De is absolutely amazing! Very welcoming and so easy to talk to. I went to The Waxing Spa after lockdown, with months of shaving I was worried that it would be quite painful, but De made my experience as comfortable as possible. De is very professional and has a great technique, I have tried to find a good waxing salon for so long in Liverpool and I would have to say De is the best I have gone to so far, because of her technique and customer service. I just had my third wax and cannot believe the results!!! The hair has already gone so soft and grows back so slowly, which is amazing because I have really thick dark hair. Finally, the salon has gorgeous décor, super clean and always smells lovely! Thank you so much De you are a superstar!!

I absolutely recommend getting waxed here. Brilliant results that last for a long time. I have dark skin and very coarse hair, so I was wonderfully advised to try the hot wax and WOW! The results speak for themselves - no ingrown hairs AND the new hairs were so much finer! This meant the next waxing appointment was less painful (hardly painful!). I was given advice to look after the waxing site too, which helped. The spa is stunning and very clean! Very easy to find and I always have a pleasant experience. Very kind and genuinely interested in your day too, which makes the visit even more relaxing. Superb! 10/10, especially if you’re a black woman. Very hard to find a professional who truly cares. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Being Spanish, we can appreciate good quality waxing, and have been changing salons for years because I was never happy with the result. If you are looking for the perfect waxing salon, look no further and book with De. Today she did an amazing job, very thorough and extremely attentive to detail. She uses a type of wax that does not hurt at all, and her technique is unique and completely different to other beauticians that have not only hurt, but also bruised or burnt me badly. I have thick black hair and normally get chicken skin after for hours, but I have to say, that has completely gone by now. Also, beautiful and clean salon. I recently moved to The Waxing Spa after having waxing at another salon for a few years and never being happy with the quality of the wax there. I have to say I have been absolutely blown away by the service at the Waxing Spa. Even after the first wax (swapping from shaving) the results were AMAZING! De doesn't miss a hair and gets you perfectly smooth everywhere! She's also really nice and friendly and puts you at ease. The Salon itself is conveniently located in the city centre and beautiful, clean and relaxing- I was actually falling asleep during my second leg wax! The convenience of online booking is also really useful. I will never go anywhere else for my waxing now!

I have been Deva's client for more than 10 years. Brilliant service, always very professional. As a Brazilian client, I've always felt very comfortable and pleased with the treatment I have received by Deva and her staff. I do recommend The Waxing Spa for anyone that is looking for a perfect waxing result and a very friendly and personal treatment that intimate waxing requires. I couldn't not comment about a review I've just read that says Deva is racist and don't like Brazilians. What a nonsense! Couldn't be far from the truth. While problems can occur with different clients, I'm sure that this description does not fit Deva's profile.

The Waxing Spa is the best in Liverpool for all your waxing needs! De is such a lovely lady, she’s so professional and very thorough at what she does! I’ve been going to her for 2 months now and the difference in my hair growth is absolutely insane! Only place I'll go for a wax. The best! Very efficient, and great service. I've seen a negative review recently and I honestly don't understand how anyone could make such claims about the establishment. I think the fact they have over 200 five star reviews speaks for itself. I used to live in the Middle East so I'm used to a high standard of waxing, and it was hard to find in the North West it took me a couple years of going to different salons until I found the waxing spa Liverpool. I won't go anywhere else. Deva is warm and welcoming to all her clients.

The best wax I've ever had! It's the professionalism, technique, and expertise for me. De's waxes are always painless, really quick and she does anything she can to ensure you're comfortable and enjoy your treatment. The new shop is gorgeous and really clean! I have been going to the waxing spa and getting wax’s from Deva for the past 9 years I’m a plus sized woman 22stone for reference and have always felt so comfortable and have always had the best wax experience here. I have had multiple friends who I have recommended to go here who were also plus sized and they also felt so comfortable and looked after by deva I cannot recommend this place enough if I could give more stars I would !!

A mixed experience, the salon staff were lovely. The main issue was that I wasn’t able to have a proper full wax as they advised the bed was recently broken and the bed they were using wasn’t suitable for plus size clients. This meant the wax wasn’t complete and not a great experience for me as a plus size person when I was already a little bit nervous about going in for my first wax appointment.

De is absolutely amazing!!!! She made me feel so comfortable and is such a warming person. This is by far the best waxing place in Liverpool. Deva is excellent, so professional and so skilled!
