Absolutely wonderful place to come for breakfast, lunch or tea. I get my coffee from here any chance I get while at work the way they make it is just perfect. The staff are so friendly and greet you with a smile everytime. They treat healthcare workers with a small discount for the work we do which makes everyone in the hospital feel that little bit more appreciated. I've only hand lunch a handful of times here so far but can not fault the food in the slightest. Always such delicious food leaving me full and happy. Absolutely great place!

An absolute hidden gem! Fantastic food, quick service and a quiet but kid friendly atmosphere! Always super clean tidy too! Staff are more than happy to make adjustments to menu items to suit dietary requirements! Highly reccomend the Mediterranean breakfast, eggs Benny and fresh juices and smoothies! Fantastic coffee and pastries as well! Plenty of undercover parking! Our absolute favourite place to eat in the penrith area! Highly reccomend!

I’m a big fan of their catering services. We’ve used them for multiple events, and they’ve always been punctual. The food they provide is consistently fresh and delightful. Was truly fabulous, and the coffee was simply amazing. What made it even better was the polite and friendly staff. Without a doubt, this cafe provided one of the best experiences I’ve had. I haven't had any food, but as a carer I'm a regular at the drs office so frequently get coffee at the Tea Spoon. The atmosphere is fantastic, but the stand-out for service and quality is Ellie. She's always quick to greet you and take your order, very friendly, great smile and FANTASTIC quality coffee. If you're ever getting coffee, I hope you get it from Ellie. Thanks for always getting my orders spot on :)

This cafe has a great menu. It's well presented and has a healthy variety for both food and drinks. The meals are delicious and pretty. It's a cafe I could spend a lot of time in talking with friends or working on my laptop. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and maintained. Definitely coming back.

Nice little cafe, friendly staff and very attentive. Came in with pram, which the waitress staff offered to move the furniture around if needed which was nice. Food selection is great lots of options and great dessert. Also nice coffee.

Very kind and helpful staff. Really enthusiastic and want to do their job. Food is impeccable and looks like art. The area is clean, tidy and evenly set out. The only draw back is Penriths parking. All-In-All, this is a great cafe, and I would certainly recommend it.

Fantastic and friendly little cafe, i nice reprieve from Hospital when needed. The food is top quality and the coffee is great. The staff are friendly and communicative. The menu has great options including vegetarian/vegan options that are clearly visible with a small green leaf.

Definitely one of the better cafes to eat around Nepean Hospital. If I had to be nit picky, some of their items are definitely not made fresh, for example the shashuka is not made in the skillet you are served with(served cold) and the corn

Connected to the Nepean health hub, I ordered a hot chocolate. The service was nice and prompt. Quite new, comes with most cafe sweet items muffins, slices, cakes and savoury too.

Great coffee and atmosphere! It was my first time trying The T-Spoon Cafe, usually I don’t try out new cafe’s but this is on my top tier list. Definitely my new go-to cafes.
