My experience at this salon was horrendous, honestly never had such a degrading experience in my life (my money didn't seem valuable to them as anyone else's) I came for a service just like everybody else. I left in tears, felt bullied & was utterly disgusted in the OWNERS approach to my problem when my hair was over bleached ( I went in wanting less then 1/4 head of baby highlights, left with full head and white hair & they toned it purple after I mentioned its not what I wanted). I have never been more humiliated. I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. Sadly I work next door & expected to be treated as you would a neighbor.

Thanks to Pierre and team, today has been the best, receiving so many compliments about my hair colour after my appointment with Pierre. Arriving in Australia from the UK I spent 2 years trying to find a hairdresser that I was happy with, Pierre was recommended, and 8 years later I would never go anywhere else. So professional and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit. Before I dreaded going to the hairdressers suffering with slight anxiety, now its a pleasure, it’s such a welcoming atmosphere. Very happy with my cut and full head of foils. I came to The Salon for the first time and saw Jodie who knew what to do with my hair even with my very vague description of what I was trying to achieve. The space is beautiful and has the best massage chairs. Highly recommend!!

Pierre has been cutting my hair for over 30 years! He’s the best in the business. Pierre is exceptional with short hair cuts. He and his wife Jodie have a beautiful salon with a great team around them. They also look after my daughters hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great salon in Double Bay! The team are so friendly and always have me feeling gorgeous when I leave. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fabulous new hair colour, cut or style!
