Go literally anywhere else. I bought a computer for university and 32 days later, computer crashes and they won't replace it because its over 30 days. So I had to pay an extra $100 to send it to the manufacturer to have them replace the part. I paid $600 for a laptop for school and couldn't use it for all of October. As a student, I'm already on a tight budget so this was an inconvenience on all grounds. And I wouldn't have fully minded the "we can't do anything as the warranty is over" but the employees were mean and extremely condescending. I was already stressed out and they weren't considerate at all. Then my headphones crapped out. A few months old, my receipt says that my warranty starts 09/18/2018 and continues till 09/18/2021. Tamara didn't say I needed to send them out to get them replaced when I first bought them... So when I came into the store today before going on my backpacking trip of a few months, I got told that they cant help me. So now I leave for my trip without headphones... Advice: Customers; Go anywhere else. Source: Train your staff better.

The staff here are all very young and sweet so this review goes straight to Management: product training required. I went in looking for 2 different gift ideas that would have each been in the $200 plus range. The kind young lady I had helping me got another staff member over to help and they still could not answer very basic questions about whether or not the things I was looking at needed extra accessories, cables, chargers etc. They were not sure if the ring doorbell cameras wire up to my existing doorbell electrical. They did not know if I needed the small speaker looking device that was next to it on the shelf. They could not say what made the $200. IHome better than the $29.99 (what additional features?) Do your research before you shop here - no sales support.

Yesterday, my husband and I went to the Sourse at Market Mall to ask for phones prices. We were extremely lucky to be attended by Hussain Hashwani, he was very helpful with all our questions, always kind and patient. He gave us the options accordingly to our needs and budget and He even took the time to walk me to another store to get a something that I needed. We were not planning to get our phones right away but Hussain gave us all the information and advises that we needed and we ended up buying 2 phones, we are very happy with the decision. We already told our friends to look for him in the store, and for sure we will go there if we need anything else. Thank you Hussain for all your help and patient.

I was on a mission to purchase a new phone since my plan was up, and was getting discouraged with the help I was getting at similar stores in Market Mall. I was so happy that I walked into The Source and spoke with Kandarp. He was so knowledgable of the products as well as the different plans. I truly felt that he was working to help me get the best deal for what I needed. The rest of the staff was also very kind and helped me pick out different phone accessories while Kandarp made sure all my old information was restored on my new phone. I had stopped here to check out some Nintendo switch games with my friend. On my way out i talked with a employee from Bell named Hussain, he hold told me he would be able to upgrade my phone at at cheaper rate that i currently pay while keeping all the same features; unlimited data, talk/text etc. I had less then 2 months left on my current device which was roughly $60. Switching my plan will definitely save me some money each month and i was able to walk out without paying anything upfront with a new Galaxy 21+ Ultra. If your looking to upgrade your phone i encourage you to talk to Hussain. Thanks again!

Small Store - Big Heart. Rarely do I give 5 stars however Manager Aziz and his staff we exemplary when it came to customer service. For electronics - The Source has it all!! I was amazed that I could a new phone, a BETTER PRICED PLAN, computer gear, camera gear, gaming gear, plus a whole lot more at one tiny shop! The prices were excellent and many things were deeply discounted. They saved me so much money! Sales rep Kandarp had wonderful knowledge of their products and services spending the time fully answering all my questions. Just a fun place to hang out and take in all the electronics.

We’re seniors and we got excellent service from everyone in this store. We aren’t very tech savvy, but the people that helped us were very patient and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They took lots of time with us and we never felt rushed choosing the products we wanted and receiving help from the employees there. Even the manager came to see if we needed help. We have been back twice already and have received consistently great service from everyone at the store. In the future, we will be going here for any electronics we buy.

Wow, what an awesome and helpful experience with Ayaz. I had a problem with an account set up many years ago but Ayaz understood my dilemma immediately and knew exactly what had to be done. With his assistance, I got my problem solved and, although it took time and patience on his part, he remained calm and upbeat while dealing with the problem. I understand that Ayaz was only temporarily assigned to the Market Mall location from his usual store in Cross Iron Mills but he would be an asset wherever he serves the public.

