We moved to Ottawa. I ordered the full prime rib dinner for Christmas Eve supper and the full turkey dinner for Christmas Day supper. The meals were suppose to be heat up and serve. Boy was that misleading!!! First the food was suppose to be delivered between 2 - 4 pm. They showed up at 9:30 am at the hotel we are staying at. Second, The prime rib was raw. Literally raw. I emailed before hand that we wanted it medium well so it is only pink. Then when we heat it up it will finish cooking to be well done because we do not want any blood in our meats. I heated it up like the instructions said and when I cur into the meat is was oozing blood out. It was like the meat was seared lightly on the outside and left to walk off the plate. I ended up roasting the prime rib for two additional hours to cook it fully through. A 6:30 supper for four ended up being 9:00 supper for two. No one would eat the mashed sweet potatoes because of the bloody juice that it was sitting in from the raw meat. Also, the meal was suppose to feed four easily. After the bone is removed and the fat is all removed we barely had enough for two people. I come from a farm and know prime rib and meat. This was a waste of money all around. Third, the full turkey dinner. How can I say this; don"t waste your money on it. Again, all they did was brown the skin but everything underneath was raw. The juice was running blood all the way through. It took almost 3 1 hours to cook it through. Again we had a really late supper. There was enough meat for 6 people but the stuffing they supplied was enough for two people. The gravy, mashed potatoes, and carrots were enough for the four of us. It was advertised that these holiday meals were heat and serve. If I had known I was going to have to cook the meals it would have been way cheaper and easier to go buy the groceries and cook the meals from scratch myself. I am shocked none of us ended up with food poisoning from the very raw meat they delivered. We did have stomach issues from the prime rib dinner. I want this honest and disappointing catering service to be a warning to everyone. .This was the first time ordering and spending Christmas in Ottawa and it was a disappointed meal. In case the readers are wondering, Our hotel room has a full kitchen in it so we can cook with an oven.
Once again disappointed. This establishment is crowded and chaotic, and the service is sub par, especially considering the high prices charged. I was waiting in line today to purchase a few little things. I noticed the people behind me were unable to view the goods in the display case as I was higher up in line than them. I moved out of the way so they would be able to view the food and make their selection. This put me at a funny angle to the cash, but as I was the next person in line for the cash and had indicated this to the cashier, I didn't think twice. However, when it came time to make my purchase, the girl at the cash ignored me when I said I was next, and when I called her attention back to me, she told me that I wasn't in line. I just put my purchases down and left. Clearly people aren't hired for the their brains here. I will not bother to go again. Check out the Red Apron instead if you're looking for fantastic, affordable take-home meals and excellent service in a well-organized environment.
I found this (picture attached) in one of the cheesecake pastries I ordered. They are like hard pieces of clay or plastic or something, health hazard much? I honest to god almost broke a tooth while eating the pastry. The customer service isn’t great either, seems like I’m a waste of their time when I’m there - there is one girl in particular who has a horrible attitude - it’s sometimes difficult to enunciate while wearing masks so I had ordered the blueberry cheesecake pastry and she had grabbed the wrong one by mistake, no big deal at all, and I said “oh sorry I wanted the blueberry not the mini cheesecakes” and she rolled her eyes at me and said “well I heard you say this” and it was said with a horrible attitude. My boyfriend and I moved in down the street about 2 months ago and really enjoy the butter tarts and a lot of their baked goods but honestly, I don’t feel like going back anymore even with how convenient and close the shop is.
It's not the place that it used to be unfortunately. My last two times I went there I left empty handed. The time I went to their Carling Ave location, I was disappointed to see the lack of options. Big space, not much to choose from. All we wanted to buy was a couple sandwiches, but there were only a few pre-packaged grocery store type ones available. I expect more for the premium prices that are being charged. Tonight when I went to the one in my neighbourhood on Wellington, I tried to buy a slice of chocolate cake. Apparently they no longer sell them by the slice. If I wanted one, I would have had to buy the whole cake. I've been buying slices of cake there for years. So....I left empty handed again. I know times are tough. I hope things improve, I used to love this place.
Outstanding catering services! We recently organized an outdoor celebration of life under a large tent and used Thyme & Again to cater the event. We can’t share enough accolades for Sheila, Chef Michael and their teams. From planning to coordinating to executing, everything went very smoothly. We were impressed with their ability to adapt to our needs. The menu was perfectly tailored to fit our desired theme and accommodate food restrictions. They also created an outdoor kitchen by the tent on the day of the event to prep and cook their delicious food on premises. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the event all the more special, turning a plain tent into a beautiful intimate venue. We could not have asked for anything better!

