We were thrilled when Tony arrived at our hotel this evening to take us on a remarkable food tour of Hanoi. I recently traveled to Hanoi, Vietnam with my son and daughter and had an amazing experience thanks to this travel agency. We asked TVJ to organize an 11-day tour of north Vietnam for a group of 4 English speakers (3 generations of the same family). We wanted to see Hanoi, Ninh Bin, Halong Bay and Sapa. The organization was perfect, from the visas till the choice of hotels and restaurants. We received a detailed plan, which was followed carefully. At every point of time we knew exactly what comes next, who will wait for us at the next station, and what are the length and the level of difficulty of every activity. The local guides mastered a good-enough level of English, yet were authentic local people, who even invited us to their homes. The whole tour was an extraordinary experience, and we felt lucky to have this chance of experiencing the country directly and in the best conditions, without any worry.

I corresponded with Tony Thai prior to the trip while I was in Canada. Tony responded very promptly and answered all my inquiries. I decided to go ahead with the Ninh Binh day trip tour. The day I landed in Hanoi, I messaged Tony and he said I could pay at the tour guide office. Tony provided all the instructions and directions very promptly and accurately. The day of the tour, Tony stated the tour bus would be picking me up at 7:30 AM and the bus arrived earlier. Andy, the tour guide, was also very helpful and provided interesting history on the temple and other landmarks in Ninh Binh. The tour took us through Mua Caves and the highest viewpoint in Ninh Binh. It was a great experience and would definitely be recommended to other travellers.

Ha Giang was a destination that we never heard of before, but we are so glad we found this travel agency to take us there. The tour guide was fantastic and showed us the best of Ha Giang, including the breathtaking Dong Van Karst Plateau, the colorful local markets, and the unique cultural experiences. The roads were challenging, but the views were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for a unique and off-the-beaten-path experience in Vietnam. My friend and I booked a little trip through Tony and the travel agency in the backpacker district. He recommended a tour to Mai Chau which was one of the most pleasant experiences during our travels!! The drive in the minibus out there was already nice, as the scenery is lovely! Our guide was very friendly and pretty funny. He showed us around the rice paddies and minority villages of the Mai Chau. The accommodation was also really beautiful! Mai Chau is just amazing. Don't miss out on the cycling tour through the rice paddies! We just loved the scenery! It's definitely a trip I would recommend, as it's not so far from Hanoi either

We went on a private city tour in Hanoi. The tour guide and car arrived promptly. The travel agent even came over to see us off and made sure that everything was OK. Communication was great. The tour was very comfortable. The guide was attentive to our condition and we were able to go to all places we wanted to go. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave interesting information about the places we went to. We immensely enjoyed the puppet show. I will, definitely recommend them to my friends who will tour Hanoi in the future.

We had the absolute best time doing a 2D1N Halong/Lan Ha Bay cruise with La Regina Grand. Thiên helped us book everything, made sure we had the best deal possible (he even got us a free upgrade to a better cruise!!) and also included transportation to and from. The room was really big, the view was stunning and the dinner was delicious - we had a 5 course meal with really amazing options. Would recommend it to anyone travelling in Vietnam! The prices were very reasonable but the best thing about this company was the great customer service! They were very flexible and had lots of great options for trips. Rose sorted out our weekend trips and she was very helpful. She was very speedy with her replies and was very helpful. Duke - what a guy. We never even used the agency for our travels but somehow got Duke’s phone number. He is extremely reliable and funny. I got the name Tien mixed with another, my Airbnb host. I had problems with my apartment, and I texted this Duke mistakenly and he was on hand to help! It was very confusing but he never wanted to let me down. Had the best time on a 3 day 2 night cruise of ha long bay and lan ha bay alongside a day on Cat Ba island!
