This is the worst car wash I have experienced. I put $4 into the vacuum and it doesn’t work so I hail the attendant on duty at 10.50am on Monday. He comes over and says, that machine is not on, can’t you see that he says. I say well shouldn’t there be a out of order sign on the unit, he then says as he walks off, next time make sure you check the machine is on before putting money in. No offer to refund my $4. This business needs to be shut down, they have no idea how to run a business and provide customer service! See you later The wizard tunnel wash!!

I also tapped the card to use the service, to which I immediately tried to stop it as it wasn’t what I was after. It didn’t work at all, and It eventually took $5.50, for which I absolutely didn’t use AT ALL. The worst part is I tried to call the so called assistance numbers available there several times for several days now leaving numerous messages, to which no one seems to answer them. Management if you see this, contact me and please return my money as this is a complete scam and unfair treatment towards customers!

It would be nice if people leaving poor reviews used some common sense. When you pay by card in the self service bays, it will charge you $15.50. You need to wait up to a week for your bank to process your transaction and that $15.50 will be automatically refunded once the proper charge has been sent ie. the $5 you used. There's signage in every bay that tells you the instructions, does no one care to look before having a sook and posting a bad review.

Don’t go. Worst customer service. The previous attendants were nice. The current attendant is an older guy with lot of attitude. Management will regret if they don’t change him. Will never go back now. Prefer the Laser wash in Clyde road which is touch free for the same price. Better for the car without the bristles scratching the car.

DONT USE THIS CAR WASH. Auto wash wasn't working - wouldnt accept a payment. Drove back around to use self serve bays. The credit card reader totaled the wash at $6.50 and showed it as a completed transaction, however, on checking my transactions it had actually taken $15.50 Cant find details to contact them.

Customer service is abysmal. This is the second time I've been robbed with the clock erasing my time, and tonight it happened to at least four others. Plus, the high pressure options weren't working and the soap for the brush was basically pink diarrhoea. Avoid at all costs. Would give zero if possible.

Haven't been here for a while, and should of kept it that way. Has been 'upgraded' since the last time I was there, and it certainly was a much quicker experience although the wash was a lot worse because of it. Have had to come home and still wash it by hand. Couldn't recommend this car wash at all

The Wizard Car wash is fantastic! The facilities are excellent, and the customer service is wonderful and helpful! I was offered advice on car products from the owners and they were so helpful and friendly! Will be washing my car there always! 10/10 for sure

Auto wash took my payment but wouldn’t work. Have tried looking for contact number to call management about it but cannot find contact details anywhere possible. Not even a website email or anything. If management sees this please contact me ASAP

Had to use the payment option by card. Charged me $10.5 instead of $5. And the pressure soap barely had soap. Plz do full refund to my card. And fix your service and bring in someone to manage. If still no good the better you deal with accc.

Same as other reviews. Payment machine wouldn’t process card payment. Paid in coins and all the machine did was spray some water twice over the car, no brushes or anything. Absolutely terrible experience. Don’t use this place at all

Had never used an automatic car wash in my life. Decided to get the platinum wash in the auto wash and was amazed at how great it was, and for 20 bucks it cleaned my car that had been sitting for 3 years as if it was brand new

I paid for a premium soft cloth and touchless clean only for my car to come out still dirty and not clean at all, now to wash it again myself. No number to contact to discuss. Very poor and will not be returning

Wouldn’t recommend and I sure as hell won’t be going back. Twice now, I’ve used a quick 5min car wash and got charged $15, even though the screen says $5. Sounds to me like they’re stealing your money, no?

This car wash does things differently,for the platinum wash a guy normally pre washes the entire car before it goes through the car wash. The result is a cleaner car and haven't had any issues thus far.

Went to the dog wash, used my card made sure I pressed stop so I didn’t go into extra time and still got charged for the extra time. Has happened on multiple times so I have been over charged.

I hate to use bristles on my paint work. I just do their high pressure soap to rinse the car of any dust and then foam cannon and then a final rinse. I love this car wash.

Has 6 bays for DIY car washing and one auto wash bay. Wash bays are always kept clean, and there are bays you can use to wash your car and trailer.

2nd time using the dog wash. Sooooo much easier than washing at home. Takes less than 10 minutes and not bent over hurting my back.

Joined the Wizard Car Wash Club. Can wash my car every week for less than $40 a month. Great value. App makes it super easy.

Good carwash. Always clean with staff seen there cleaning up muddy wash bays and assisting people with the automatic wash.

Pre soak and soap formulas fairly average, good high pressure rinse. Vacuums don't seem to have a tonne of suction.

The car wash time is very quick feels like 1 minute is 40 Seconds otherwise everything is looking good and clean.

Brand new attended auto wash works a treat. Friendly staff who pay attention to detail.
