I only ran in this Thorntons to use their restroom quickly and just run right back out, but... ended up there over an hour, laughing and laughing with the cashier between her ringing out customers! Besides that little bit of good fun, the restroom was spotless clean, the store was neat, organized and very clean as well. All in all, a very fast trip ended up with me having fun with the employee that was working, buying a couple of cute little souvenirs and being impressed with a nicely ran establishment.

I meant to post a review months ago but forgot. As someone who deals with customer service as a career, Sunny is a real blessing for you. Her customer service is A+ and she seems as beautiful inside as well as out. It’s a real challenge to deal with the mass public on a day to day. She is a solid gem!!! She not only greets everyone with a smile, but she remembers the “regulars”. It’s a rare thing to find a a solid employee and good person these days. Give that girl a promotion! I am a total "regular" at thortons!! I go to this store between 2 and 10 times every single day if my life and have been for the last 12 years!! So I have actually accumulated more than 9000 visits in that time!! So believe me when I say that this store is the best of any convenience store of its kind in every way!! My loyalty says it all and speaks VOLUMES about the quality and integrity of the franchise!!!!,,!

So I fill out the lotto slip for the big drawing tonight. Give it to the little girl behind the counter with the long braids. I guess she couldn't get it to process so she simply chose quick pic. Thankfully I looked at the tickets before leaving. Check your tickets before you leave (and give me 2% for letting you know). I'll be contacting the TN lottery commission to shut them down in the morning.

Always clean, but I wanted almond milk and they did not carry it. They do have some grand and go hot and cold food choices, Lots of coffee and slushies as well, and do not forget the donuts. I grabbed my daughter a couple body armours and called it a day. It is a very busy location, also the atm does not charge and you can get less than a $20.00 bill out.

They always have the cheapest gas by far in the area, even when other places are 20-30 cents higher. They've clearly tried to keep gas as close to $3.99 as they can for this location for as long as they can while others are soaring up to $4.40 with no remorse. Greatly appreciated, always make a point to come here for gas.

I once got hit in their parking lot and the workers got mad at me for getting hit!!! I don’t go here unless I have to because it is right next to the hermitage inn so i have had uncomfortable encounters being a young adult and a woman at this location. definitely don’t recommend going alone !!!!!!

This is the cheapest gas in the area almost always. There are peak times when it is hard to find a pump, but usually not bad and fairly easy to get in and out of. The inside has a bit of an odd smell and the drink machine is always cold and slightly flat, so the convenience store side is lacking.

Very nice store & gas station. Good selection of products inside the store. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful, especially the Manager, Erica. The only thing that hurts this place is the location – and what sits across the street. But all in all, excellent store.

The employees are generally very friendly There are a few who can't smile even they want to. I don't like the coffee stations here. They need serious improvement on the coffee machines and flavors. The store is same as any other convenience store but it is clean.

Wish the chick that works 3rd shift would quit locking the door & taking naps; it happens very often. How has she not been fired??! Calling general & district manager in the morning, I'm not very nice when I don't have my cigarettes

Have been going to the Thorntons store off Lebanon rd 4145. And ever since Jerry has been working 3rd shift (when I usually come by) the store has been clean and looks great. Please give him a raise or show him he is appreciated

Well staffed. I went there today and they had four registers manned. Quick service. Relatively clean, though I didn't visit the restroom. Good gas prices. Quick pumps.

Thorntons in Hermitage, Tennessee is a good gas station. They usually have one of the best prices on gas in the area and I've never had a problem here.

One thing, Hepatitis. That’s what you’ll get walking into the Restroom. Smelled really foul and the blue light hides all the urine on the walls

It’s midnight on a Friday night and there is a hand-written note on the front doors which reads, “Back in 10 minutes.” Like what?

Cheapest place to get gas in Hermitage 9 times out of 10 which balances out the fact that it's not in an ideal location. iykyk

Nice selection of products. Always busy, yet the employees do their best and are fast at helping customers.

Hands down the SLOWEST PUMPS on earth. Got just 5 gallons and went to Kwik Sak across the street.

Stopped for gas, cigs & restroom break. They closed the restrooms & told me to go else where.
