Been going there for almost 5 years. The lady's there need to know the value of customer service. They are never rude (in an obvious way) but I've been going there for that long and are never personable. If you want to be served by robots go there! Only gave 3 stars (2.5) because there is one fellow working there right now that is wonderful. Before that there was a young girl that was great. I avoided going there for a good year. I went in there on December 31st to get some ice wine and some sweet dessert wines. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to wines. Samantha who was working that evening was very helpful with the selection. She was very polite, professional and she did an awesome job. Normally many of us are guilty just complaining about negative experiences however I believe that when we see and experience something positive we should give the person the due credit for making it a memorable experience. Great job, Samantha and All the very best to The Wine Shop in 2022.

Came from out of town and was amazed by the awesome selection. The staff was very helpful and the store was clean and fresh looking. I look forward to returning on my next visit
