More than enough staff in the store but only 1 person on the checkout. I waited 20 minutes behind a woman who was seemingly arguing about the price of something and ended up putting down what I intended to buy and walked out (there was a line behind me of 4 people). I bought the shoes online from a different company instead.

This store is fine. We were not asked if we needed assistance and found ourselves digging through boxes trying to find missing shoes. It was a frustrating. If the staff is not approaching people for assistance due to covid, more effort needs to go into maintaining the organization of product on the shelves.

Huge selection and they usually have some great sales or deals. Lots staff around to help you and they are always friendly and helpful. Been here few times now and haven't had a bad experience once. The area (mall) it's located in is very busy on the weekends so I suggest going on the weekdays or evenings.

Having never shopped here previously, we were quite surprised at the stock of kids winter boots available! Was given $30 off our first purchase by signing up for their program. Only downside, is being hearing impaired, understanding the cashier was next to impossible with the screens.
