I'll be honest, I'd once given this place a 4 or 5-star grade, but since a recent experience, my mind has considerably shifted in regards to the services here. About 6pm I parked my vehicle in an obscure space, farthest from the entrance doors to the actual store, and carpooled to a nearby location. I returned within 35 minutes. Here's a bright orange sticker clinging to my windshield directly in my vision area, a 24-hour warning to remove my SUV from the property, lest it be hauled away to a local tow lot. I shrugged it off, went inside and asked the attendants, a surly, stern-looking middle-aged woman of about 45, and a cocky young country boy with a curled hat bill, of about 20, for a razor or pocket knife to remove the sticker. They both treated me as if I was an unwelcome stranger in a small-town saloon, who had just ridden in with a dusty hat and rusty revolver, asking for a free drink. Long story short; the looks on their faces told me that if I took any longer than 3 minutes to remove the sticker from my window with my own devices, there'd been a KCMO police unit dipping into the lot and running my tags before I could wise up. Although they applied the nuessance to my property wrongfully, and I scratched my glass up to get it off in order to see, I WAS gone in under 3min upon my return. Needless to mention, I do not plan on frequenting this den of unlikeable, hostile strangers again. They are underdressed, definitely uneducated, thoroughly unprofessional and openly indifferent to well-spoken, polite strangers whom conduct their selves respectfully and professionally in hopes of reflective behavior from others. Review over.

Being new to this area this was our first experience with this gas station. On the door the hours of operation clearly states they close @12am. But when we arrive the doors are locked and I am thinking they may open and lock the doors back for their safety. But instead the red head at the counter with glasses literally ducks behind the counter like we didn't see her. The other gentleman walks to the back every so quickly, while I am just standing their confused. If they were closed for the night I could've simply been told "we are closed", but the fact they avoided contact with me and couldn't be a decent person and simply tell me it's closed. I'll never spend my money their, Quick Trip is better and right down the street.

Each time I have visited The Station it has always been clean & the employees have been consistently friendly as well as professional. Great place to stop in & check out because they carry a wide variety of items. The Station & the other Very Popular gas station in town, which there are many, are the only ones I will enter. If more "businesses" operated the way these two businesses do maybe there wouldn't be so many recent closures because the customers would actually enjoy going. C'mon folk, (business owner's) we WANT to support our local businesses, but we won't when we're treated as just another dollar walkin' through your doors. It's time for positive change. Thank you ALL at The Station.

Very nice respectful staff. They have a great selection of things especially alcohol. They deliver even though they most often have but 1 driver so sometimes that can be frustrating. Not the drivers fault. You can order some very good sandwiches, Meatball, BLT, Bacon Cheese burgers ect. They make brats that are great! Plus w/delivery it's not just food. It's anything you want but gas. 10$ limit on orders. Please know that the ppl at the station are hard working in this pandemic. We should all try to appreciate essential workers. When I see ppl coming in without masks I get upset.

This place is a joke! The owner and the head manager drink a ton of alcohol on the clock and hide in the office so there employees don't find out. These people don't know how to run a business! I have seen with my own eyes all the moldy food that gets served, customers mistreated on a daily bases & employees go unappreciated. Bottom line is this place has horrible management and the guy that owns the place should go back to business school. if I could give this place negative stars I would!

Great selection. Awesome beer cooler. Donuts are not near as good as they could be. I'd like to see them partner with a better bakery for their donuts. Pizza is pretty good and quick, but they started doing this pinching of the doughs edge which significantly reduced the amount of toppings you get. There's a problem with employees smoking near the entrances, and then bringing that smoke into the station. For now it's the only available CS and gas close to that area.

The staff never checks the pumps to make sure they are not out of paper. in the last month I have been here 6 different times and all but one visit I had to go in to get my receipt for using my credit card. Told the staff repeatedly and it keeps happening that pumps are not checked. New pumps were put in over the last few months and it keeps happening. Also sometimes the screens at some of the pumps do not work!!!!

This place is nice! If you need to meet in a public place for the selling or purchasing of items etc I would recommend this place. Ample parking places outside of the gas pumps and partially shaded. Restrooms have ample stalls and are wonderfully clean by comparison to other "gas stations"...their prices are fair and the pizza here was surprisingly yummy...will definitely purchase it again the next visit!

Very clean and efficient gas station there is also food options like hot dogs and fresh salad. Quite often I'll grab a donut and some nesqwik chocolate milk in the morning.. friendly service and big selection of goods to choose from.. close to the highway for a quick refuel...the only gas station around comparable to QT and that says it all. I worked the Royals game and then went to the station at 11:47pm because Google said that they were open until midnight and when I got there no one was there the lights were off and they were closed. For a Friday night closing before your closing time is unacceptable change your hours on Google if they're different because of certain circumstances don't mislead people.