We booked Thyme and Again for the food service at our wedding at the Museum of Nature. From our first meeting with Bridget Mclean we knew we had made the right choice. Throughout the process she and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a success. Always quick to answer questions, and often offering advice and help beyond what I expected from a caterer. They genuinely care about your wedding. And that's without even getting into the food itself! We requested a vegetarian only food service for our wedding, and received nothing but amazing compliments and praise about the food selection (often from those who were most skeptical that vegetarian food could be enjoyed by all). I would HIGHLY recommend T&A for any event!!!
Absolutely wonderful and memorable 50th birthday dinner. We ordered meal packages for 4 so that my birthday party would be spent chatting and celebrating instead of cooking and sweating in front of the oven. Mission accomplished so thank you Thyme and Again. We ordered the Baharat Spiced Prime Rib and the Salmon en papilotte + the local charcuterie and cheese platter + veggie, dip and pita platter. Oh my God. Everything was tasty, tasteful, plentiful and perfect. Thank you for making this special birthday so special.

Artisan sandwiches are premade and sitting in a cooler, and for the 7 bucks, not particularly special, especially cold. And it was slow... Sure, Saturday afternoon is a busy time, but even so it seemed to take an awfully long time to get a sandwich considering the number of people behind the counter. I couldn't quite figure out what they are all doing back there. At one point it seemed to take 2 of them to ladle up a bowl of soup. I dunno. They're a GREAT catering company for weddings etc., but the storefront cafe didn't impress me. They have better sandwiches at that little Italian grocery store off Booth St, and way faster service.
We had planned a large indoor wedding that was revised to a park wedding and then to an even smaller park wedding.... Thyme and Again planned and replanned and was gracious about all of the uncertainty. We hosted with individual boxes and bottled drinks to be taken away after the cermony and an outdoor tent dinner (for immediate family only) all with Kosher supervision from the OVH. The food was delicious and the wait staff extremely professional. The mashgiach (Kosher Supervisor) said they were a pleasure to work with. The set up was beautiful and the timing like clockwork. I hope that they do many more kosher events in future.
Love the place, had ordered large cakes since 2012 recommended to everyone and all my family in Toronto and Montreal knows the Grand Mariner poppyseed cake as always on the party. Today I stopped to pick 3 slices and the clerk / Menager I formed me that they can’t cut the cake?!? So rather keep the cake intact then sell 22 $ of worth. I came for that and you have it!!! What kind of customer service is that ? You can’t slice the small cake? Sooo disappointed!!! The businesses comes with these ridiculous policies that becomes very hard to support them. I drove km to come to your location!!!
Mothers Day Prime Rib Dinner We ordered the Mothers day prime rib dinner and it was tasty however the prime rib was a poor cut of meat with over 30% fat and barely fed three people (all light eaters). I contacted Thyme and Again and left a message they (never responded), I sent an email to their head office and they (never responded). Very disrespectful that they cannot deal with a customer complaint. It is too bad as we usually spent about $50-75 a week at Thyme and Again and they have lost my business.

Went for a business lunch Friday, December 8 and had a amazing lunch of an egg salad sandwich, side Caesar, coleslaw and an amazing pickle. Service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere and décor outstanding. I was not able to have a dessert but will be back for a lemon square. I have had their catering as well at an event and the food was again delicious. Portions and prizes quite reasonable for high quality lunch.

