I found their treatment to be very impersonal and a "one size fits all" approach. Every time I walked in one of the staff would usually just point to one of the machines and say "ok start with this one"- and often it was just whatever machine was available. They wouldn't set the resistance for me, or really even talk to me about how my pain was and where it was, it seemed like the attitude was "ok you have lower back pain, this is the treatment, go" rather than talking to me throughout the exercises. I've been to other PT's who will instruct me more on form, reps, resistance, and exercises to do at home, but I got none of that here. And at the end, nearly 2 months after I stopped going, I got hit with a surprise $500 bill! Even after asking them nearly every time I went if I owed anything, or if insurance would cover it, and they told me i didn't owe anything- at the end of all this I'm 500 bucks down, and my back still hurts. It seems like they're very busy so if you want somewhere where a therapists will actually talk to you and listen to you I would look elsewhere, I could have gotten the same "therapy" but for cheaper if I just signed up for a gym with an exercise bike and a leg press machine.

I had an injury with my left shoulder and I came to Theradynamic on home Avenue for occupational therapy. I was treat with care and dignity by all of the staff members who I was incontact with. I was cared for by Anabel, P.Jay, and Ralph. These three indiduals workd very hard on my left shoulder tirelessly. They really put in hard work, care, and effort in helping me gain back the strenght that I lost before i came to theradynamics. Now, I can stay that because of there continous caring and treatment that they gave me, I am now able to do full range of motion on my left shoulder. I felt much better than I was before the therapy started. I am very happy and please of there care towards me. These invidulals treated me with proper bedside manners. The equipments and surroundings are are always clean and presentable.I would recommend everyone of my friends, family, and other individuals who are ineed of occuipation therapy. 3 simple words: God bless them!! I have been a patient at Theradynamics on 1811 Hone Avenue in the Bx since September after a fall off a ladder. I was in raging pain and had very little range of motion on my left arm. God sent me to this place and sent Jonathan to me. He is patient, soothing and incredibly skilled at physical therapy. Plus he is one of the nicest people ever! The entire staff is wonderful! Very fast check in, great safety measures and a relaxed atmosphere. Almost 3 months in, my range of motion has improved greatly with very little pain. I still have work to do but it's a far cry from where I started and I thank God and Jonathan for that. I HIGHLY recommend Theradynamics (particularly on Hone Avenue.) Whichever therapist you get here, I assure you that they will take good care of you! Jonathan, Angie, Bobby and the new young man (so sorry, i don't know your name!) - I love you guys!

TheraDynamics is fantastic. When I started there, I couldn’t walk anywhere without arthritis pain in my hips. I did 20 sessions (Dr Angie went to bat with my insurance for a few more sessions). The staff is attentive and always courteous. Between the exercises and massages and that current thingy (my fav) I am now not just walking, but confident enough to do my first hike in years and I went roller skating! Thank you so very much! When I was first diagnosed, I went into a deep depression and didn’t want to go anywhere or do anything. And I didn’t for months! For someone who was pretty athletic, osteoarthritis was a death knell. But Dr Angie helped me get back on my feet (literally) and my confidence is back. I can’t thank you all enough! I’ll be sure to recommend you to my friends and coworkers.

This is my first time going to physical therapy, although I was anxious because I didn’t know what to expect the staff here is super friendly and helpful! Bobby, the front desk receptionist, is very nice and will answer all of your questions when you’re filling out your intake forms. Due to Covid, he makes sure to take your temperature, I love this because it ensures my safety! I see Dr. Angie, I couldn’t of asked for a better physical therapist! She ensures my exercises are comfortable for me to do and tells me what exercises I can do from the comfort of my own home as well. I really like this because I want to ensure I also do my part to get better. The physical therapy aids are also friendly, and you can ask them for help if you so need it. I love the teamwork!

Theradynamics has helped me recover from a difficult period in my life. I was suffering from substantial nerve pain in my left arm and neck when I arrived there. Just finished my last session there today and I’ve improved substantially in my endurance and my pains have gone down significantly. Annabelle and Ralph were the best therapists I could have asked for, they were patient, kind, and cheerful. I would highly recommend Theradynamics to my friends and loved ones, they really set a high standard of care for all their patients and I will forever be grateful for the Theradynamics team. My review about Ralph & Joe at the Hone Avenue Theradynamics. I feel good and I feel safe when Ralph does therapy sessions with me. I told him that I was miserable and he listened to my comments. Hurting my arm and shoulder has been bothering me but I told Ralph how it happened and I felt better that I admitted my pain to him. Ralph does show me that I am getting movement back into my arm. I appreciate his encouragement very much. The atmosphere in Theradynamics is nicer when Ralph is there. He is the best. I feel relaxed and confident that he knows what he is doing as a therapist. My experience here has been phenomenal! Everyone there are very kind, helpful, respectful and caring! From my very first visit I felt improvement in my physical health. The physical therapist - Angie, who treats me, is amazing and very caring she listens to your problem carefully and then start with the therapy as needed. Its been a month and I can finally sit and lay regularly without discomfort. And with the pandemic they take alot of precautions to keep the patients and themselves safe. Every equipment is disinfect before you use them. If anyone is having second thoughts or are scared to go here, do not hesitate. This is coming from a clean freak and a very picky person.

