EDITED July 16, 2021. If I could give Tiffany negative stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Thought my whole experience Tiffany and their staff have gaslight me. I brought in my grandfathers wedding band that he left me after passing away, to have it resized. The in store customer service was great. They told me that it would take two weeks to have the band resized and would $110. After two weeks passed (already longer than the work should have taken) I finally got an email to approve the estimate so they could start the work. Their new estimate was $300. The wedding band was simple (picture attached) no stones, and I was sizing down. I went into the store to ask about the cost change and after 45 minutes of two of them talking to the repair center they said was the new price they were charging to resize rings. They said there was nothing they could do about it and I could accept the cost or ask for it to be returned. So I asked for it to be returned. Initially it was annoying that not only were they not able to stick to the timeline that they gave me, but also they decided to increase the price to do a simple ring resize by 300%. Particularly when other places around the city have quoted me at $40. Because they took so long I wasn't able to bring my grandfathers ring to the funeral with me. When I got back from the funeral I went to go pick up my ring, because it took them 3 days to get it back. When I went into the store, June 28 over 3 weeks after I had first dropped it off, to get my ring I explained the situation to the original sales associate. She came back with a manager who said that they would honor the original price of $110. They asked if two weeks would be ok, I said no so they said they would rush it. After two weeks I called to see when my ring would be ready. The person I talked to said it wasn't started and would take a few more weeks. It was at this point I asked for a manager. I got a call back from Dorian who proceeded to try and blame me for the situation saying I had only brought the ring in a week earlier (July 9th), he also tried to stay that the repairs center was running behind so my ring was forced to be done in August. I demanded that they give me an exact date when they would get me the ring and that they expedite it like they said they would. I got an email back saying that it would be done Friday the 16th. When I went to pick it up it took another 45 minutes of back and forth because they had stamped the inside of the ring with the Tiffany & Co name when it originally didn't have it. I have also reached out to their corporate customer service and was told the district manager would contact me. They have not done so, which is just par for the course in the horrific customer service they have give me. Tiffany not lost a customer for life! The one upside is they have given me a great party story that I will tell everyone how horrible Tiffany is, and why you should never go there.
Two weeks ago, I visited this store to purchase a necklace from Tiffany. Unfortunately, the length of the necklace wasn't suitable for me, so I asked the representative if it was possible to have it modified. The representative assured me that it could be done and promised that the process would take less than a week. Since I needed the necklace for a special event, I found the timeline acceptable and proceeded to pay nearly $900 for it. My excitement for the necklace quickly turned into disappointment as the first week passed without any updates, messages, or emails from the sales representative. I tried contacting the store during their business hours, but my calls went unanswered. Frustrated, I reached out to Tiffany's Client Advisor through a message. When I provided them with my order number, their initial response was baffling: "Did you not leave with the item?" I found this question ridiculous, as I had clearly explained my situation. After further explanation, the advisor finally provided some "useful" advice, saying, "If you do not hear anything by late next week, please contact us via chat or phone." During the second week, I still received no updates regarding the necklace. Once again, I messaged the Client Advisor, recounting my experience. Surprisingly, they didn't even ask for my order number but suggested I call the Client Center. I decided to make the call, and fortunately, the representative there was able to check my order. She informed me that the necklace couldn't be adjusted and that it was being sent back to the store. This revelation left me confused and extremely disappointed. Throughout the two-week period, I had invested my emotions and hopes into something I would never receive. Moreover, the representative at the calling center instructed me to wait until the sales representative was working, so he could reach out to me. However, after I left the store, he hadn't sent me a single message. Considering the multitude of jewelry stores in the world, it is advisable to choose one that offers better quality and customer service. On my 18th birthday, my parents gifted me a Tiffany ring, and ever since, I held the brand in high regard. However, the experiences of the past two weeks have left me utterly disgusted by the brand and its customer service. I strongly urge others to seek alternatives that provide better quality and customer satisfaction.
