I would not recommend. During treatment it seemed as though the guarantee of 80% hair removal would be satisfied in no more than 8 treatments. Naturally, I went for the full body offer which costs a fortune and hoped for the best. Between treatments, hair would grow back, however they would always say that it would eventually go away. The time for the last treatment came and my hair was still unremoved. A few weeks post-treatment and my hair is fully grown and thicker than ever. In fact, I am beginning to see hair in places that never had hair before which is quite upsetting and leads to many other skin problems as a result of sensitive skin (which was why I pursued laser in the first place as a form of hair removal in contrast with more traditional methods including waxing or shaving). Not to mention the inconsistency in staff members. There is no patient-technician relationship which is terrible for someone who prefers being treated by one person consistently. By the end of my treatment, I had been treated by approximately 4-6 different people. Not to mention, every person who worked there seemed to be unhappy working for this company and would complain the whole time about their personal and work related-issues including not being paid enough, long-hours, being treated unfairly (does not sound too professional if you ask me). All of these women either quit or changed companies all together, which does not seem like a mear coincidence. It always seemed as though the technicians were rushing through the treatment to get more appointments in, rather than giving the designated time and effort for quality treatment. Not to mention, location is not the best as it is quite difficult to find parking and when found, its usually far and I have to pay for it on top of the expensive treatment. The worst thing that happened was being dealt with by the manager herself. She is very difficult to converse with about a better deal. At first she claimed that hair would not return and would only require touch-ups; then after treatment failed, she claimed that I needed to get my hormones checked (which by the way, are perfectly healthy) to cover up their incompetence in fulfilling their task. There was once a time that no one else was working and she had to cover all the shifts; rather than admitting that she was tired and would not have produced quality treatment, I ended the treatment with a burn on my upper lip which was terrible since I spoke at a conference the next day with a huge scab on my face as depicted in the figure accompanying this review (which demonstrated wounds after 3 weeks of healing).

Very interesting that my review was taken down, or hidden....here it is again just so that maybe I can help a couple of people not waste their money. I purchased a groupon/wagjag for laser hair removal and when I went to the spa I was very disappointed with what I was presented with. Firstly, the customer service from the owner with appalling. She was dismissive and quite rude. When I was setting up my appointment, I was completely ignored while she sat on the phone, granted I was 6 minutes late but wasn't given the opportunity to explain. When she did speak, she spoke to her employee explaining that "she" (meaning me) would have to wait until later for her appointment.Apparently I am not worthy enough of being addressed directly or by name My second appointment was equally as frustrating. I arrived 20 minutes early to where I checked in with one of the employees and was instructed to sit down. in that 30 minutes the owner never once acknowledged me or apologized for their tardiness. When I was finally addressed by the lovely employee it was her not the owner who apologized for being late. The owner instructed to "take her" (meaning me again, still not worthy of a name) to the back room. Luckily for several reasons I was able to get a refund on the voucher. I would encourage this spa to think twice about offering Groupon or Wagjag vouchers if you are planning to demean and or disregard the people who buy them. Either that or would encourage the owner to take a class in customer service and etiquette. What a shame because the employees were actually quite nice.

Absolutely disgusting. I bought a package for laser hair removal 2 years ago. There was a special for 8 sessions for the price of 6. Paid $1000 found out I was pregnant so had to put it on hold. I asked to use the money for other treatments but was denied by The owner. Fine. Now that I’m able to continue she has denied the bonus 2 sessions and said it never happened. She is a liar and you should be ashamed of yourself. Please find somewhere else to go and get treatment done or at least get it all in writing. your actions are horrendous. Responding to your reply. You showed me notes that were hand written. I would never ever buy something like that full price. And u never knew about the extra areas being done until I told you tonight. Who are you lying to!? It was a special that was going on at the time And I was being polite. I appreciate your phone call trying to fix the situation. When I left yesterday you told me that was my last session and now you’re offering me another.. no thank you. I’d rather pay another someone else to do it again. I’ll never forget how you treated me 2 years ago. And it’s not because of my hormones. Funny tho. The only reason I came back is because u had my money. I stand by my review. The ladies who performed my treatments were absolutely fantastic.

