He came over the house and provided me with a free "unofficial" house inspection. While we discussed the results, he asked if I had considered just renting the house and recommended that I took my time to decide if I really wanted to sell the house. This showed me that he had my best interest at heart and although he was in the business of selling houses, it was clear to me that he was very concerned with making sure I was making the right decision. I decided that it was time to sell and we proceeded by formulating an action plan. Thomas has the ability to use a very sophisticated marketing program and we got several "great offers" in a matter of days. He will explain the market conditions in a way anyone can understand and it gives you a sense that you are part of the selling (or buying) team. We ended up selling the house at above original asking price due to his vast experience, amazing negotiating skills, an also due to the beautiful upgrades I had made to my home. Thomas takes care of every client the same way, but as a veteran, I can tell you that he has a sense of service to those who serve (and served) along with their families. He understands the complexities and burdens involved when a military member has to move from/to a new location or when they leave their loved ones behind and the spouse needs assistance. This post is long over due. While I have been raving about my experience with Thomas to everyone. Both my buying and selling experience, I kept forgetting to post my gratitude for him. I have NEVER had such a seemless experience in my life. Thomas made everything so easy for me. He helped me sell my condo, while I was on a work trip in another state! I think what also needs to be highlighted is that while I am confident he had multiple clients at the same time. I would never have known it. I ways felt like he was here for me. I trust Thomas to be honest with me about all the details even if it wasn't to his benefit. He would never do something that wasn't for his clients benefit and for this and how I felt everytime working with him, I will NEVER have another realtor other than Thomas. His communication is the absolute best as well, I am updated about everything and he explained everything as well. We all have a friend that is in real estate we want to help out or might give you a discount of commission... but If you want someone who is going to get you what you want, is honest and really really good and making this a good experience rather than a stressful experience. I first met Thomas through my sister, I was so impressed by his patience, communication, and professionalism while she was looking for a new home. Several years later, I asked her for his info and to my surprise, he had kept in touch with her! I reached out to him to sell my home. Right off the bat, he provided great advice on the process and seemed to always have my best interests in mind when negotiating. Unfortunately, I was leasing my home at the time I wanted to sell and the tenants would not budge so I had to put the sale on hold. We found Thomas through Google reviews and it's been one of the best cold calls i've ever done! His knowledge of the UTC area is very thorough, and he is NOT looking to get you the most expensive house for the highest commission! He will straight up tell you if it is a good deal or a bad deal, and told us to walk away from a few houses that were vastly overpriced. Beyond that, once the actual escrow process starts he and his team are VERY fast! On point, constant communication, and regular updates to the process. Made buying the house very smooth for first time buyers like us, it was very much like a walk in the park!

When it was time to sell our townhome, we decided to go with Thomas. He is very knowledgeable and bring up good points to consider. For example, he advised that you don’t necessarily have to go with the highest offer. You’ll want to accept an offer that is solid, highly likely to close on-time and whose financials look impressive. That’s what we did and we closed on-time with no issues.