Went in last night and was the worst experience in my life and will never be back , i would hate to own this store and have employees be so rude to customers the great thing is there are choices especially with a brand new Quik trip 2 minutes away about ready to open ... have spent quite a bit of money there the last cpl years and will not spend one cent again

Nice place for gas and such. Great fried chicken. I was taken by aliens in their parking lot and flown to Saturn's moon Titan where I was made a God-King for 300 years but when I was returned it was as if no time had passed here on Earth. I don't THINK this had anything to do with this store but I can't prove it either way. The employees were very nice

Rude cashiers. Definitely not a quick stop since the cashiers don't bother to help anyone standing at the counter and will blatantly stare at customers and talk about them in a highly offensive manner. I'll admit they have a few nice employees but my experience with the cashier this time has been horrible.

I went to put $20 in my car and they charged me twice. I called when I noticed and the guy says that they do that on purpose to make sure you have money. He also said I have to wait to get my money back for 2-3 business or maybe longer depending on my bank. Absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense at all

Strange location, but they definitely have the jump on QT as those apartments go in across the street. A good stop for fuel and a snack, but the layout is strange and will throw you off. It's like they took a gas station 1/3 it's size and stretched it to fit their space. Gas is decent, no problems.

Stop here occasionally for gas and a Coke. I like that it's a small locally-owned chain of convenience stores. They also have the cheapest fountain drinks in town (only $1.05), which is cheaper than QuikTrip. I will continue to support them, even though Casey's recently opened across the street.

Great new gas station in a much needed area. It is still a work in progress but that probably won't be the case in a month. It is open. They also have a small restaurant. It is locally owned too. The owner has another location in Parkville. It was in a highly needed area too.

They are such a disappointment.They always have at least one pump that's broke.They limit you to $75 worth of expensive gas.When you talkTo them they tell you there's no manager on duty. The employees obviously don't care if you never come back or not. Hello new quick trip.

Gas station, get gas, clean windows etc… hard to do with NO window cleaner. In fact the washer buckets had old torn apart squeegees, and were bone dry with actual trash in them. I needed to clean my back window incredibly bad. Do your jobs!

The Station is always clean and staff is *typically very friendly. I rarely come by this store but when I do, it’s usually a good experience. However, I will now go out of my way to visit a different store, perhaps the Casey’s opening

Zero help. Was literally lost for hour trying to get out of there to right parking lot. Asked complete strangers. No one knew. Finally just froze and kept walking outside til foond it. Had to pay more for parking, bc 1 minute late.

Was charged for a Pepsi I did not purchase while buying a chocolate milk. Did not notice until at work. Called in to let them know, they did not offer a refund on the Pepsi or anything. Will not buy anything from here again.

This is the first time I went to this gas station. Stop to put some gas in got some soft drinks use the facilities. It's a nice little gas station employee seems very polite nice that's all I can say about this place

Love this place. Great location and friendly staff. Better than Casey's, but not as good as quiktrip. #1 thing for gas stations is accessible bathrooms without all the locks and stuff and this is one of those gems.

Convenient location with plenty of pumps, The store has a large selection of beer and liquor. There's the standard fountain drinks and a variety of coffee. The "restaurant " will deliver ANYTHING from the store!

Very clean, they have a diner in there and a giant walk in cooler thing FULL of adult beverages. I just took 1 photo because I feel creepy taking them at public places like that. But good job guys!

As a former employee I’ve definitely seen a MAJOR improvement in all areas, besides staff. I don’t think I’ve had one good experience since I’ve been in after leaving. New kitchen is great though!

Decent alcohol selection and walk-in beer fridge, prices still well above local grocery stores. Unfortunately loses out to Quicktrip in every area, but only gas station on the exit.

Everything a gas station should be. Its big, well lit, CLEAN, employees are nice, big liquor and beer selection, they even make pizzas and sandwiches, PLUS I believe they deliver.

Good food, friendly staff, but the slushie machines are almost always down. I then head to QT where they're always working. Why have slushie machines if they're not operating?

Quick stop before going home. Little pricey but it's only gas station on Brighton. Liquor selection is better than QT. Quick Friendly service. Pizza deli and fresh salads.

The station us right next bv to my job so I go there almost daily and it's awesome, friendly staff, clean store and quick service....definitely worth a stop in!

Hopping early and late afternoon including lunch. Good service, quick and fully stocked. Pricey at times but it's a convenience store.

Wide choice of beverages. Hot breakfast sandwiches and biscuits with gravy are very good. Easy to get in and out of the store.

I would give a 0 of I could. Stood in line while 2 employees rang up 1 customer never acknowledged me after 5 minutes I left.