We had Thyme and Again provide and deliver over 100 gift baskets for our staff the week before Christmas as a thank you for their hard work. The food items were fresh and delicious, and the gift boxes were packaged beautifully. Sheila and her team made this huge project effortless. It was important to us to choose a local company in Ottawa, and they did certainly impress! We will not hesitate to use them again and we have already recommended them to so many other business owners and friends. -Darlene MacInnis, Marketing Manager Nutri-Lawn Ottawa
I’d like to take this opportunity to give a shout to Sandra. Thank you. Now onto the review. What can I say? If I could give six stars I would. The food was proper and worth every penny, the service was top tier professional and with all the bonus “extras and freebies” we feel as though we have of underpaid. These guys are pros, start to finish seamless service and just by watching these guys work you know they’re prepared for any and every circumstance. Our wedding would not of gone as smoothly as it did without Thyme and Again. Mat and Malika
We had them cater our small wedding this weekend. The food was delicious and packaged with care. I really appreciated their attention to dietary allergies. For example, one of our guests is allergic to gluten and not only did they include GF crackers in the cheese platter but they also separated the cheese from the crackers to insure there wasn’t any contamination. The portions were generous and everyone enjoyed the food. Rose was very responsive and was able to answer all of my questions promptly. Would highly recommend for your next event!
Had an amazing sandwich here (the Mediterranean club) this week. They have a decent selection of sandwiches, my gf had the turkey croissant which was also good. One note to the owner, the main floor layout is terrible and poorly thought out. You wait in a cramped line on one side to order your sandwich, and then cram into a line on the other side to pay. There is a massive shelf down the middle meant to sell housewares but all it does is block people from walking by to the upper level. I highly suggest you reconfigure your main floor!
Oh boy oh boy....my new desert fave spot! #1 the options are fantastic. #2 the place itself is so nice and cozy. #3 the staff is great and used to a busy crowd. #4 always clean and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about the place. I got a soy latte last week and even though it was a little weak, the flavor of the bean was really good. We got the cashew protein balls, cake, cookies, a tuna sandwich and latte...it was all gone withing 2 days. So so so good and I highly recommend!!! Oh so Good has some serious competition!
I ordered the Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Dinner for Two. It was very disappointing, especially after seeing all the positive reviews posted on Google. The turkey was not that moist and the mashed potato was overly thick. The worst part was the gravy, which was a pale jelly-like substance that was tasteless and rather disgusting looking. Looked like it was made with a lot of thickener but hardly any turkey stock. The only thing tasty was the cranberry sauce. I doubt I would order from them again.

Ordered the Christmas meal for 2 people for take home. Food was delicious, however, not plentiful. For Christmas, you expect to be full after dinner, but the meal included just 3 slices of turkey breast (for 2 people - duh - how do you split that?) and we had zero leftovers. We are modestly sized people so I don't think we are expecting more than an average couple would eat. The sides were very tasty and we will probably order again just because of the convenience, but I think there should be more food!
I'm sorry but I must disagree with you. Thyme and Again is a wonderful place to go. The people there are always so nice but maybe that's because I know most of them out of work. Yes, it is costly but it's a great place to go for a treat once in a while. I go there only about four times a year but when I do go, it is a beautiful place. If you've ever been to Thyme and Again, when the stairs are open, upstairs is beautiful as well. I really do recommend this place as a 'once-every-second-month' place.
Fantastic food shop with great sandwiches. Super friendly staff, and awesome atmosphere. Check out their upstairs dining area, Nest! Super cozy and welcoming with wonderful natural light. This is the gem of Wellington Street!

Love thyme & again, I have visited both of their locations. I love that the Wellington location constantly changes their window displays with homewards available to purchase - I stopped in to buy their wooden beaded Christmas display for my own house :P They have wonderful desserts with big enough portions to share! I split a slice of cake in two to mark and anniversary, their millionaire shortbread is the best I've ever had! (so decide to I split it in 4!)
We were very disappointed with the pre-cooked Christmas dinner they provided. For $260, we thought it would be wonderful, but no. We had to eat at a specific time and followed the reheating instructions exactly, but the result was nasty, undercooked veggies--imagine crunchy Brussels sprouts--and turkey that was waaay too pink in the middle. For some reason the mashed potatoes were great, but that's the only good thing I can say about this experience.
Come here often since they desserts are good (although a little pricey), but a nice treat once in a while. We had a negative experience once with a rude staff member. When we brought it to their attention, the owner went out of her way to correct the situation. It was a nice gesture and showed that they care about the level of service (which is part of what you're paying for!) We have gone back several times since and have always had great service..
A very cute little place that is actually bigger inside than first appearances indicate! There are nice treats for everyone and their coffee and tea selection is pretty much on par with other notable and above average quality coffee shops. Seating seemed slightly crowded until we realized there was a whole upstairs section. This place is charming any season. Staff was friendly and helpful. A nice place overall and has a very homey and cozy feel.
Very bad customer service. I bought a gift card via their webpage to be e-mailed to a friend even when they offer the option on their website. I e-mailed Whitney Zelmer, owner and Rose Goyette, general manager and other email addresses to confirm this and I never got a reply from any of them. This is very poor customer service. The card was never e-mailed and had to be picked up at the store by the birthday person :-(
My first time going to the Wellington location, I felt like I was disturbing the person at the cash by just being in the store. It took me a few minutes to look at everything and when I was done, she was very rude when serving me and seemed like she couldn’t wait until I left. The maple pecan cheesecake was AMAZING, but the service was not amazing at all.

