The staff here it’s amazing! Particularly Ria(hope im writing her name right) I know nothing about winter boots and what to look for when buying them. She gave me all the information I needed, tips for those winter boots, prices, discount information, EVERYTHING. At first I thought they wouldn’t have my size but they can place an order for it if they don’t have it in stock. Someone left on their review an explanation on how to get there through the scotia bank entrance and I was able to get there just fine. They are able to make price match but not with website like amazon, kijiji and so on, but in my case they had no problem to price match with the official shoe-brand website, but I would definitely double check with them. Again, Ria was so helpful and friendly I left feeling really well taken care of and will absolutely go back whenever i need to buy another shoe.

Store is located in the PATH Scotia Plaza concourse. NOT AT STREET LEVEL! It's easiest to enter from the Scotiabank building (the big, tall red one!) and head down the escalator. Once there, hang a left and walk to the end of the hallway marked "First Canadian Place" - the store is on the left hand side! If you hit Winners, you've walked in the OPPOSITE direction! They are located across from Lattitudes Hair Salon, Aroma Espresso Bar, and Playtime Toys. 20/10 definitely worth a visit if you're in need of shoes. And they carry kids/toddler shoes! It's so hard to find kid friendly shops in the heart of downtown. Also, did you know that if you LOVE DSW, they can order for you from in-store and ship it directly to your house, and shipping is FREE! Ask an associate in store, it's 200% easier than ordering online. :)

I've been shopping at this location for years and the service was always great. I'm not sure who these guys are today, but they seriously act like they do not want to be there. They were tucked in a corner on their phones. No "hello", no "May I help you?"....nothing...crickets. They completely ignored me the entire 20 minutes that I was there, and there was only one other patron in the store so they werent overwhelmed. They were silent until it was time to take my money and even then there was barely any interaction. What happened? This sucks!

Not easy to find in the PATH system, but if you call the staff will give you directions. I've been to a few locations and this one is my fave. They have a great selection of shoes for men, women and kids at really hard to beat prices. And although this is not what you'd call a full service retail experience the staff have always gone above and beyond for me. Anything they don't have in stock they'll find it online and have it shipped to your front door or your nearest Shoe Company. Really awesome staff at this location.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is always a joy to visit. They will place a special order for shoes if they do not have what you want in stock. I always leave feeling taken care of. Would recommend this location, even if you have to travel to get to it. Store is a little difficult to find if you’re not familiar with the PATH but a quick call to the store and the staff will offer directions or even come out to find you.

excellent! Staff at this store was super friendly to help me look for my size and recommended shoes for me. Although one particular shoes ran out of my size, but she was really helpful!! I bought that size from their online store later on, but the staff recommended my shoes size, which allowed me to pay online without hesitation!!

It's underground. Enter the Scotiabank building from the King entrance and take the escalator down. Immediately take a left and look for the sign that says First Canadian Place. The store is right behind the sign to the left hand side. Online prices seem to be better than store prices and the return policy is a bit of a headache.

When Walmart has better quality shoes than this place :(. I bought a pair of George dress shoes for almost $90 and they didn’t even last as long as the George dress shoes I bought from Walmart. These shoes lasted me 2 months not even and they ended up looking like this! Literally ripping at the seems

Okay shoe store for basic footwear. Styles are so-so. Don't expect to find anything unique or high quality. Shop only offers "safe" selection of designs. Women's selection is twice as large as men's. They also have a small selection of socks, scarves and handbags.

Terrible service, terrible hours. They open when everyone has to start work and close before everyone leaves. I stopped by and they were already closed! No idea how they even stay in business with those hours.

Nice selection of business casual shoes at a reasonable price. Be careful though, same brand but different models fit differently so you may want you may end up buying different sizes for different models.

Nice collection of shoes for reasonable prices, especially winter shoes with clear temperature ratings. I found Arctic Tracks boots to be nice while not being pricey. The staff is helpful and friendly too.

I bought these shoes I thought only old ladies wear. They are so comfortable and I don't care if I look like i should be feeding pigeons and eating All Sorts, these shoes are like wearing clouds.

The staff here are super helpful. I took someone there in a rush to look for shoes. The staff came to our rescue with amazing options. We left with 2 pairs of shoes and smiles.

Rude service by one of the women there who was sarcastic, laughing at me and dismissive when I tried to return an item. The gentleman was pleasant and did his best.

They need to have better business hours. Many people work Monday to friday. They don't open Saturdays and Sundays and they only open till 5