Update: 5months later Tiffany wrote the comment like they are going to communicate and address the problem but they never reach out to me. I guess it is just a showing to a public that they care but apparently they don’t. Original complaint: my husband and I went to Soho location on 12/23/22. The store was crowded for last Christmas shopping and we also went to browse for my Christmas gift from my husband. I would put down the sales person's name if I were remembered but unfortunately I forgot to check his name tag. It was White, tall and male who "helped" us. I should've waited for other person to come but it was my mistake to even ask question to him. I had a picture in my phone that I wanted to try on and measuring sizes. I asked him if you guys have this design, and he replied in very cold and short answer, " online only" I felt the vibe from him that he didn't want to serve or help us to find what we wanted but I was like, let me try one more time. And I asked for the other ring, and also ask him to measure size for the ring. And he brought the measuring rings and just tossed in front of me and my husband. He wanted me to check myself. So I checked for the size by myself, he didn't even trying to help or anything. At that point, it threw me off the mood for looking any rings that I like. Tiffany is the luxury boutique where people go and buy expensive jewelry for their loved ones. Shouldn't it be more positive experience for the price of the items? Any local jewelry stores wouldn't do this to their customers. I keep thinking of the experience, and thought in my head, was he being racist (I am Asian) I went to right after work so I was wearing a scrub with my pony tail, is that the reason? because I didn't wear expensive brands so he can recognize that we can pay what we want or worth to receive kind service? The guys was ruining our mood for holiday shopping and the reputation of the Tiffany as well. It was absolutely terrible experience, I don't want to go back to Soho location never again. Tiffany should educate their team member to fit their brand name.
I purchased wedding bands last month with Kelly and had a great experience. Kelly was personable, knowledgeable, and we did not feel rushed. After picking them up a few days later, we realized that the rings were slightly too big. After reaching out to Kelly right after, we were told resizing was complimentary but would take up to 3 weeks. Given the wedding was 3 weeks away, we held onto the rings and kept in their boxes. We came back the very next day after the wedding for resizing. The person we were met by was named YUNG and I advise other customers to ask to speak with a different associate if this is who approaches you. Frankly, he really should not be customer facing at all. While trying to pull up the order number on my phone, I was explaining the situation to YUNG and the information that we had received directly from Tiffany’s. Instead of listening, he just continued to say “do you have the order number?” multiple times. He eventually took us to the back of the store, looked at one of the rings and said that there was wear (we had worn the rings for not even a full day…), we had passed the 30-day window, and that there was nothing that he could do for us as this was company policy. I asked to speak with a manager, and he said they were on lunch, and we could come back in 30 minutes. In my retail experience there is always one manager on the sales floor. Regardless, we waited on the couch for over 30 minutes with no word from YUNG. I eventually went back to the front and found a manager (Hadara) who ended up helping us. She offered us water on a hot NYC day, LISTENED, and most importantly, found a solution for us. Kelly, Hadara, and Miha were all great to work with. When spending thousands of dollars, I feel the service should be of a certain caliber and I can assure you YUNG does not meet the level of service I’d expect anywhere, let alone Tiffany’s.
Tiffany’s is supposed to be an experience… but not like this. Upon arriving at the Greene St. location a little after 7 pm, the gentlemen at the door were so nice. Once inside, I was greeted by another man who was incredibly friendly and inviting, he got me water and we chatted about what brought me in that evening, and I told him I was buying a gift for my mom’s 70th birthday. After that, I was handed off to Y. Liu (the name according to the sales receipt) And then it just went south from there. I felt very rushed through the whole buying process, I honestly just wanted to leave. He asked me what my budget was and I said between $300 and $400, and after that his attitude was as if I wasn’t worth his time and he couldn’t be bothered with helping me and his tone was sarcastic and short. Y. Liu was showing me selections on the iPad but he was scrolling so fast through the screen that I couldn’t see what anything was. Everything I was interested in he said “No that won’t work for your mother” (how would he know?) and he didn’t offer any suggestions. Not a single suggestion. And just kept asking “Which one do you want? Which one do you want?” Toward the end of our interaction, I asked him if he had had a long day, he said “Yes, I need to stop talking to people” and I said, “Ya, I can tell…” He then apologized, but still wasn’t great after, and said he was supposed to leave at 7 pm (it was close to 8 pm at this point) I got my mom a bracelet because he talked me out of every necklace I asked him about. But honestly, I might return it- not because I’m unhappy with the item I purchased, but because I feel so deeply unsatisfied with the interaction I had with the sales associate and I feel like I bought something too quickly because he wanted to be done with his shift.