I was recommended to the Hone Avenue Facility by my orthopedic doctor. It was the best recommendation ever in comparison to other PT's that I have been. The staff was very hospitable, respectful, warm and attentive. I was impressed with the focus on individual care and patient relationship. Everyone who came in after their initial to third treatment visit was known and greeted by their first name and treated like family. The space was always well kept and attention given to keeping the machines clean was also important and evident while dealing with COVID. Patient care was definitely a priority here. Dr. Angie is a miracle worker. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The Hone Ave location is very clean and hygienic. They make sure all of the equipment is sanitized after every use. They keep the patients socially distant. Everyone wears masks. I came in for neck and back pain and not only have I had significant relief, a byproduct of the treatments have been that I haven’t had a single migraine in three months! Over all it has been a great experience and they are my first choice for PT. I’ve already referred by boyfriend and I recommended them to others.

Theradynamics at Hone Ave in the Bronx is the best Physical Therapy establishment that I have ever attended. The place is spacious and always very clean. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and are very patient. They take their time when they are working with you and you never feel rushed. They also have the latest in therapeutic equipment. Upon finishing my physical therapy sessions I can honestly say that I feel as good as I did before I had my accident. I recommend them highly without reservation. You will not be disappointed!!!

Dr. Angie is AMAZING!!!! The entire staff at Theradynamics Morris Park location is wonderful. I came here with a partial high grade ACL tear to my left knee and with continued sessions; and a little work at home as well I have been downgraded to an ACL sprain with no tear detected. I owe it all to Dr. Angie and her staff. If you are in need of therapy this is the place you want to be. Flexible scheduling, early or evening appointments, super clean facility. So thankful I came here and am on the road to complete recovery thanks to them.

I have had a wonderful experience here at Theradynamics. Dr. Angie and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities and equipment were in excellent shape and always being sanitized after each use. In my 6-7 visits, my back pain has definitely reduced, thanks a great deal to them taking the time to show me how to do the effective exercises properly. Dr.Angie and the whole team have been amazing. I came in following a complication from spine surgery. My first day I came in a wheelchair and now I’m able to run 6.5 mph and getting better each day! Dr. Angie is very knowledgeable about her field and tailors exercises to fit each patients need. The front desk is also very welcoming. I still have a few more visits left and I’m confident in this team to rehab me back to where I can live my normal life again and do the things I love doing.

I had such an amazing time here, my therapist was Jonathan. He is very professional, skilled and knew what he was doing. I would like to give him along with this place even more stars if it was possible.the receptionist at this Rehab center along with the other therapists were very kindred and professional. This place feels like a family. The place is also getting fixed up with better equipment. In general and in my opinion the services they’re charging for is undervalued.

Ive been coming to the Hone Avenue Facility since March 2021 due to a back injury. The staff is super friendly and attentive. But I'm most impressed with the focus on individual care. Everyone that comes in is greeted by their first name. You don't feel like another number walking through the door. The space is always well kept and attention given to keeping the machines clean is also important while dealing with COVID. Patient care is definitely a priority here.

I went there because I was prescribe physical therapy for a partial tear of my Achilles tendon. This injury was cover by workers comp. This happen about 3 years ago. These people said workers comp covered everything but now I'm receiving a bill for the service. I would not recommend these people. They're all about the money. Plus they didn't know much how to rehabilitate my lower leg. Not very good. Zero stars if I could give zero

This place is amazing! The front desk staff are always accommodating and everyone is so nice! I broke my wrist recently due to a pothole issue and have been coming here a few times a week to get back to functional fitness and functional living and I’ve come so far with the help of the Occupational Therapy Duo, Maredyl and Ralph. I’m blessed and grateful for them. 11/10 would recommend to anyone in need of therapy.

Dr. Angay listened to my concerns and goals and created a treatment plan that was successful. The team is warm, friendly and knowledgeable and was extremely patient with me. Bobby gave me guidance with supplemental exercises that I should be doing at home and took the time to demonstrate them to me. I saw consistent progress each week and met my goals. Thanks everyone!

I came in for my thumb and was treated by Ralphy. He was very nice and made sure that none of the exercises I was doing were causing me pain, he always checked in to see if I was okay, and he always listened to any concerns I may have. I was treated well and all the staff members were very nice and respectful.

Enjoy working with Angie. Came here to rehab after a total knee replacement. Definitely seen improvement. EDITED: Be careful of the billing. I am now being charged almost $1k for services that should be covered by insurance. Stay on top of your bill and question anything that doesn't look right.

I don’t know why they have a phone for. I tried to make an appointment and called so many times they kept me on hold and would hang up every time! The person who picks up the phone always got the same rude attitude. I’ll just stick to the 231st location even though this one is closer to me...

My initial visit went well. Place is clean and quiet. However, my second appt I arrived early. Then 15 min past my appt no OT therapist. I have a very busy schedule and being on time is important. I don’t believe I can continue using their service If therapist aren’t showing up o time.

Great facilities and equipment! The personnel is very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Angie was my PT therapist and with her I made massive progress in my mobility. There are busy hours during the day but they do their best to accommodate all patients.
