Lovely place!!! I was on a first date with this guy ( the date ended horribly) and were suppose to go to a different bar but of course he forgot to make reservations. So we were walking around and coincidently found this bar and liked the vibe so we entered. Rob who greeted us was so friendly and attentive. He explained different drinks in details and helped us to choose ones we might like. He even made sure the we are not passing the alcohol consumption limit ( I can be very sensitive about it) he continously made sure we had everything we need and would lets know that he would be away at the back for 5 min. While he was away the people there would come and ask if we need anything. And the Queens!!! They were simply gorgeous and so talented and such amazing sense of humor. I just loved the comments they made. I would definitely come back with my friends when I have a chance. Even though my date ended at a bad note, the memories of this place made up for it. Oh and food and drinks were absolutely prefect!!!

I learned a lesson here, never trust bartenders. I love this place but every time you are overcharged I’m getting very disappointed. I want the owners know that thanks to your staff you are losing money and respect. I should’ve checked the prices before I order a drink. I did that next day and for 2 double margaritas ($45 total) I payed $63 plus tips $3 So the blonde tall guys who’s dancing while making cocktails made $21 in no time. Good for him. I’ll give this place another chance, but I’ll never order from that guy again

My friend and I came here to see some local drag. We are both two years sober and were served a round of alcoholic beer despite ordering non-alcoholic! Unfortunately we took a few sips each before realising the mistake. Thankfully we are both stable enough that this didn't cause a relapse, but someone else might not be so lucky. Furthermore, when looking up reviews of this place it seems the bar is at best neutral about racist patrons, at worst racist themselves. Go somewhere else if you want a safe night out on Church St.

Me and my friends were lucky enough to come across this place with no lineup and no cover to celebrate Halloween. The atmosphere and clientele were great. We really enjoyed everybody dressing up. But the bartender that I ordered my first drink from, I think he may have been new and under pressure from working a busy night like Halloween, because the service really was not that great.

Normally go there and have a great time, enjoy the wings, drinks and drag queens. Unfortunately had a terrible experience on Thursday night with an unprofessional, unpleasant manager. I had brought guest to support that bar countless times, but that will be the last. Definitely need customer service and de-escalation training. I unfortunately will NEVER be back

We went for Drag Bingo and the service was blah. The drag(Messy Margarit was amazing), but the bartender and server were rude, bypassed us, didn't ask if we needed anything and this was the whole time we were there! My wife ordered 5 wings, FIVE wings and it took forever and he forgot, but brought everyone else food. We were first time customers and last. It was filled with CATTY people, but lesson learned.

This bar right in the Village has been the one for me that I have had the biggest fun.I spend almost every weekend there. Everyone is so welcoming and try to do their best, so I am a bit surprised about the recent comments but I believe whatever the situation was, they will fix it. We love all the people working at the Well special thanks to Jake, Vlad and Pierson for making that place awesome!

Fun vibe, great time, and great food! They had a drag bingo night! This was a spontaneous kind of thing my partner and I did. While we didn't win anything, the bingo was enjoyable with the wonderful host and drag performer. The bar was lively! The bartenders and wait staff were all kind! Would go back for sure! :)

My partner and i are vegan and We went to the well to have a few drinks to celebrate our wedding before going for dinner. I was surprised when the manager brought us a menu with so many vegan options! We decided to stay and have our diner there! We ordered the nachos, pretzel and a green salad. Everything was sooo tasty! Delicious! I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Went there for the second time and loved it! Server we had was friendly and nice. Bartenders on lower and upper levels were friendly and accurately gave us our drink orders. The place is small - and I got worried when we went upstairs to dance as it felt like the floor was creaking and I legit felt like it might break at any moment. Luckily it didn’t - music was great and upbeat

Got served by Rob. Horrible hospitality. They will make you pay for food you didn’t even get. Rob was very unprofessional as well as management. Rob was rude to me and my friends, he also made us pay for food we didn’t even want after his nasty service. Don’t waste your time or money here

The Well is a fun bar - DJ, dancers, and kind bartenders! My friends and I are still talking about our amazing server on Pride weekend. Jake greeted us with a smile and jokes that never ended. The music was great and drinks were perfect! We will be returning next time we are on Church for a night of fun dancing and in hopes that Jake still isn't wearing a shirt.

What an awesome place to enjoy some beverages with friends or with strangers for Tuesday night karaoke! Had a blast and felt so encouraged by staff and fellow patrons that I didn't feel nervous singing. Would love to make it a regular Tuesday night thing!

I have been to The Well about four times now my experience has always been wonderful. Amazing staff, great food, great music , I love the gogo dancers upstairs they are sexy. I came here with my friend and omg they had a whole Halloween musical going on, it was very entertaining and worth watching. The employees are outstanding.

Staff members are really friendly and nice, mondays are half price. Drag shows are fun to watch. Service can be slow sometimes but it worth the wait!
