The first time I came here the service was amazing, I wrote a 5 star review. But I came back a second time & maaan the service was horrible. I went to the same gentleman, so I thought I would get the same service. He was extremely aggressive when he grabbed my fingers pinching them and pulling & tugging on my wrist. It was very unprofessional, he even scraped me with the filing machine. He gasped in a sarcastic way & apologized in such a dry tone. I came for a fill, but the nails were done so horrible that I will need to get them filled again. The shapes are uneven & the fill looks horrible. When he moved me to the drying station, he did not bother sanitizing the area. I could tell it was dirty because there was the nail shaving all over the table. I'm NEVER COMING BACK. Find another nail salon, not even the pedicure was worth it.

I gave this place a chance to end up with a infection and losing my entire pinky nail. Right after getting them done the nail felt kind of tight and weird . I didn’t think anything of it . The next few days it kept getting worse and then I realized I could see on the side the entire thing ( the extension AND my real nail ) is lifting , fully . The nail is hanging on by 5% . I’ve since had to cut it down and wrap it hopefully it’ll Just fall off instead of going through any more Painful removal. Don’t know what went wrong but never experienced this before . It’s a shame because I actually spent alot of money there on their best deluxe mani pedi and the gel x just to end up like this …. & their color selection is very limited .

Mani-Pedi with French tips and exfol for $34. Problem: the pleasant older woman who did the mani did not use basecoat. "Dont you need basecoat?" "I know what I'm doing, I've run this salon many years, you gonna be very happy." "Um, ok." Then I noticed the polish was very thin and was literally blown off my nail by the drying fan. "Is this really Essie??" "Allllll my polishes are Essie." But the polish seemed far too thin. Not 14 hours later, the French tips were ruined when I removed clothing from my luggage. Paid "cash only." Will update if management offers refund.

First thing to know is that you have to have an appointment! The owner and his staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Temps taken at the door and some kind of consent form they have you sign. I was very surprised at the price for an acrylic fill and gel pedicure! This is now my new spot since it’s so close to my job. Meter parking on the street and there’s plenty of parking.. you can always head to Chinatown after for dinner or a boba! Best mani-pedi I’ve had since I moved back to LA 2 years ago!

Found this place while out in the neighborhood today, I walked in with no appointment for a pedicure and to my surprise and luck Ms Q was available. The staff was welcoming and the salon was really tidy, they have massage chairs and each station has its own set of color palette swatches. I enjoyed the experience, the gel pedi came out great and the massage was lovely. Plenty of street parking and the meters I believe were only .50 Per hour, 4 hour parking.

I loved the work and the design the only thing that sucked was; since my sister was also waiting for a full set, but she had to step away to change my nieces diaper she got pushed back and other people were taken care of before her so unfortunately we got frustrated and had to leave. All in all quality A+, attitude B, service B (if you're not a regular you won't get noticed), but with going there

The people here are BIPOLAR I always tip good and am nice but they act like I've some low life customer I don't know if it is because Im black or what. The young women there was so rude I didn't tip = I always tip and I was so mad at how I was treated I am never going back. She was not nice and acted like I was trying to cheat her before sitting down.

I went to get my one of my nails fix because it broke and also to get a gel manicure. They did a great job. I love the polish and how careful they are polishing my nails. Early morning the next day another nail broke so I went in and they fixed it for me no question asked. They were so polite about it. Amazing service.

I don’t recommend getting your nails done here they will let people cut you I’ve been waiting here for over a hour and they been letting people who have gotten here after me and been doing their nails we been waiting here for over a hour and they have done 2 people’s nails before me

Came here for a much needed mani while visiting from out of town! Staff was so sweet and friendly and everything in salon went well - however 4 days later 3 of the gel nails peeled completely off :((( not sure what went wrong but very disappointing

My favorite go to spot for nails. I don't let anyone except Sam touch my nails. Ms. Q also does amazing spa pedicures (got wax, massage, massage chair,.etc). Family business and they really cater to their customers

Theres only one person that does the full sets so I had to wait for that person about 45 minutes. Staff was nice and made some conversation. Not a bad experience. I had asked for French tips.
