OMG they are so fantastic and helpful! I won't be shipping from anywhere but this UPS store. I ship my son packages at college in Boston and I have never had so much help! Braxton went out of his way to help me. He even offered advice and things his mother used to send to him while in college. Thank you so much Braxton and Jason!

Dump city. As with most UPS Store locations, the staff is unfriendly, not willing to help and would charge you an entrance fee just to enter their store if possible. I wish companies like Amazon would wake up and realize their customers deserve a better middleman than this terrible excuse for a partner.
