I had my nails done a couple months ago for my wedding at Spa on Wilson! My experience with Amanda (the owner?) was lovely. I’m only giving 3 stars because I was a bit turned off by my experience with Jolet. She was sweet but kept asking if I wanted her to do my eyebrows. When I told her I wasn’t going to have my eyebrows waxed, etc. (I always just pluck at home haha), she seemed shocked and I got the impression she thought my eyebrows looked really bad. I told her a few times that I did NOT want them done. She finally tried making things better by saying that my eyebrows were pretty thick like what some women like. It was a bit weird embarrassing in front of my bridesmaid when we were just excited about getting our nails done for the big day. I wish she hadn’t have brought it up repeatedly and that she hadn’t have commented on them.

Wonderful place to get a manicure and pedicure. It was my first time here, redeeming a gift certificate, received from family. The spa being in a home like setting , is very cozy and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and right away, I was given one to one attention. As I sat down for my pedi, I was offered drink choices of tea, coffee, water or a cappuccino. So relaxing! Priscilla did my shellac mani and pedi. She’s very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in her work.My finger nails are on the short side, and now I can grow them out nicely, since they are now professionally shaped and look so much better! Thank you Priscilla! I definitely recommend this spa and would go back. A big thank you to The Spa on Wilson for a great experience.

Went in for a massage a few weeks ago. I got there a little late, cause I mixed the place up with the Spa at Ancaster. And I went the wrong direction. And the parking situation is not ideal at their lot. Some people took up two spots and my car had to park close to the top of the driveway. Making it difficult for people to come in, as I have a pretty long van. The massage therapist was not happy. And told me I would not get the 45 minutes as she had another appointment right after. Her technique was good and the oil she used smelled really nice, and the warm towel she used was a nice touch, to not get your clothes all greasy. I am not sure if I would go back again.

A great experience all around. Very welcoming when I came in the door. A beautiful facility with amazing staff. All of the services I received were fantastic. I left feeling like a new man! The only reason it's not a full 5 stars for me is that this is one of the only spas that I've been that doesn't have a manicure/pedicure combo price. The prices on their own are a little on the high side but nothing outrageous. It's just that I would have thought there would be a combo for both together as most places I've been have. If I could have given 4.8 out of 5 instead of just a 4 I would have. I will definitely be back for a cut and possible some other services too

One of the nicest spa experiences I have had in a long time! Beautiful decor and spotless! I was greeted by Amanda and Marika and felt very welcomed. I had a leg and bikini wax by Marika that was virtually pain free. Marika was warm and friendly but very professional, which I like. My shellac pedicure by Daniella was excellent and I felt totally pampered. I finished off my visit with one of the best hot stone massages, by Marika, I have had in a long time! I will definitely return. If you are looking for an inviting, extremely professional environment with exceptional services, treat yourself. Thank you ladies, for a wonderful spa afternoon!

Very wonderful experience here. Super clean, professional and welcoming. A very nice environment with great staff who seem to know what they are doing. Classic 1hr pedicure experience so good price. Only thing I would say is when you just use a wooden foot file, it doesn’t really smooth the feet down much. An electric exfoliator or a callus shaver would have been nice but I was still very satisfied with the service. They’ve also got a little drink menu with coffee, tea and water which was just what I needed. Would definitely recommend.

This company has been quite professional throughout the pandemic and has been honest and open to the public on all platforms in regards to closures and openings. They have supported the safety, wellbeing, and best interest of the public and I for one will continue to go here because of this. Anyone that has the wellbeing of the community in mind (and their own employees) will always keep their clients best interest in mind and care for their customers. They are an asset to the community in Ancaster. Support local!