My wife and I came to the store on Sunday to purchase a wedding band for her. We looked for any sales associate that would assist us, and found a male associate. We asked him to please take us to the wedding band section, which he did. This is where the experience start to sour. The sales associate was very dismissive of us; he was not answering my wife's questions in earnest (e.g. short answers with nor did he want to converse with us) and his attitude was sour for most of the time. I am not sure if it is because of the way we look (e.g. we were dressing casual, my hair was slightly messy due to wind, etc.) or my wife's accent, but it was very clear he did not want to deal with us. He was surprised when we ended up making a purchase, and his attitude turned a complete 180. He rushed to grab the wedding band my wife wanted and completed the purchase very fast, without allowing us to give any input. After our purchase, we inspected the ring back in our car, and to our surprise... the wedding band was VERY scuffed; the looked like it was used for years by various people and was not new at all. The box it came in also came off in half. We were very furious with this purchase, and went to the main branch at Fifth Ave to complain. Two sales associates were mortified on the condition of the ring that we got on the same day. They provided FAR SUPERIOR service and rectified this atrocity. We were lucky that we brought this up to them on the same day; we probably would have got a completely different result if it was a future date. We definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this store!!! Please avoid and go to the one in Fifth Ave. If you did make a purchase there, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT before walking out!
GO TO THE LANDMARK STORE INSTEAD!!! I purchased the necklace from a location in NYC- and I was here for a work conference and had always wanted one. I have tattoos and gauges, and the people working clearly thought I just wanted to look and leave, because they treated me horrible. I asked to look at an item, and no one helped me, I waited and then had to ask again, finally a man begrudgingly came over to me, and pulled out a few items I had asked to see. I saw him roll his eyes, and scoff, when I was taking my time comparing two necklaces, as if I was wasting his previous time. Finally I made my purchase, and he didnt even bring me to sit down, he brought the electronic card reader over to the front counter, and made my purchase as quick as possible. That is not the "Tiffany & Co experience" that is typical, and again, I think it was because I do not look like your typical buyer, but you should not judge a book by its cover, especially in the day and age of remote work. But to make things worse, after my purchase, I went back to my hotel, and went to twist it to re-adjust the length, and it SNAPPED. I paid $600 for a necklace and after only a few hours, the chain completely snapped in half! I did not want to go back to the location of purchase, so I paid more money to go further away in an uber, to avoid that original location, and instead went to your landmark store, and they were so kind there and helped me replace the necklace with no issues. The man who did my purchase should be fired, but the man who assisted me with my fix, was amazing and I am very grateful for his help.
I ordered a necklace for pickup for Mother’s Day with my son’s birthstone for my wife. They asked if I’ve ever ordered from Tiffany’s before, why yes I have, and often. They look up my account and find two people at my address and ask who the other person is, oh that’s my wife it’s a gift for her for Mother’s Day, I’ll need it by Friday of next week before we go on vacation, next thing I know they are calling my wife to tell her the necklace is ready for pickup. Ummm, what? That’s not the way a gift works. Did somebody bump their head? You don’t call the person the gift is intended for. I go in there to pick it up and they can’t find my order, oh I wonder why? Lady is super snooty, cutting me off, I’m trying to explain why the name doesn’t match the name on my ID and the tremendous mistake they’ve made and her reply is OH that’s okay... oh that’s alright don’t worry about it. Like I’m trying to apologize? Haha what the hell is wrong with these people? She offered no expressed understanding nor offered any remote sentiment of an apology. You would think being in the business of gift giving they would have a deep understanding of the concept. Some time later my order is found and I’m walking out like what the hell. The reason you buy overpriced jewelry from Tiffany’s is for the name and the service, knowing it’s about quality. What I experienced was the most subpar quality service and customer relationship building I have ever experienced in my ten years of buying my wife jewelry. I think this is the end of the road for you Tiffany’s.
Worst service I have had in years. The sales representative was unfriendly. When I politely asked “hi i would like to check out your wedding bands” he just stood there and stared at me for a few seconds. Then he said “ok” and started to walk towards the hallway. I got confused so I had to follow him and asked “how may I get started”. He said “just try” without looking at me. And he’s tall so he walked fast, I had a hard time catching up. He did not even look back once to see where I was when I was 5 yards behind him. This is just one piece of his unpleasing communication. He answered all of my questions with very few words and a super cold tone. And thruout the whole time he gave me the impression that he didn’t want to sell me anything. I received 10x better service in Tiffany Chicago 8 years ago when I spoke worse English and had much less money. Believe me I would not have made this up as a girl who just got engaged and super excited to pick out a ring she’s gonna wear for the rest of her life. I WANT this to go well more than anybody in the world. And our moods got ruined completely by his condescending attitude. I understand that this is not my home country and I might be judged by my race, skin color and my accent so I have tried my best to not make any mistakes or appear rude. I used every single word in the most polite way I knew of and respected everyone that provides service but I couldn’t even get a smile in this store. I don’t think I deserve this kind of service.
