Beware! Beware! Panhandlers constantly in the parking lot, harassing customers. Have told staff multiple times and they say there is nothing they can do. This is scary to customers, especially at night. Take your business somewhere else, where they do not allow this activity in their parking lots. Should be able to get your gas, without always being approached by drug addicts or fearing your car will be broke into, while you are in the station. This is not happening at other places in the area, like Dollar General and Cracker Barrel. So Thornton's needs to talk to them and see what they are doing to prevent it at those businesses. Even if an employee has to monitor the parking lot, and constantly run people off, it is worth it. Because cars are leaving, before buying, once they see the crack heads heading toward their cars. So losing business. Will not be back til this is handled.

It's clean, has a lot of convenient foods already prepared and lots of flavored coffee's but that is all an illusion. I was staying at a nearby motel and went there for coffee and there Dark Roast was the worst coffee I have ever gotten at a gas station/convenient store. It was dark water with no flavor at all. No wonder they have so many flavored creamers. Then I went to the hot case with prepared breakfast items and I got a Ham, egg, cheese croissant and this was 6:30 in the morning and it was so hard and baked to death I could not even bite into it. I had already gotten back in my car and was not in the mood to go in and complain so I just threw it away. A big waste of my hard earned money!!! It was not fresh at all. Worst place ever. But I guess there gas is great.

I just wanted to fuel and use the bathroom, but they said that the bathroom was closed.. Its against guidelines to refuse use of a public bathroom to anyone.. I would like to see something done about this..It’s against the law to refuse anyone use of a public bathroom and I feel like I’ve been discriminated because of whatever reasons they have to close their bathrooms it was 9:48 pm when I stopped at this store to fuel and use the bathroom.. So I took my needs to the Twice Dailey where they don’t refuse the use of their bathrooms.. I hope something is done about this because I used the bathroom in my pants and was embarrassed trying to make it to the bathroom…

I was so excited when they put a food station in the center. Unfortunately the staff HATES it and it's very clear. I've tried on multiple occasions to grab a bite on the way to work, each time its clear they make a bunch in the morning and do not make anymore throughout the entire day, the buns are hard as a rock and the meats are barely edible. Really sad. The staff here has always been pretty terrible truth be told but I was hoping the food station would be something that I could come back for. Looks like I'm back to going out of my way to avoid such a terrible gas station. :/ lots of potential, but not till they do an overhaul on the day staff here.

Thorntons have always been the one place I can count on as an Uber driver to be able to get gas, smokes, snacks, etc. and be able to use the restroom and wash my hands late at night until.... tonight at this location. Restroom is CLOSED off. Went next door to Twice Daily and yea!!! Restroom was open so I filled my tank, bought my carton of cigarettes, got my drink and snacksThortons missed out on $120 all because the employees are too lazy to clean the restrooms so they close them down. Wonder how many more people are like me and how much more money they're missing out on I'm done with these places.

Took my son to ladies restroom to supervise his hygiene. However, we both stopped short after opening the bathroom door to find blue lighting. We were shocked and didn’t know what to think. Did they purchase wring bulbs and feels like black lights but not actually. It definitely accentuated the filth. I was grateful that he was a boy and only had to no. 1. Hand washing wasn’t a whole lot better THANKFUL for the soap and water but not so much the water coming out like a gusher. It was a bit scary but we emerged alive and hopeful we didn’t catch a virus. This is why viruses stay active.

I’ve been in and out of the Kentucky and Tennessee area for the last 4 years and this is by far the worst Thornton’s I’ve even been in. The place was a mess - during covid no less- the fridges were empty and all the food looked stale. The young lady behind the counter was either on the phone or having an aggressive conversation with herself but clearly she was too in either to actually communicate the sale or pay attention to me. Good thing I was only getting a bottle of water- left the money on the counter and walked out!

First time: The bathroom had poop on the floor, when the family in front of me told the cashiers they just laughed at them. Second time: Cashier talked to her coworker through our entire transaction. Wouldn't make eye contact, didn't say hello, nothing. Normally, they ask if you want a receipt, indicating your transaction is finished. She did not, so I asked if I was good to go and she just turned around. I'm hoping for less odd and rude behaviour at one of the other stations on either side of this place.

Large selection of refrigerated drinks, including a large beer section. "Chilled food" & pastries delivered daily believe it or not. (Those sandwiches are safe to eat.) One of the cleanest gas stations in the area. Especially considering how busy it is and that it's open 24/7 I believe. Large wheelchair accessible bathrooms in ok condition the last time I saw them at least. Two free ATMs & a BitCoin machine. Plenty of misc auto supplies and tools in cas of car trouble.

Today I went to this Thorntons & told the cashier I wanted $20 worth of fuel. I went outside & only got $17. I went inside & told the other cashier since the one I gave the money to was busy with another customer. He kept saying I gave him exact change when I gave him a $20. I only had 2 $20 bills so I’m not crazy. He kinda gave me an attitude and gave me the remaining $3. I was more mad that he made it look like I was the one lying.

Worst service ever. Coolers all empty. Manager in the back casually eating while both bathrooms had piss all over the floor and walls. Cashier was casually sipping her 44oz and not even one bud light 25oz on the sleeves. Outside travelers trying to get gas and snacks avoid this place at all costs. Highly poorly managed store

Went in and all the grillers items had meat in it. My usual thornton's has pepper jack cheese griller out at breakfast. When I asked, I was rudely informed: it's not not lunchtime now is it. Every thornton's should have a non meat item on the grill. Also they should be polite and not respond with sarcasm.

My favorite gas station near my house even though it is the busiest. I love the staff because they always remember me and ask me how I am. They are currently making improvements on the inside which will make it even better!! I get gas here because I have loyalty card that gives me 3¢ off every gallon.

The best gas station I've been to in this area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I know them by first name and they all (every shift) knows me by name. Great customer service. And they try their best to keep up with busy people that come there. Keep up the good work guys …

Today Sunday May 16th. Your hotdogs are in the wrong spots. I was getting a regular hotdog come to find out you had spicy in that spot. I about died when eating it. So, as you do hotdogs CHECK WHERE YOU PUT THEM!!!

My husband and I stoped to get gas and use the restrooms the blue lighting was terrible I dont know if they had the blue lights to cover up the nasty bathrooms. Need to clean the bathrooms and change the lighting

I don't want to see the cashier when i try to use my debit card at the gas pumps never again am i stopping here and seems to be the same problem with every location!

I left my change by mistake. Lee the (cashier) came outside in the rain to bring me my change!!! Now thats excellent customer service!!! Thanks Lee!!!