I experienced a very relaxing customized facial and pedicure today with Olivia. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and left me feeling well taken care of. She is very good at her job! The spa itself is beautifully decorated, spotless and all the staff are very attentive. From the very helpful reception staff , to the esthetician herself and even the other staff working with other patrons, they all made me feel very welcome. I will certainly be back! Joanne

I was given a Way-spa gift card for Christmas, the closest spa to Brantford, was The Spa on Wilson. It was worth the drive!! I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. I was given slippers, offered a hot beverage and the aesthetician who did my nails was lovely and chatty. I had a great experience! I will be back. The only reason for my 4.5 star is my appointment ran about 15 minutes late, but nobody is perfect, so I’m not a true believer in 5 stars anyway ;)

I have been to the Spa on Wilson a few times now, and each experience has been great! My most recent experience was the day before my wedding. They were able to fit me in last minute and they did a fantastic job. I was blown away by how much they truly cared that I picked the perfect colour to match my shoes and my dress. I think they cared more than I did! 10/10 would recommend this spa over all of the others I have been to in Ancaster. I will be back soon!

This was the most relaxing day I have had in a long time. I spent the full day here with Paula taking care of me and felt nothing but comfortable and pampered. I was served lunch in bed and had some amazing chats with the ladies working. I would definitely go back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spa day or even one of the services individually. Amazing staff, beautiful facilities, and and overall fantastic experience!!!

Absolutely Excellent!! My daughter gave me a gift card, I’m so happy she did! As the Spa on Wilson is now my go to spa! Lovely spotless spa! Plenty of free parking! I had a massage-Ella did an excellent job, she was very quiet, no talking, which I prefer during a hour massage! She also gave me a resurface facial, amazing! The best facial I’ve had, and I’m 69 years old! I could see the difference immediately! The owners are wonderful!

I had asked Liza for balayage and I have never been happier with my hair!!! Rather than a basic white blonde look (which we literally see everywhere nowadays), she used a BEAUTIFUL colour that complemented my face. I had so many compliments when I walked into work after getting my hair done with her. I honestly HIGHLY recommend getting your hair done by this beauty!! She is so kind, so knowledgeable and so caring!! Hope she sees this! Xoxo

Daniela has been doing my nails for a few years now, and I'm always happy with her work. She pays attention to the length I want, offers color suggestions when I don't know what to pick, and is honestly the best esthetician I've had. I'd follow her anywhere. Plus, I can get all my skincare products there too! The spa itself is comfy, clean, and feels like home. You're basically family from the minute you walk in the door.

Amazing, beautiful and relaxing spa! Lovely and friendly staff, made sure to accommodate my insanely sensitive skin to heat throughout each part of the spa mani and pedi. Love their natural products, and how they didn’t affect my skin allergies. I’m always worried to try new skin products(allergic to scented products), excited to try their products and services. Highly recommend! Looking forward to my next visit!!

After booking my appointment 1 month in advance (no availability) it was cancelled without any word from them. No call, no rain check, no alternate time. All I got was an auto-email from their booking service 5 hours before the appointment. Also: This is the second time this has happened. They did the same thing to me a few months before anyone had heard of COVID. I won't be scheduling a third appointment.

Just left the The Spa on Wilson and I’m so happy I went. I met with Emily for a hair consultation and made an appointment for tomorrow, without hesitation. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and pristine with a calming atmosphere. Emily was very knowledgable and personable! I immediately felt comfortable in her hands! Welcoming and professional spa with exceptional cleanliness and client services. I have been in for multiple services for myself at the spa and always leave happy. My 9 year old daughter also enjoyed getting her princess pedicure with a beautiful design and a colourful highlight for her past birthday. I have attended other spas in the area, and this is my favourite spot. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit. What a surprise that it happened to be on a seniors discount day!! Olivia gave me a lovely, basic pedicure - just what I needed. If I can't manage to do my own pedicure next time, I will definitely come back to Olivia and the Spa on Wilson.

I booked a couple massage as a xmas present for my husband. They simply cancelled the day before. Their ruined my surprise to him and our only time together for months. If I had cancelled last minute I would have had to pay a fee. Not professional at all.

Good day.. the establishment is clean and so forth, I went in for some waxing services. After getting home I noticed my half leg wax wasn’t complete as I still felt numerous hairs left behind and no they weren’t baby hairs.