Something has gone downhill in the past year management-wise. I show up on a Saturday morning and the cake showcase is pretty bare, what's in there is not looking the best and the fridge is half empty (at the beginning of the weekend when inventory should be high). I was told that they didn't have what I was looking for from their menu (again). That said, the products still taste great.
Thyme and Again is my favourite spot to visit in Ottawa. Whether I have a quick meeting or am looking for a place to grab a snack, I've been popping in here for 5 years at least. My favourite (and if you have a sweet tooth) are the chocolate peanut butter squares. A tall glass of milk is necessary with this. The chicken pot pie is also a must-try and is always incredible and made fresh.
Thyme & Again has been around forever and that's a good thing. Amazingly good quality of food and consistently good and friendly service. Very few business can keep such high quality year after year. Great place for sandwiches, salads, delicious pastries and of course coffee and tea. They also have a take out section where they have frozen pies and meals to go. Highly recommended.
Thank you Thyme & Again Catering and Staff! Whitney was a pleasure to deal with leading up to the wedding and the staff on board the night of were lovely. I can personally say that I had every hors d'oeuvre served (brought to me on a separate plate Gluten free) and they were absolutely delicious! We have heard only good comments about the hors d'oeuvres. Thank you so much :)
I wish I could give more stars. I would like to thank the staff at Thyme & Again for the outstanding customer service I recieved especially Jennifer C. The way you handled the situation was extreamly professional. The Banoffee pie was one of the best I have had to date. Also I wanted to mention that the Carling ave location makes a very good latte... Thanks again, Michael.
Very nice and cozy spot for coffee and sweets. Their selection of in house made sweets is amazing, it's pretty much heaven. They have a variety of cakes which you can find in their website, which they usually have in stock in their freezer ready for pick up. Make sure to call ahead and inquire if they do have it in stock because sometimes they sell out pretty fast.
Stopped by yesterday for a latte with a friend. Upon noticing my cup had a chip on it, the young man who served me very kindly gave me a new latte and also refunded my whole bill!!! (2 lattes and 2 cookies!) Now this is customer service! I will most certainly spread the word on how well you are treated at Thyme & Again on Wellington St. Thank you so much!!
Just purchased the most delicious lunch! Persian Bento box : chicken and herb patty, saffron rice, chopped tomato and cucumber salad with herbed yoghurt. It was fabulous…a lovely change from the usual prepared lunches available ‘on the fly’. Thank you for being so creative!

If you like over paying for someone to either hand you a sandwich or microwave a meal that was pre made this is your place. The portion sizes are also ridiculously small. A steak tenderloin was about a 1/4 inch thick hockey puck with a few pieces of veggies on the side for 16$ before tax. Never going their again!!! wouldn't even give it a one star
This is a neighbourhood gem. So many special and original things to eat there or take home. Staff seem to really enjoy working there as they have always been bright and helpful (and patient! So many choices!)

Planning to get married in 2020 was stressful to say the least. Thyme and Again were supposed to be our caterers and they were extremely flexible and supportive throughout all the changes we had to make. The tasting we had with them was also delicious. We really could not have had better vendors at our side throughout this stressful time.
I don't get a chance to go here very often, but I try to make a point of stopping by when I am in Westboro. The prices are quite high, but the food (sandwiches, salads, coffee, pastries) are very high quality. If you are new it won't look like there are many places to sit, but there is an upstairs area accessed from the back of the shop.
We recently purchased the frozen Chicken Piri Piri from the Carling Avenue location for $24.00. It was delicious, but was an outrageous price mark-up on what amounted to nothing more than a whole lot of roasted potatoes with maybe, maybe, a single diced chicken breast. As my dear mum would have said...you had to look for the chicken!
Super friendly staff, all of the deserts look great. I got a millionaire shortbread thing that was super tasty. The sauces look good too, and the sandwiches. 3$ for a desert and like 9-10 for a sandwich or soup. Very reasonable prices. It's more of a pick up place than a sit-down place, BUT there are a few tables and chairs
It is sad to see One of a few good cake shops left in Ottawa is going down starting from the services despite cake still stands its quality. As a regular customer, it is hard to see the staff 1) does not rinse the knife after he sharps it on the steel rod, 2) cuts the slides of cake based on his own judgement and mood.
Super weird they closed 25 minutes early randomly for an event. Wanted a coffee and just moved into the neighborhood. Disappointing. Atleast put a sign up or some sort of notice. The second cup was fantastic though! I'll be going there from now on! Way more consistent

