I only go to this mall for two reasons--the movie theatre and the Shoe Studio :). Have bought many pairs of shoes over the years, the selections and the prices are great! They have some branded shoes, e.g. Timberland, Keen, as well as their own. I bought a pair of burgandy boots (their own brand) a few years ago, wore them often, still in great condition and get compliments on them every now and then :) The owner is friendly, helpful, and informative. Highly recommended if you are looking for shoes and close by.

Amazing experience, i think it was the owner who helped us today, she knows her stuff very well, was so helpful. She had an amazing selection of some top name brands at competitive prices. Totally did not expect this. What a pleasant surprise to get such personal and knowledgeable service vs all the big box stores i went to earlier in the day. Bonus that we got to support a local business. Definitely give this place a try next time you need shoes I'll definitely be going back

Came by the shop today to get a pair of waterproof sandals. Couldn't be more pleased by the exceptional customer service by the lady who assisted me! She was so obliging and patient while suggesting different sandals, colors and sizes for me. I'm an indecisive person so I tried on the different shoes many times but she only seemed happy to wait for me. One of the best experiences I've had in a shoe shop or department. Would come back here again, no hesitation.

Had some issue with the pricing after I purchased a pair of Timberland boots and the owner recognized the mistake and was really nice about it. Refunded me the extra charges and even threw in a discount. I was really happy with the boots and will go back to check out more of the comfortable shoes they carry in the future. It shows the owner really cares!

Another great small business / shoe store to support. Super friendly and helpful service. Shop features a nice selection of men's, women's and kid's shoes. A mix of European (Mephisto, Birkenstock et al) brands as well as less-recognizable (but very well-priced) brands.

Great service, I was asked what I was looking for, saleslady really knew her inventory and provided me with great suggestions for my sore feet. Impressive that they carried a variety of brands and high quality leather shoes.

Gem of a store! Great deals on quality shoes, especially for kids. Always my first stop for my daughter as Eva and team are patient. Important to note, they are closed Sundays.

The two ladies that work here are very nice and very helpful. Most of their shoes are made in Canada. I buy pretty much all my boys shoes and boots here.

my son’s shoes were wet and the lady was locking up for the night but opened back up so i can but him a warm pair of boots. great service.

Got a pair of Tevas here and the owner gave honest recommendations and was so patient in letting me try multiple styles and sizes.

Would give six stars if it was possible. Gem in small shopping centre. Have to chat with Ladies to believe it.

I don't know if they are still here, but they did charge an arm an a leg for a simple shoe glue job.
