We finally pulled the plug on one of the large insurance carriers (and it wasn't only because Aaron Rodgers lost all credibility after his vaccine fiasco). After 30 years of "loyalty" with subpar service we chose to use the Thomas Ward Group as brokers to find a new company that could meet all our insurance needs. After a few phone conversations we received a detailed comparison of our current policies with three recommended competitors. After talking through the different options we chose one that met all our needs. The whole process was done efficiently and professionally; we believe we made informed decisions. Cameron Hasch was very responsive, knowledgeable and readily available.

I used Thomas Ward for car insurance during the three years I was in Chicago, and I was very happy with them the entire time. My insurance broker at TW was Michael Rice. He worked hard at the start to explain all the ins-and-outs of car insurance (I was a first-time buyer), as well as his objective recommendations on the appropriate coverages and limits. I got a solid Erie Insurance policy through Mike/TW that was competitively priced. While I didn't file a claim in those three years, I can report that whenever I needed Mike for a question, he was always responsive and helpful with answers. Good job, Mike and TW! I'd highly recommend both.

I have insured my individual condo and condo building with Thomas Ward Insurance for years. They are a class act from top to bottom. I insure with them because t hey are competitive and I know I can trust their guidance. When I ask about coverages and options, I never feel like I get the sales pitch; just an explanation. Tom himself has provided me with invaluable advice on various insurance matters that didn't even involve the policies I have with them. He is as straight a shooter and thoughtful an individual as you'll ever meet and that's the kind of person and company I want to do business with!

I don't remember my first agent's name now but she made me fall in love with Thomas Ward agency by making my insurance policies so much easier to manage, plus she saved me money by comparing policies. While she has unfortunately left TW, I have continued to be pleased with the prompt and helpful service I've received. Even when I have a "stupid" question, the agents always answer quickly, I'm never put on hold and they are not condescending toward me.

I don't know if all of the customers get the personal treatment like I do, but it makes all the difference in the world. I always feel like I am calling an old friend for help and my old friend is always glad to hear from me and always wants to help. Like old friends should. Anyway, I never worry about being taken advantage of due to my ignorance around insurance, and as such I trust my brokers have my best interest in mind.

I appreciated how genuinely helpful they were. Especially in contrast to a quote I received directly from an insurance: they asked for tons of information just to provide an extremely low initial quote, which upon further investigation, had nearly none of the coverage I would actually want. And then they wouldn't stop calling me! That shadiness stood in stark contrast to my experience with Thomas Ward. Thanks again!

I was not aware of the benefits of going with an insurance group, and I've been absolutely thrilled with Mike at Thomas Ward. I used to just shop online, but I found that with complex insurance policies I was getting even better deals to go through the broker.
