This store stands out for its excellent customer service. Every single time we have shopped here, we had someone very attentive and polite help us. You do not get ignored in this store, and the staff makes sure they give you attention when you are looking for help. Today, we were taken care of by Mani, who was doing a fantastic job helping us as well as helping other people shopping in the store. He ignored no one, and was making sure the customers that needed help got the attention necessary. He helped with measuring feet size, with showing us the options available, and answering all the questions we had with so much politeness and patience. Plus, the shoes in the store are of high quality, so it is a favourite place to shop for shoes, especially for kids. Highly recommended!

Be careful buying here !!!! Just got a pair of sneakers which came defective. I went to the store 4 days after purchase and they denied of making me a refund/exchange due their “policy”. I was only left with a repair option (just to glue them back). Manager wasn’t in store and was advised to come back certain day to see what he could help me with. For that instance I would’ve just glued back my old ones instead of getting a “new” pair. Makes no sense.

Staff sitting on their phones, barely acknowledged us. I asked them to measure my kids feet and they didn’t even know where the foot measure was. Also enquired about a specific kids shoe which I saw heavily advertised on The Shoe Company’s social media, the lady said she is not familiar with it. The Stockyards location is way better, will go back to that one.

Shout out to the guy that asked me if I needed help one Sunday recently. He was the only employee in the whole mall that asked me. I was genuinely looking for shoes and appreciated his help even though I didn’t buy a pair. Thanks :)

Yet another bad reveiw for this store clearly the owners dont care was left on hold on the phone for almost 5 mins and i finally hung up and decided to stop by and was left waiting again so i walked out never again shoe company
