I got the ham and cheese ciabatta sandwich and the kind worker added honey mustard on it too. It was very nice to grab something quick but tasty to eat after an appointment I had in the building. Though it was just a sandwich, it was actually quite filling. The ham wasn't thinly sliced deli meat, it was actually a thicker chunk of ham (see pics). I also ordered a slice of the carrot cake and it was very tasty! It was quite a large slice, didn't have too much carrot and had tastes of apple too. Overall great experience and would come again. My only wish is that I would've loved a hot chocolate to wash all of that deliciousness down!

Visited The Sunshine Cafe today at 99 Kakulu Road . They have a brand new menu with amazing food and delicious coffee and carrot cake! The owner does all the cooking and runs the place himself and is super friendly ! I had the Philly cheesesteak flatbread (which is also available as a sub) and it was delicious! I will definitely frequent this place or order online as they are available on DoorDash as well. Definitely worth the trip for the great food awesome portion sizes and fantastic prices!

It is a cute little place and customer service is great. This was my first time there. I purchased a piece of banana bread and I almost fell over when it was over $6. a slice. I would not even pay $6. a loaf. But I had already ordered and I don't treat myself very often and thought what the heck. To my disappointment it was dry and did not taste much like banana bread. Two or three bites and I was done. Will have to stick to my own baking from now on... BL

I stopped by this cute cafe after an appointment for lunch and was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken bacon club sandwich on sourdough bread, the red curry Thai soup and a banana Nutella croissant and everything was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was toasted and had a generous amount of real chicken breast and bacon. I definitely recommend this place!

I just paid 10.15 for an English muffin, egg, bacon, cheese sandwich and a half filled black coffee. Talk about inflation! 8 bucks would have been the max I thought. Last time going here sadly (I used to enjoy).
