The worst service ever. I spent one night sleeping on the reception's sofa although I had a reservation. I've booked the apartment 15-17 June 2023. I've texted that I will arrive at 8pm approximately. I arrived at 8:15pm. There was no one in the reception. No one answered calls (32 calls from me and about 8-9 from other guests) and uncounted messages. Long story short, there were no staff from 8pm to 9am newt morning even though the check-in time is announced till 11pm. After they found me sleeping on the sofa in the next morning they suggested me a small discount. Next day I asked to help me with the taxi and... guess what? Noone answered me again! I've never met such awful and disgusting service. Even if there was state of emergency with the stuff or something has happened the hotel could at least make real apologies. Higly recommend not to book even a night in the hotel if you don't want to spend this night ine the hotel's corridor.

Massive two bedroom two bathroom stylish modern appartment in an old palazzo with large kitchen, lounge and excellent value for money. Super clean and excellent bathroom products! Could comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Excellent location, in the porto antico and old Genova city. Downside is no hotel reception, so you are kind of left outside on the road until you get let in or someone lets you in the building. Airconditioning was also kind of perfunctory and non-functional. They also come into your rooms daily - to do what I'm not 100% sure. Otherwise amazing.

BEL Hôtel particulier certes en plein coeur de Gênes ; mais pour l'accueil on repassera ! Vous n êtes pas accueilli, ni ..attendu! Il faut attendre que quelqu' un sorte de l immeuble pour avoir le droit d'accéder à l intérieur et avoir une petite chance de croiser une femme de ménage. On sent bien que le seul ressort de l opération , c est achat+ rénovation+location de meublés = rendement maximum ! D où peut être le nom de baptême de l immeuble : le Seven...% ! A part cette désagréable impression les apparts sont confortables.

Alquilamos uno para 6 personas, todo espectacular, todos los días te cambian las toallas, tiene Nespresso y te dejan las cápsulas, tiene lavarropas, tiene lavavajillas, cocina completa, tv Muy limpios. Tiene 2 ascensores Tiene una ubicación excelente, supermercado a 70 metros, a 250 metros del puerto y 300 metros del acuario. Es muy céntrico, tiene una plaza a 100 metros. A 300 metros del Metro. A 600 metros del funicular. Lo único flojo es el wifi que es muy lento

I went there because I am in Genoa . I come here at least once a year and was interested in their rentals. A man in the lobby told me if I didn't live there to leave. I was shocked. There was a cardboard cut out poster of information and a QR code that I wanted to copy so I could look it up online. If they haven't got anyone looking after the building I wouldn't want to stay there for my own safety. I wrote the company, The Seven, a note, but did not receive a reply.

Maravilloso!!! Las fotos no le hacen juicio a lo lindo y grande que son los apartamentos. Son muy cómodos, me sentí en casa. Lo único que nos complicó un poco fue el aire acondicionado ya que está programado a nivel central a 23 grados Celsius y para nosotros era mucho. La chica que nos recibió muy amable, nos ayudó a coordinar nuestro taxi de recogida. Lugar recomendado, cocina equipada para que puedas sentirte como en casa.

Sooo beautiful apartment, absolutely new, well equipped, high ceilings and extremely clean. Located in the VERY centre of old town, close to bars, restaurants and shops. The stair hall is is also amazing. It made my stay in Genova unforgettable. Check in was smooth and easy. Highly recommended! P.S. unfortunately have only pictures of the stair hall, but the room was absolutely matching the photos in the booking

Beautiful Apartment in the city centre with great location. Exceptionally well furnished and clean with everything you could need for a great stay. We had a small issue with a leak in the bathroom but this was quickly resolved by the team on hand who are prompt and professional.

Uno dei palazzi storici più belli di Genova, l’appartamento è veramente bello e funzionale, molto pulito e curato, la posizione è perfetta nel cuore di Genova a pochi passi dal porto antico e dall’ Acquario , ottimo anche il servizio privato di transfer Complimenti!!!

Responsables très accueillants qui ont le sens du commerce. Très bien situé dans la vieille ville, à deux pas des musées, de l'aquarium et de la cathédrale. Demandez un ticket de réduction pour le parking situé à côté du gallion.

Staff cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento grande, arredato molto bene e funzionale. Cucina attrezzata con anche lavastoviglie. Apprezzo molto di aver trovato l'acqua in frigo all'arrivo. Consigliatissimo!