5 Plus! I visited Light Touch Med Spa in Oakville for the first time last Thursday April 19th. They are a friendly team, professional and knowledgeable. I saw Sheena, i must say the results of my fillers turned out to be phenomenal, she is very talented, she has an incredible sense of aesthetics which i think it is mandatory to be successful in this business to complement with the technics they train. I am impressed because I have been too many clinics. Sheena exceeded my expectations, I am going back today to do the other areas, that day I was scared to try someone new. I am glad i did. Now I know with Sheena, i won't waste my money. I felt she really listens to your concerns with confidence she is capable to do it effectively. I am doing a comment in this because i don't want you to waste your money until you find someone that is good in what they do. It's your body, and your face, it can be expansive if you keep looking for the right one along the years... The products they used are also good quality, i can tell, i didn't get sore, no marks, Botox begun to work immediately, it has been 6 days, i like what i see, overall and after all, the best experience i had!

Horrible customer service if you bought through Groupon. The worse that happened was today: I called the place to cancel because I have pink eye. And the lady told me that if I cancel, my 1 year contract would be changed to 11 months. I told her then I would be going even with pink eye. She tells me she won't let me in. So I tell her that's fine, just re-schedule to another day, but it's not fair to change my contract to 11 months. I told her I understand there’s the 48 hours policy but I just woke up with pink eye today. We started a discussion that I can go today, if I have to be penalized for not going, I will go. But it’s better to change the date. She tells me I won’t go today and I will be penalized. She just tells me that "Life is not fair" and because I have been giving too much work for her, she will cancel all my contact because she can do this whenever she wants. She hang out and doesn't answer my calls anymore.

The only reason why I give 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes it is difficult to find parking in the area. In terms of service though, I'd say 5/5! I am very shocked to read all the negative reviews. Every time I have gone to the location in Oakville, I've had excellent service. During one of my laser hair removal sessions, I had an incident occur. I raised it up with them. The issue was resolved right away. Although I need to go for a touch up because some areas had hair regrowth, that is not unexpected. I am the type of person that likes to learn about the machines that are being used. Every technician has always been willing to chat and teach me about the process. Everyone that I've interacted with are friendly and knowledgeable. They would recommend services (because it could be something you're interested in, but haven't mentioned) but I never felt like they were being pushy about it.

I came back for a VERY small fix and was told I actually needed 40-50 units in my face!! On what planet is it okay for a technician to yell at their client? I booked an appt for the following week in good faith of receiving proper customer care after the first time your NURSE refused to listen to me! I'm a young woman and I certainly don't need to have my face frozen by a narcissistic old male nurse! And just for the record, my family is aware of what occurred yesterday. And please - do not try to defend the old male nurse's grumpy attitude and insistence that I needed 40-50 units of Botox. You've seen my face. You know it looks good. Cmon now!

I went there few days ago, to check their treatments and offers. I got a free consultation as I never been there before, I have to say, the lady (the technician) was very nice and sounded professional, willing to help me to improve my skin. She promised me to send an email so we can move forward. For some reason, she or the manager hasn’t sent anything and for me that doesn’t sound professional at all. Most skin clinics are serious, proactive and try their best to attract customers. I decided to go back to Skin Vitality Oakville, their prices are higher but they are quite good in Marketing, communication and Customer service, also offer special rates if you pay more. I already booked a treatment for $800. My advice, never neglect potential customers, those new customers can be loyal and can even recommend to others. Your loss.

Amazing!! VERY knowledgeable, exceptional service, truly concerned about you and your health, outstanding treatments from professionals with big hearts! Highly recommend them!! I have had face and hand treatments that not only reduce the incident of skin cancer but restore collagen and youthfulness to skin. My face is now a normal healthier colour, tighter and more youthful. I am shocked that a few treatments have had such an impact. My recent Christmas photo shows that I look younger than a year ago!! I have struggled for over 2yrs with a nail fungus and have tried everything I could find including help from a dermatologist with no success. After treatments from LightTouch my nail is concretely repairing back to a healthy normal nail!! It works!! Thank you Fran!!