I wish I read the reviews before going there. They are bunch of lairs. First they told us (me and my friend) that I would be registered under him but will receive my bill differently. My bill end up accumulating with that of my friend. Second, they said my bill will be $60 but it turned to $120. Lastly, they said if we not interested in the plan we can leave for free anytime. Now we heard its going to cost $35. Stay away from this place and Virgin mobile. The are fraudsters.

Jay & Zee were absolutely great! I had to order a game in from another (out of town) Source location. I had called very close to closing time & they still made the request for transfer that same night. The game was in the Market Mall store very quickly thereafter. When I picked it up they were very helpful & very nice people. You can tell that Jay & Zee care about their work & the customers. Excellent people & excellent service! I definitely will shop there again

Was just in the store. No one greeted me, the 3 employees were busy complaining about the store. I wandered around trying to find what i was looking for for about 10 minutes before someone finally asked me if I needed help. She made it very clear that my 'yes' answer was interfering in her work? She then proceeded to tell me that what I was looking for doesn't exist. Someone needs to let staff know what good customer service is. What I experienced certainly isn't.

Unbelievable! I have never had better service before regardless of where - not just electronics stores. no hotel or any place in any country (I have a lifetime of experience of expecting service on 5 continents and no one has ever tempted me to do a review before). Service and price. Could not believe it. I went to Apple and Telus because I could not believe it and they quietly told me to come back to the Source and get the deal!

Came in on Black Friday with my grandma. One of the employees came to me and asked what phone contact I was with and how much I pay monthly because he will match the contact that I have currently. I straight up said to him, “I’m looking for a phone outright specifically”. I noticed that he got mad and told his manager. At this point I felt attacked and harrassed because I didn’t want his offer. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Mislead on my phone plan they sold me which cost us overages - plus we were there in the store for 3+ hours just to get the plans set up. Then I had logistical issues with an online order and they refused to make it right so that costs me time and money, as well any charger cable I bought here didn’t last too long. It’s hit and miss whether the employees are able to offer any expertise whatsoever.

I would not judge a business based only on the mistakes that are made, but by how they act to resolve them. After a half dozen phone calls and 3 weeks of waiting, I am no closer to receiving my item than I would be if I just ordered from best buy today. Best part, it's been sitting in the warehouse in my city for the last full week. Absolutely the last time I purchase from these guys

Took forever just to get a SIM card and some data for my phone. Swiped credit card once, was told it didn't actually charge anything. Was told to swipe card again, asked specifically if I would get charged again, was told no. Lo and behold, I get back home and I've got 2 charges on my card. Scam artist or incompetent, either way I would not recommend going here.

Next time know what you are talking about! I went just over a month to buy a new laptop and they explained to me that it has 2 GB of dedicated graphics. So, when I tried to play some games, they lagged horribly only to discover that it acutally contains 512 MB integrated! Now i'm stuck with this $600 computer that can't even play the most basic titles.

Went to return an apple watch I was dissatisfied by. The employee at the counter lied and said there was no refund on the product. Showed him the website and he refused to acknowledge it, called his manager who also said return it. Then he pretended to do me a favour by returning it. Super arrogant attitude. Either the website is lying or he is.

I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received yesterday. Zee, the staff member there, helped me pick out some new beats and was very patient in helping me pick out a new phone and changing to a phone plan that was more affordable. I would definitely come back here if I need anything else. Hopefully Zee will be around!

I dealt with Manish on a few occasions, and he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Even when I returned with issues, he went the extra effort to help me resolve the issues and was courteous and understanding. Hamza and the other workers were also very diligent and friendly. I went to the source to get my phone upgraded from an iPhone 12 to a Google pixel 7, the store associate Mili was extremely helpful and ensured that i was given the best service possible. The workers all judge you for based on how you look. Went In there wanting to buy something that was locked up, every single worker I tried to ask for help from just looked at me and just ignored me and proceeded to help only other people who were interested in getting a new phone plan.
