I don’t want to give even one star on this review..we had very bad experience at this store...We waited for almost one hour for store manager Sarah to get our papers notarized. She doesn’t know how to deal with the customers. She was so rude with us. UPS should hire qualified people ,who should know how to talk with customer....

I used this store on several occasions to drop off my Amazon returns. They're very quick and easy to deal with, even though I didn't have to pay anything for my returns. This shop is well staffed too; I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes on each visit. Will return here for more business.

Go to any other UPS store, you'll find more better customer service. Never lost a package and this location is the first. Mistakes happened but it never got shipped out from the location. The lady created a label for me and gave me the receipt. it can be stolen or missing but they wouldn't care

Worst customer service. I brought in items from amazon with a Return code. The person insisted that I should have the label...but isn't that if you have the RC then you don't need to do anything because they will do it for you. So she tried

My experience was good when I was at the UPS store. I regret sending my package from ups though since I was charge almost 50% more. Usps charges based on weight and dimensions. Ups charges at a higher rate than simply weight and dimensions.

Good services and friendly. I usually drop off my return. Due to Pandemic, the waiting time should be expectable. That's why I always stop by 10AM-12PM or 2PM-4PM, I have not wait more than 15'.