Very poor service for anyone that purchased a GroupOn or similar deal for laser hair removal. They sold several thousand of these laser hair removal deals but are so booked that they cannot schedule everyone within the 6-8 weeks (as is required and as it says on the deal). I asked to be put on a waiting list for any cancellations, and they said they don't really do that. I asked to prebook my appointments months in advance and they also said they don't do that. Bottom line, they are not meeting the requirements of the deal because I can't get my laser appointment booked without waiting for weeks!!! The turnover is also very high at, seems everytime I do manage to get an appointment, its a new person doing my laser.

I recommend Light Touch Laser Clinic to ALL my friends and family. They are amazing! The staff is VERY professional and knowledgeable of customer service. They make it very evident that they appreciate their clients and treat them with the most care that I've experienced any clinic to do so in my personal past experiences (which is quite a few, lol). My sessions with Judy have been EXCELLENT and I dont think I will ever turn back to any other clinic except for Light Touch Laser! I drive all the way from Toronto to Oakville just to come to this clinic.

They did not deliver what they promised. I paid up front. I went back 3 times to fix what they started and they still did not fix my problem. They argued with me, and I left there crying. They “quoted” from my chart what another nurse had supposedly written. They also told me a Dr would be with me today to discuss my dissatisfaction with their treatments, but that notion was dismissed!!! I would not recommend this spa to anyone. My advice would be .... DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR TREATMENTS UNTIL AFTER YOU ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY!!!!!!

I had laser tattoo removal for my eyebrows. This was during the pandemic and the consultation was over Zoom. They were very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. When it came time to start the removal, I had Julieth take care of me. It took 4 full sessions to remove the tattoo. They take pictures to keep track and were very transparent about their progress. I was very happy with their services and it was such a pleasant experience. I would 100% come back for other services!

The staff at The Zest Clinic make you feel like family! When Jess realized I hadn’t had a chance to eat and was hungry, she brought me snacks, they really do care for their clients. The clinic staff are very accommodating. They are all lovely to speak with and make you feel at ease during your treatment(s), while also ensuring to fully explain the procedure and expectations. The Zest Clinic uses the most current techniques and equipment. A wonderful clinic to be part of!

Great service , friendly staff, very clean. I went for laser hair removal and I have dark skin (African-Canadian) so the type of laser used is important or the skin can be damaged. I spoke to a staff member when I was investigating laser clinics and she was very friendly and informative and assured me that the Saporano laser they use works well on dark skin. After three sessions I noticed a slowing of the hair growth. Very satisfied, highly reccomend.

My girlfriend is currently having IPL hair removal service at LightTouch in Oakville. She has had other laser treatments elsewhere and nothing compares to the service she is receiving now. She was nervous about having painful laser treatment and was thrilled with the painless IPL treatment offered at LightTouch. The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for painless hair removal, I highly recommend LightTouch in Oakville.

I had the greatest experience with Colisha today. She was very informative and she did everything with precision down to the smallest detail. Colisha made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my first treatment with her. I am excited to continue having treatments with Colisha because she’s the best! The front desk was also very pleasant and they sterilized their office thoroughly. Overall a very pleasant experience and great customer service.

I went to the Oakville location for the first time to get my lip fillers redone. The women was very helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done to correct the balance from my last procedure at a different clinic. The women how does injecting was previously a nurse and has been doing injections for 6 years as of now. She was very gentle! I am very happy with the results and will for sure be returning in the future. :)

We paid for full body treatment. After 12 or more treatments hair has actually came back coarser due to the shaving. When we met with Lisa her response was that we never promise any results..we were promised. They constantly change their words and have a reason for everything. The turnover of staff there is very high which also shows something is wrong .Don't waste your money on this spa! Hair all came back
