I just received help from Anita at this store and she was lovely and handled a very impatient and rude customer before me. She went the extra mile to help him and also tried to help me to keep her line moving quickly. I will go back and I hope she continues to provide this level of service, that's no small feat in the times we are in!
Customer service rep that was there is not very customer service oriented at all, rude and short with all people in line, could have something to do with clientele in area but no excuse. The only reason why I am giving one extra star is because of the convenient/easy drop off location provided by amazon.
Do not go here. Long lines with one person working. Their prices were more than other UPS stores but by the time I got helped after waiting in line 20 minutes, I just got my service done to avoid having wasted all that time. Owner was there but didn't seem friendly or to work with a sense of urgency.
