To whome may read this... please be warned this is my second pair of shoes I have order ( will attach photos) and they are ruined. Do not but online with this company! From the beginning I bought the first pair (blue and orange) and they arrived ripped and ruined. I ofcourse emailed and said that they were. Now, these shoes are no longer available so I was to return them and they would give a 10$ credit. I order a second pair of shoes ( red) and they are ruined as well! These are brand new products and they should never ever be shipped if they look the way they do. Now, you may say... well then just go into the store. However, the sizes that I need were sold out and only online. That being said, if a company is selling a product brand new it should be In good shape no matter online or in store. These shoes were a gift for the 2 children I babysit. They are vacation right now and I don't have enough time to return them AGAIN and have them back in time. So buyers, please don't buy online from this company.. you will be sadly disappointed. You work hard for your money and it should not be given to a company who gives ruined shoes.

Although you guys have a wide variety of shoes at reasonable prices my experience the other day was pretty bad. I was in the store for roughly 30-45 mins looking for shoes for myself with my 3 year old son with me. I was going through the shoes saying things like “mommy needs shoes for work” , “I’m not sure they have my size” ect There was an associate working pretty well right in front of me while I tried on multiple shoes and not once did she acknowledge me or ask if I needed assistance. Several other associates also walked past me without saying anything. I was appalled by the level of customer service I did not received. I did mention the to the associate that rang my purchase through and other than a simple “I’m sorry about that” she didn’t really seem to care. I would sooner go somewhere else to purchase footwear in the future.

There are 3 reasons that I will never visit this store again: -for some types of shoes, selection in the store is minimal compared to what is on the website -size selection on the shelf is poor (I wear size 10 and there were few available on the shelf when I visited the store) -both of the above were made far worse by the fact that the 4 employees who were present at the time spent the entire time that I was there clustered around the checkout complaining to one another about how much trouble other employees are -- I was unable to get their attention to receive assistance This store missed what could have been a guaranteed sale today, if their employees had cared to look after the customers.

Discourteous service without even a greeting at checkout and then downhill from there. Even writing this I shake my head with disbelief that people who choose to work in customer relations can treat their customers this way. In fact I was so stunned by the lack of service that Sameer gave my mother and I that I commented, "You must be in a hurry!?" His reply was ,"Yup," without eye contact, as he rang in my shoe protector purchase. As we drove away I was tempted to turn around and return the item, preferring to take my business elsewhere. Sameer, if you are reading this I hope you will be polite to your next customer, afterall they 'are' your business and you are a role model to your staff.

By far, the rudest customer service I have had anywhere. We brought our shoes to the cash. The person who cashed us out was fine, but she was joined by another employee (I believe her name was Harman) and started to take the shoes out of the box to check them. Because I am allergic to latex and she was wearing gloves, I stopped her and said, "oh not with the gloves". She said "that's weird". During covid whenever I preferred not to be served with the gloves, nobody ever made any insulting comments about it. They would just say fine and let me be served by someone else. I was not rude about it, I just preferred it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and SO RUDE!! I won't be back.

This is your pretty average shoe store, it doesn't scream designer it screams at a more realistic fast fashion price point. So don't expect to find "High End" names here. The parking is pretty fantastic, people are usually in and out within 20 mins. The location is pretty great, lots of places to visit. Staff as a whole are awesome. Every time i have gone in i get perfect service. They are friendly, speedy & overall it seems like they have a grasp on hiring people that fit their business. Size 14s are hard to come by and they usually have 13/14s in stock. You can't go wrong if you need a pair of shoes quickly!

This place has no idea what it takes to provide good customer service. I brought back a pair of shoes which I purchased 2 weeks ago. The shoe started peeling. I was told that it is normal wear and tear? The manager Holly has no idea how to help or understand a customer in a difficult situation. I paid over $90.00 for these shoes that didn’t last for two weeks knowing this She did NOT offer any help but simply said to contact manufacturer. I don’t know how a person like that can be called a manger who brushes customers off. I brought receipt and original box with packaging I was still refused.

**Returned a pair of shoes due to a defect, then found them back on the shelves being re-sold. The shoes were purchased on-line. I found the in-sole had been mis sewn and was raised slightly to one side. This was uncomfortable to wear. They were exchanged with another pair. I continued to shop in the store. No more than 10 mins had gone by and while looking through the clearance aisle I found them back for sale at the price I paid. Why would they even consider this? Sketchers is a great shoe brand. Why put out defective merchandise?

Great deals. I was greeted when I entered. Friendly staff didn’t hover or push but two people did offer help when I was deciding between two pairs of shoes. Busy place & appeared to be a little understaffed so might be easier to provide 5 star service if they weren’t so busy. Only one person on the til. No one answered the phone when I called ahead for stock but I found what I was looking for.

This store does what it takes to provide the best possible customer service ever! I’ve never had such a wonderful experience from shoes stores before until today! The variety of the store’s shoe items are of great quantity and quality. The staff are beyond excellent! They immediately helped me when I walked into the store. Shoutout to CHERI! You’re the best! Kudos to you!!!

I bought a pair of winter boots that were defective from another location. I call the shawville location and I was lucky to have talked to Lynne. Lynne spent the time to make sure I was happy. Lynne checked the boots then put them in the back for me. Picked up my boots and am very happy. Thanks Lynne

It's a shoe store. That said, if I ever find my self in the dire need of help, such as when being attached by a rabid wildebeest or other marauding fauna, this would be the place to go. It seemed that every sales person was itching with the unquenchable need to provide assistance.

I love the shoe company, they have a great selection... Especially the one in shawnessy,,, it's very large. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I've shopped in other stores and been disappointed and always end up back at the shoe company in shawnessy!

Brought my children here to get spring shoes on a Sunday afternoon. Was fairly busy store but we were approached and asked if we needed help within 2 mins. Sized both kids quickly and we were out within 15 mins.

Oh... Definitely visit and buy anything, without doubt you have reached the right place. This has all kinds of shoes you can imagine. Best quality and best price.

sales service was poor. apparently, the store was in transition with new inventory, and they ignore service altogether... cashiers were very helpful otherwise.

I think it would have been more helpful if the 3 employees standing at the front of the store chatting would have been trying to help the customers

Loads of choices and always some deal going on. Check this store before heading to Sport Check or Foot Locker. You might save some money.

If you look around you will get good deals on footwear.They have a good selection here and the staff is really helpful too.
