering which made the experience so much more personable and enjoyable.
Unfortunately the glass above the door let in too much light. The room was beautiful.

The Recent renovation was awesome. Thanks guys. Richmond needed a place line this. Relaxed, great vibe. High quality pub food and the best pizza in town. Our weekly staple.
