We booked for The Signature lodge but last minute, the owner changed when we were outside said theres no1 at the place we must Drive to the Signature venue instead. No explanation none. When we got there she was so rude saying she can not explain she told us there was no1 at the other place. Her rudeness went as far as to saying she can cancel and we leave, just because we asked why is the no1 at the other place. Lady was rude to even the worker she assigned us claiming he was the one who must talk. Pool was not clean, carbinets doors falling apart. The rooms are different from pitures. But what i hated was how the lady was rude to us nd her tone. She cancelled on the App as if we did not pitch but we did and stayed at her place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel truly welcome. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with elegant decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay. The hotel's attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the luxurious linens to the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom.

The place it's a disaster, last year 2021 we were there and it was clean and beautiful now it's terrible.Both owners was rude the place was dirty, plumbing it's not in good condition. Worse part there was no electricity the lady decided to send R300 electricity voucher without saying anything via whatsupp the place is disappointing.I don't recommend the place to anybody, we couldn't wait to leave the place.I wish the owners can listen and stop being defensive

Host very welcoming and friendly. I arrived a few hours early, and they very kindly checked me in before the check-in time. Room had everything you would need. Very clean and comfortable. Allow you to request house-keeping should you need, which was convenient for me. Place was having some renovations done, but was of no inconvenience. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, close to main routes. Will definitely use again! Keep up the great hospitality!

We ended up not staying at all. The place is under construction. We waited for what felt like forever to actually be checked in,due to fumigation apparently. The room smells of fresh paint. There's a hole in the ceiling, as it is still under construction. The shower is not yet assembled. The bed is falling in. Terrible!Please note that this place is not what it is made out to be.

Hi I would suggest this place to anyone. The lady was nice as ever. The hospitality was super awesome. I would love to come back any time and any day. The lady was friendly good and caring. Thank u for the day spend there and the breakfast was the boom. We enjoy the evening and even I formed most of my friends to this wonderful place, with the wonderful lady. The place isn't the same as the pictures shown which was a big disappointment as I went there to check the place out before booking and the lady we got there was so rude honestly, the place was so dirty as well as the pool and I can not get over that lady's rudeness which is so unnecessary and I would never recommend anyone to go there.

This place is a total disappointment, the pictures and the actual place are totally different. The building is dilapidated and looks like it's still under construction. The bedding was dirty, dusty , hole in ceiling and discolored towels. Used toilet paper roll. I initially booked for 5 and ended up leaving, there was no wayi would stay there

So I had a 4-day stay at The Signature. Quite frankly the place is okay but I had issues with the booking first. Still don't understand why they listed themselves on Bookings.com but do not accept bookings from there. Anyway, the place is okay, the people are nice but there was never any housekeeping in my 4-day stay. All in all, they're okay for the price. And the lady who cooks is really nice, patient, and helpful

Make lots of room for disappointment. The pictures are outdated and the surrounding area of the room is very messy. The pool was dirty. The bedding was not clean and had hairs on the pillows. The kettle was dirty and the cupboards were broken. Ended up not staying at all because of how poor the place is. Very disappointed.

Went there on Friday to book for Saturday, everything was confirmed. Saturday morning I received a call asking that I confirm the booking which I did. Saturday afternoon I received a call saying the room I booked is no longer available, no alternative room was offered no apology was offered. At least I got my money back.

The signature venue is disaster, the worst service ever they don't even care about their customers/clients n they have an attitude on top of that. Their food, tasteless. Talk about false advertising? They do that best. I would never recommend a place like this to anyone, not even my worst enemies. Thanks, but no thanks.

I did not even stay 1 night. No shower door and shower that sprayed onto the ceiling light in the bathroom....a recipe for electrocution. Coachroaches in the microwave and in my food bag. Stained bedding. Broken key yo the security gate. The manager, Winnie was aware of it. No response from the owner.

Awesome family that owns the place. Simple, yet equipped rooms with Netflix on the TV. Nice pool to take the edge off the dry Joburg heat. Also a lapa area next to the pool for guests to get some shade when not in their rooms.

The Host is ill-mannered, rude and has a bad attitude. The room we viewed was under construction and the shower was not working. I couldn't stay at such a place. I'm very disappointed and will never visit The Signature Venue.

If you are looking for a decent place to stay. Please look further. Host is so rude and room are not up to standard.You are going to waste your money. RUN!!!