The 2nd floor is a nice hidden space to relax with a coffee and/or meal if you're good with stairs. I wish they had more ready made vegan food but they do seem to always have at least one option, and a few vegetarian options too. Some takeaway items as well although their other location seems to have more variety.
Had heard great things about this place. Decided to check it out for myself. Great atmosphere and helpful staff. Awesome selection of food and drinks. Grabbed a Kombucha and worked on my laptop for 20 mins and enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely stop in next time I'm in the area (might even make a destination trip!)
Living locally you'd think I'd visit here more often but the steep prices keep me away. Yes, the tea is nice & their gourmet offerings are usually quite tasty but I just can't see myself paying $10 for a sandwich. Why not head down the block (like everyone else) to Bridgehead for a $4 latte & biscotti.
A very cute shop, with a wonderful patio out front serves as an elite option for people-watching. The food is rich, tasty, and unpretentious, served quickly and easily. There are great veggie options. It's also a good place to make a pit stop on your bike ride so you can have a cold glass of water.
Excellent soups, salads, fish, meat and. vegetable sandwiches and superb pastries baked on site with pleasant bright seating and outdoor patio for clement weather. Wide range of canned and bottled beverages and great coffees but all at premium prices. Not open most evenings. On street parking only.
This is a so so place to eat, service was just OK in fact the laddies who served us seemed down right hostile as well I felt the prices were a bit high. I detest high priced restaurants with only so so food who try to make it on ambience. This place wasn't that bad but it was not my cup of tea.
Great cafe to grab a coffee and relax in the middle of west Wellington village. Awesome atmosphere with fresh and tasty pastries. Higher prices than average but definitely worth it for the atmosphere and modern artsy decor. Staff is very friendly and they accommodate dogs on the patio as well
Great store, friendly staff.

I visited the original store regularly and the sandwiche is very good even though the price is a little bit expensive. I went to the new store today and I had high expectation on this new store. However, I’m very disappointed. The price is higher and the quality of the food was not good.
I don't see why anybody would eat this. Frozen food that is 3 times the price of food court food and tastes 3 times worse. Unless you don't know how to cook and have never eaten fresh food, I don't see how would anyone like it. It tastes worse than grocery store frozen section food.
Thyme and Again has kept us well fed over the last 5 months with weekly main dish offerings that are not only inventive, with very ample sized servings, but Delicious!!! And the dessert menu ... mmmmm!!! Congrats to the entire team for a job well done, during a challenging time.
Grabbed a Mediterranean chicken club sandwich to go for lunch. Good quality bread with good flavours and high quality ingredients. I did find the tomatoes ended up making the sandwich a little soggy but otherwise it was good. The prices weren't unreasonable for the quality.
Great food, but it is pricey. Definitely not kid friendly, as they have many display shelves with trinkets and seasonal ornaments. Also, while wheel chair/stroller accessible, it is very tight inside to navigate. The salted caramel sandwich cookies are to die for!
It was my first time ever going here this weekend, and it was not like I expected it to be. The staff was not at all friendly, and appeared as if it was a nuisance that wen were there. Considering the prices of their drinks, one would expect better service.
Everything I've had there is perfect. The chip and cheesecake is fantastic. They have French onion soup with a chicken broth with is extremely hard to find

the service was really bad. when we went it was not busy, but the cashiers were just talking amongst themselves. the only reason this place is getting 2 stars is for its cozy decor. I wish we received better treatment because I really wanted to like it.

Got catering for an event. Communication was excellent. The food quality was fantastic. In retrospect, should have ordered more. The finger foods were absolutely delicious but they're very very tiny. Really great quality though and reasonably priced.
I always go to Thyme and Again to purchase cakes for all special occasions. Customer Service there is amazing and there are always more than happy to create Happy Birthday signs on the cake whenever I ask. I highly recommend the poppyseed cake.
My go to place for cakes and sweeeet pastries. I've always had a good experience here and all baked goods taste sooo goood! My recommendation would be the poppy seed cake. [Edit] I got a chocolate hazelnut cake and it was absolutely amazing
I have to agree, dry sandwiches, expensive and it seems the quality and service is poor. I had one lady wipe her nose with her hand then touch the egg salads with her bare hands, and then handed it to me as if all was well. Never went back.

