I would not recommend this place ever. Absolutely average cafe and the food was just mediocre The banana bread/cake: bitter AF. Due to extra baking powder. The cappuccino: just average Had a guava passion fruit lemonade. Was just flavoured water. So so watery. Only plus point the ambiance cos it had an AC in the morbid October heat. No parking available

When we visited here we tried Mocha Chocochip and Tropical Mango Milkshake for drinks. Both were very nicely made. We had the large ones which were quite filling. The taste was also very nice. For food we had chicken wrap and tandoori chicken sandwich . The chicken was amazing, seemed quite fresh, and was perfectly cooked. Overall it was a good experience in this cafe. The ambience was also very nice with soft nice English music. Also the staff was very nice, they were very helpful.

Decent place, nothing special at the place. The hazelnut coffee frappe was just average and was just a minor sprinkle of hazelnut dust. Even the coffee was void of any flavour. Being a cold coffee still it was luke warm which was disappointing. Staff was also disinterested in providing any service.

Excellent outlet ! Excellent service and cordial staff ! Do try sea salt cold mocha here ! Been a regular buyer since inception of this outlet and not even once have been let down by their beverages / food items. Highly recommended ! Cheers

Very fabulous food

I like this coffee it's really smooth and has an after taste of chocolate. Service was brilliant and the coffee was delivered the day after I ordered it and was ground perfectly for the Cafetiere.

Very good menu paired with coffee

Third Wave is good coffee. But this disappointed me. The Platinum brach opens at 8am in the morning on a Saturday. I went there at 10:15 and the staff tells me it will take another 15-20 mins to open. If I’m taking the pains to visit on time then I don’t want to here something like this.

I’m so happy they opened a branch of this cafe in BKC. Have visited the BKC outlet and had a great experience, but I loved the experience in the new branch! Especially a wide variety of drinks and coffees to choose from. Special thanks to priya the other staff for the lovely coffee!
