Waited patiently to pay as the cashier was filling up shelves.didnt want to put any pressure. From the other side comes another customer while I was waiting on what is supposed to be the queue system and she tells me he was there first when actually I was waiting for a while and he only just got there. Clearly she had no idea what was going on zero awareness. Fact is I Normally shop on line most of the time as it s far more convenient. Clearly eBay is the way forward. Won't go back there of course just because the lack of awareness rudeness and attitude. No wander the high street is crushing. I stick to eBay.

Brilliant, tidy, clean shop. The staff and the manager were so polite and friendly. It was busy, but their professionalism and customer service was on point. Kerry I think her name was is the manager who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I have been in other The Works shops which have been like a jumble sale but the Birmingham shop was tidy and organised and one of the best I have visited!

Bad experience! I have ordered by the website to collect it from the store , after waiting for 2 weeks I have emailed the works to ask about my order and they cancelled my order without any reason!?