A go to spot back when I was in middle school. Always crowded during lunch hours for good reasons! Very tasty sandwiches and especially the desserts. Seating is somewhat limited just because of the amount of people that come here.
The food was excellent and the service was quick. Don't be put off by the line - the staff know what they're doing and can get you in and out in a flash. It may look like there's not a lot of seating, but there's more upstairs.
Was serve my first ever vegan tourtiere from here at Christmas. I have never had a meat version so I cannot compare. It was delicious and savory! I am looking forward to seeing what other at home veggie menu options they have.
Was disappointed that they didn't have the mac & cheese croquettes. Went to both locations only to be told it was last summer seasonal menu...if true then the website should indicate that. It's a website not an engraved stone.
We bought a chocolate hazelnut cake for Christmas and it was amazing (and huge!) Great place!

I have always enjoyed their products. Fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Both the staffs from Carling and Westboro are pleasant and helpful. I do recommend the cranberry and white chocolate scones, both frozen and fresh.
The new location is very convenient... Buy the shelves were near empty when I went early Saturday afternoon. Despite a large footprint, they have smaller fridges and freezers and baked goods selection. Very disappointing.
It's a lovely little place! Soup changes weekly. It's very artisanal style so everything is a bit expensive for my personal preference.

Rose at Thyme and Again helped us plan a delicious meal for our Covid Wedding this July. Not only was the food superb but it was delivered with easy instructions. Cannot say enough about the quality and service.
The food was lovely, the coffee was great and the front tables were flooded with sunlight. The only drawback was that the cold found its way through their big glass windows so we had to eat with our coats on.
Always a good spot for a coffee in the sun! Took my mom here for a quick scone-and-coffee breakfast, and it was great. Latte and cappuccino were ENORMOUS— scones were rich and flavourful— highly recommended
Neat little pastry shop in the Westboro - Hintonburg area. Cheesecake is a must, it was absolutely the best I have had in a while. Prices are fair, for the portions you get you'll be very satisfied. 4star!
Great spot with delicious food and a wonderful space for groups upstairs. Not to mention the benefit of sitting in exposure gallery. Unfortunately I don't believe there is access for wheelchairs upstairs.
Thyme & Again catered our family wedding recently. The food was fantastic, the instructions were so easy to follow to heat it all up and delivery & pick up were on time! Superb job, thank you so so much.
Very disappointed with their catering service, my girlfriend paid $36 for a plate of five pieces of pastery like food, 3 pastery in a box, and a cookie. Looked very unprofessional and didn't taste good.
I have been going to Thyme & Again for years for delicious desserts. Best carrot cake in town. Everything is yummy. so cozy, awesome service and fair prices. My favourite dessert spot. Lynn from Kanata
WELL WORTH A RETURN VISIT The store offers salads, soups, hot food, frozen pre-made meals, cookies, and cakes. Nice decor and sufficient seating area. Pretty steep price but good quality of food.
Hit or miss. At times you can get a decent slice of cake, or other times you get something that's been sitting there for quite a while and super dry and worse than a cheap grocery store bakery.
Wow! The key lime pie was actually made with key limes, real coconut crust... divine. We also picked up some locally made preserves and jams, which I'm anxious to try. Very cute little shop.
Overall good, although I didn't find a wide selection of sandwiches or pastries. Also ordered an iced chai latte and the sizes are really small! But overall, it's spacious and a clean place.
If only I had my book and a little bit of thyme. I enjoyed a perfect slice of service and enjoyed the cheese cake. My children enjoyed the cake pops & a cookie from the jar!! Perfection!
Super cute, stopped in to check it out on my way to the theater so I didn't buy anything but I'll definitely go back and grab something. Everything looked and smelled delicious …
Attended a family wedding that this company catered. My family was not given a meal, and I personally experienced rude responses from the catering staff about whether we would be fed.
I ordered their vegan pot pie to go and what an absolute treat it was! So perfectly seasoned and the pie crust was incredible. The best veg pot pie I've ever had, was so blown away!
The baked good are amazing, but I don;t find a lot of value in their frozen dinner selection. You should probably forget about dinner and just eat shortbread cookies... Delicious.
Fine food and desserts. They also sell trendy housewares and host an art gallery upstairs. Their cakes are so decadent you'll need several glasses of water to dull the sweetness.
Sandwich was DELICIOUS! Selection is wonderful! Establishment is super clean! Only complaint would be the line-up/wait, but I don't think you can help being busy/well liked :)
Chocolate Cranberry tart was awesome⭐️