Dreadful customer service. On July 24, 2022, I took the train to this location from out-of-state because I was interested in assessing the fit and design of the T square rings in person. However, the salesperson assigned to me was one of the condescending and patronizing people I have ever encountered. At the beginning of our interaction, things were fine; I requested to try on the rings in different sizes and materials and he allowed me to do so. I was not planning on making a purchase that day and was very transparent about my intentions. However, after I stated that I planned to return home, mull over the decision for a bit, and purchase it online (given that I was an out-of-state resident), the salesman's entire demeanor changed. The man became rather hostile. Through a combination of his body language, stoic facial expression, and an annoyed tone of voice, I got the sense that I was being pressured me to make a purchase right then and there. Once again, I said I was not interested in making a purchase that day, but that I would decide later and make the potential purchase online. I thanked him for allowing me to try on the rings and promptly left. As someone who has spent an ample amount of time working in customer service myself, I was extremely let down by this subpar experience. I did not feel welcomed at all and exited with a bad taste in my mouth. Tiffany's rings are lovely, but my perception of them will forever be tainted by my time here.
the world-known jewelry store's SoHo satellite location...and imo, this is so much more convenient for downtowners! this Tiffany's location is much smaller than the large flagship location on Fifth Avenue, but that's okay to me...bc it cuts down on the foot traffic and crowds here. while smaller, this store still is pretty large the store stretches from it Green St entrance (one block) to Wooster St. the store is elegant, glitzy, shiny, immaculately clean and brightly lit. the various sections of the store feature the sparkly stuff. most things i have bought here have been in the back room which has a number of glass displays, large couch in Tiffany blue, and other seating options. there's so much to see this story, but doesn't feel too busy or overwhelming. while the prices are high and not for the wallet-shy, it's a result of 180+ years of selling fancy goods. and let's be honest--the price you pay here is not just for the item but the brand, service, and the blue box and ribbon... the staff is very helpful and professional. never have had an issue and always felt like i got my q's about whatever i was buying answred completely without any sales-y-ness. drops mic cuz i am blinded by the BLING
I MEAN ITS TIFFANY'S RIGHT! I have always gone to the main location on 5th Avenue so I was a little nervous about Going to this location. However, in true Tiffany's fashion it was beautiful, clean, well decorated, and the staff we're incredibly helpful and friendly! I have never had anyone from either location Judge Me On my appearance or the clothes that I wear whether I am in a suit or jeans and a t-shirt I am always treated the same! You do not have to be of any specific Financial memes to buy something from Tiffany's. Whether you are trying on 1/4 carat or 10 carats you are treated exactly the same (except you may have a security guard stand by you to try on the higher carats hahaha which is standard no matter who you are). The only negative thing I would say is that I shop at both locations at least quarterly and I have a 1 year old and there are no changing tables in the bathrooms for us while we were there so I had to lay her on the floor which is extremely unsanitary and disheartening for such a major company!
We recently went into this beautiful store to buy my fiancees wedding band and had an amazing experience. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for but we also came across Yoshiki who was absolutely fantastic and genuinely charming. A true professional who guided us with great knowledge and expertise. He was a delight and this is clearly his passion. He not only knew all about the rings for the men but he was also very admiring of my engagement ring and was able to tell us the origin of the cut of the gems and their significance to the jewellery trade past and present. The correct size ring had to be brought in from elsewhere so we returned the following day and we received equally exemplary service from Tony. Again a true expert with a passion for what he does and just like Yoshiki a respect for the client from beginning to end. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Tiffany and Team.
We had the pleasure of visiting the store twice this year and I must say the experience exceeded all our expectations. The diamonds are of the highest quality, showcasing impeccable clarity and a dazzling sparkle that is second to none. What truly sets this location apart is their unwavering dedication to customer service. I would specifically like to highlight that we were attended by Mr. Niko whose personalized attention, guidance and recommendations helped us pick perfect set of engagement rings. Whether I had questions about the 4 Cs of diamonds or wanted to explore customization options, he was there every step of the way, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to celebrate life's special moments with a piece of jewelry that is as extraordinary as the memories it represents.
