If I had an option for 0 stars, that would have been the perfect score. Not a good shopping experience all together. There many other places you can buy from within Canada with good customer service. Placed an order and got email with tracking number after purchase. On the scheduled delivery date, status got updated and no information was showing later. Waited for 5 days after the initial delivery date that was mentioned in the initial email. Did not recieve any communication about the delay as well. Later when I called the contact# posted on the website, spoke to someone on the phone who directly blamed the courses services and said the product was waiting in their other warehouse and it wasn't their fault. When you run a business you don't run away when you have issues and blame other channel entirely. Own up to your mishap and see what can be done to improve the situation. I'm never returning back as a customer in near future. Not ideal way of doing business when you just don't care about your customers.

We purchased rug from onlile, and when the product arrived, it was very poor quality and thin than what we expected for price, we returned the product immediately on same day without usage but they charge us processing fee. Please don't buy from them, if you don't like the product and return it, you still have to pay for nothing. And who knows, maybe they do intentionally send cheap quality/used product to customers and charge them a processing fee for return the product. I would neither recommend this company to anyone nor buy from them again.

I recently purchased carpets from this place, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the selection process. The carpets are not only beautiful but also reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service, and affordable prices.

Timely delivery but very poor quality rug for price over $100 for medium size. Rug is thin and does not look exactly as advertised. Not happy with purchase but decided to keep it anyway as we would have to pay additional processing fee for returns.
