DO NOT SHOP HERE As you can see by the pictures included ,We purchased 2 toy horses from this store that were clearly marked $8.95 each. After paying the bill and getting the receipt we noticed that the horses rang up at $9.95 each. We asked the girl at the register about the difference because they were clearly marked $8.95 not $9.95. She told us there was nothing she could do because the prices are set in Las Vegas. We then asked to see a manager to which she responded she was the manager and there was nothing she could do. There is something we can all do NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE
We went into this store to look around while exploring the stockyards, and a family who did not speak great English were confused and making sure they got the right amount of change. After they left, an older blonde woman at the counter started spewing derogatory terms about them being “stupid foreigners” and speaking down on them. My mom spoke up and told her to stop, but she continued. We left immediately after. Don’t shop here if you don’t support this behavior. Hopefully there are adequate repercussions.
Traveled to Fort Worth for my birthday yesterday. We went shopping for a hat and stopped into this store. The two young girls working refused to put their phones down or give any customer service. When asked questions about product or the rodeo they seemed bothered/ annoyed. Disappointed in their attitudes and lack of hat sizes. ♀️ …
Woman sales person was very rude to me and my family.. especially my mother.. she shouldn’t be in sales… she didn’t make me want to spend any money in there..everywhere I was standing, she had to go and do something in… unpleasant experience and a real see you next Tuesday..

The lady working the counter was very kind. I like to collect stickers for my Hydroflask while traveling and the stickers here were rather cheap!
Your employee needs an attitude adjustment. Also a junk store
