"2023: The sales gal was lovely"
The staff were extremely helpful and lovely especially Chahat. She was so lovely and made us feel welcomed. She also gave us a tour of the shop and told us lots about the history of Tiffany which was really interesting. She even polished my necklace free of charge whilst we looked around. The service was fantastic.
Poor after care service compared to other designers. You are not offered drinks, there’s very slow service even though there are people who are free at the front of house. Unfortunately it’s not the same experience to when you first purchase the item. It has put me off buying further items from there in the future.
I had to exchange a ring to a bigger size. Sometimes going into luxurious stores can be a little daunting but the staff were so nice to me. From the security welcpme to the first greeting i felt very welcome. The lady who helped me swap my item was so helpful. I really enjoyed the experience. Thankyou to all
Really enjoyed my shopping experience today at Bond Street branch. Nathan deserves a special mention for his help. My existing jewellery was cleaned up and I went on to purchase a necklace and matching bracelet. Nothing was too much bother and I never felt pressurised. Loved it and will be back !
2023: The sales gal was lovely. She showed me the newest fashion pieces to try on. Interestingly, Tiffany & Co. is less expensive if you buy it in America , at least for now. Since it's now owned by the owners of Loius Vuitton, LMVH, who knows if that will change. …
Amazing service. From beginning to the end. I came to get my bracelet repaired. I ended getting all my Tiffany jewellery on me get it polished as I waited. Refreshment was served. Staff was very polite and I didn’t feel intimidated. Well done n thank u Tiffany.
I went to Tiffany’s with my younger sister to get her 16th birthday present, a beautiful little silver necklace, despite us not spending much the staff was lovely and welcoming she really made us feel at home. It was truly a luxury experience!
I definitely recommend the experience of going to this shop and buying a nice high-quality piece of jewellery. Both the experience and the jewellery are unforgettable ❤️. My customer advisor, Tina Lok, was outstanding . I felt valued and
I’ve bought from this store previously and dropped by again to pick up a birthday gift for my daughter. With limited time, I’d done my research. I just wanted a quick browse, make a purchase and move on. Unfortunately with ‘designer’ stores
Unbelievably bad service at Tiffany and Co 25 Old Bond Street. I've ordered bracelet for wife as a gift. Unfortunately, needed to exchange from size L to M. However l, despite the fact that it was shown available at the store. Upon my visit
I am rather disappointed at my experience with Tiffany Bond Street. I purchased a bracelet to wear on my wedding day. I wore it once on the day and was shocked to see the silver become incredibly tarnished. This is not what I expected from
I have visited many different stores across the world, but my last visit to the store in Bond Street was disappointing. Not sure what service Tiffany are trying to provide but it was below standard. Had to wait outside, not sure why as the
Worst Tiffany & co in the UK. I purchased an engagement ring and sales was great. However, when going to collect the ring I was told to wait 20mins for “aftercare” just to collect the ring. 30mins past and was told to wait another 20mins.
I went here to buy wedding bands with my Fiancé. The welcome was very nice and friendly. We directly feel comfortable. We then talked with Lily (I think) who helped us chose our rings and was absolutely amazing. She even offered us some
Visited the store in Old Bond Street yesterday for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Staff were so welcoming and made the visit feel really special. Nicholas was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable and made my daughter feel very comfortable.
Terrible service on this occasion. We were waiting ages to drop my wife's engagement ring off to be serviced. Champagne was given out to some in the queue while we weren't offered anything. I feel like if you aren't dressed in designer
I bought a diamond necklace online from Old Bond Street, London. Upon delivery the necklace was loose in the bag and not placed in the box (that was just an empty box) and the chain was badly tangled up. I couldn't contact the store by
I have had the pleasure of shopping at Tiffany’s Old Bond Street several times in the past 20 years and the experience is always delightful. On this occasion we were looked after by Nathan who was charming, professional and efficient,
Upon visiting your Mayfair boutique, I was informed that the necklace I intended to gift was temporarily unavailable, but I was assured that I could place an order online with express delivery, ensuring its arrival the following day.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a generally uninspiring visit to pick out our wedding bands this summer. The sales associate inexplicably transcribed my fiancé’s name, phone number, and email incorrectly so we were never
Seemed a lot smaller than I remember and their silver collection was very limited which was disappointing. The diamonds were incredible and it has a lovely atmosphere. We were offered delicious champagne and the tastiest chocolates.
It was a lovely experience buying a birthday gift for my daughter. Staff was polite and courteous, especially Chahat, she was quite helpful in showing different options until I picked up a bracelet of my choice.
Favourite shop in London. Always a pleasure. Staff are very attentive even when the store is busy. Couldn't get mens aftershave so staff member checked other stores availability. Great purchase made anyway
Do not purchase the Tiffany Hardwear Double Pearl Ring in Sterling Silver. The pearl end fixings fall off. My partner was very dissapointed with her Christmas present which failed after a
Memorable experience. I visited 2 Tiffany stores in London in search of a ring & really enjoyed the service here, especially, the consultation from Kostas. The ring of the right size
Stunning store but unfortunately well outside my budget range Always nice to window shop and hopefully a nice silver piece will come my way Christmas/birthday time …
Please teach some of your sales people to smile! I came to buy a bracelet and clean my ring - had an awful service! The guy who cleaned my ring was great btw
Well yet again, exceptional service and time well spent in store. We can’t recommend Anvil enough, what a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable and
We had the very best experience here, lovely welcome and made to feel very special Very helpful and nice staff. The store has 2 floors
Went to the store to get a bracelet repaired and while the initial experience was great the my latest one definitely wasn’t.
