"We loved our stay here! Helpful staff, interesting decor, clean and quiet"
"Great boutique hotel! All things baseball! Stayed during in-game days so not a good gauge of noise level"
"The room we got the heater wasn't working and they offered us a 10% discount to stay in the room or snacks and drinks to stay there, it was insulting to me because it's cold"
"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"
"Terrible experience"
We loved our stay here! Helpful staff, interesting decor, clean and quiet. What more could you want? It was rainy during our stay so we couldn't enjoy our room's outdoor space, but it would be a great feature in better weather. We will be staying here again the next time we are in town!
Great boutique hotel! All things baseball! Stayed during in-game days so not a good gauge of noise level. Tons of local eating spots. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Clean and new hotel. Cold A/C. Great shower fixtures. I will return to this hotel.
The room we got the heater wasn't working and they offered us a 10% discount to stay in the room or snacks and drinks to stay there, it was insulting to me because it's cold. How could you tell me to sleep in the cold so they offered us
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. While it is in a great location, the customer service ruins the appeal. Our key card stopped working the second day of our stay. We went to the front desk to fix the issue to find no one working
Terrible experience. Hotel keys do not work and if they do will stop working throughout the day. Almost had to sleep in the lobby. It seems like no one works at this hotel. It took multiple calls to reach a manager for them to come from a
loved the location to Wrigley and all the night life! Rooms were clean, bed comfortable but the comforter was small and felt like we were fighting all night for the blanket. Now onto the biggest down fall, no desk clerk, check in a little
Location is superb. But we had a shower that would not drain and a toilet that would only flush half of the time and it ran 24/7. They attempted to repair it 2 days after we had requested maintenance come but the problem persisted for the
Won't see me here again. I booked through a work vendor so I must have missed the hour long check-in process instructions email which consists of sending a picture of your face and your ID, etc. to a phone number listed on the door. Once
Just an overall amazing experience! Didnt know what I was checking into and then standing in the main lobby and I was really surprised with how it looks. Its theme is baseball and it was tastefully spread out and at the same time you had
Great location, modern and clean. Great fun neighborhood vibe which includes a night life out the window which we enjoyed. We found plenty of free street parking 0.5 miles away, which was a quick walk. During COVID-19 apparently there is
I booked online through their website. The advertised rate did not include a $30/night "amenity" fee that was required on check-in. The advertised cost was $190 before taxes and fees and $320 after. Completely dishonest pricing meant to
LOVED this hotel! Went to Chicago for a girls weekend of bar hopping - which there are endless amount of within walking distance - and got the BullPen Terrace Suite for the 4 of us. There was more than enough space for all of us to get
Wish I could give 0 stars. We booked a room at this hotel through airbnb for the Cubs game. When we arrived there was no receptionist. We waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for someone to check us in. We finally called a customer care
We stayed there a couple of years ago and really enjoyed ourselves. I tried to contact them and book another room for a trip this summer, but the phone number was disconnected, the website wouldn’t load on mobile, and the only way to
My son moved 2 blocks from this hotel so I decided to try it out. My trip was delayed a day because of weather, and the hotel was accommodating with the change in dates of arrival and departure. Check in was super fast and staff was
There is no staff in the entire building. The only way to reach client services is by calling a number that more often than not doesn’t get answered. The only way to get ice is from the bar next door. If you book through a 3rd party
Cards didn’t work to get into the room. No one works at the physical location and we couldnt get into the room for hours. They don’t even pick up the phone half the time. No refunds, nothing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
A great smaller hotel. Steps away from Wrigley Field and all that comes with it. The aesthetics are on point! No one tells you about the roof top area which is absolutely breathtaking! We
The room was beautiful. Clean lines perfectly chosen accents and furnishings. However, easy to hear the people above you and in the hallway.
Good: Location is amazing. Bed was comfortable. Bad: Staff was snarky. No coffee in the room. The restaurant was closed on both