Very unprofessional customer service. Came in today with some defect on my ring first man who was helping me said there there is nothing wrong with it. But I asked to have second opinion and they said that ring needs repair. I bought it two years ago and they asked for my phone number to pull up my account and unfortunately there was nothing on it. Then we tried email address, still nothing. Then I asked them if I can pay for having it repaired they said NO and refused to do any services. When I came home emailed my phone number to get receipt, within one hour I got it on my email, but what I also found that Tiffany is offering platinum ring repairs starting at 125$. WHY I HAVE TO SEARCH IT ONLINE?? HOW COME WORKES DOES NOT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SERVICES THEY HAVE?? SAVE YOUR TIME AND USE OTHER LOCATIONS WHERE WORKERS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
Personally I like shopping luxury items in store rather than just ordering them online. The ambiance is usually really nice and it always a pleasure to chat with the sales associates and get their input. You not only but a luxury item but also get a great and fun experience. This definitely was not the case with us! Our sales associate was friendly but not interested at all and kinda pushy (even though she didn’t seem well trained). We had the impression that she sensed a easy sale and just wanted to wrap it up rather than give us THE Tiffany experience… kinda sad. We ended up not buying there and I would recommend everyone to visit another location, or if you don’t care for the in store experience just order online
I visited the soho location after stopping by the flagship store and wow what a MUCH better experience I had. The team & the vibe of the soho location was youthful, bright and very inviting. I was out shopping for my mothers birthday and I had no clue what to get her. Setmer was a gem! Truly he understood all of my needs and took the time to find something of my mothers style & age. Needless to say she loved the bracelet & earrings she received. Setmer made a huge impression on me & my sister we honestly thought he was the store manager. Because of that level of professionalism I'll continue to shop through him. I look forward to discussing high jewelry to add to my collection with Setmer soon. Cheers
Stopped by with a friend who was visiting to browse and hopefully find a gift for her. A salesman who looked like a bouncer latched onto us and started aggressively questioning what we wanted while we kept telling him we just wanted some time to look. With his demeanor, I felt like I was in some trashy place and he was watching to make sure we didn't steal something. That, or a place desperate to sell like a car dealership. Eventually, we tried on a few pieces and the salesman was pushy about also pulling out items 5x more expensive and totally different style than what we were looking at. We left pretty fast, their loss. In the past, I had a much better experience at the 5th ave location.
Similar experience to the many negative reviews on here. Had the worst customer service ever! was over visiting in New York with a friend and felt super excited to go get a pair of earrings but was greeted by a male sales assistant who could not have been more un interested. I asked him a number of questions about the product I wanted and was met with a foul attitude and personal questions about me and my friend as if he was trying to figure out if I was worth serving. Experience was completely ruined if your planning on going to Tiffany’s in New York avoid this store! and pick another branch had a much better experience elsewhere.
Recently came back for some TLC for our rings and we were greeted by Joey S. and unbelievably glad we were. All these 5 stars are for him, otherwise, it's usually below 3. Joey is the first Tiffany & Co. person we've encountered from this location that's willing to assist us in a professional and inviting manner. He informed us about the cleaning procedure and wait time, offered us refreshments, and conversed with us through the entire visit. We most certainly hope all visits are like the one we had with Joey and are super eager to meet with him many times over. If you get a chance to work with Joey, it will be a memorable one.
My husband and I took our daughter in the SoHo location to purchase a graduation gift for her. Shaun was absolutely amazing and helped make her first trip a very special one. He was very friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and made her feel like an absolute princess. It brought happy tears to my eyes seeing how much she was enjoying herself and how much he really cared about assisting her. He made excellent suggestions to help her pick out the perfect necklace. He really goes above and beyond to help customers and is an asset to the store. I cannot thank him enough for making our visit memorable and special.
If you have a baby stroller, don't expect to be welcome. I asked if they could turn the elevator on. Twice. Finally the guy says "well you have to ask nicely" I was very professional and polite, but that was purely condescending. I asked again. Only one front door opens. So stroller won't fit. 10 mins later, someone figured out how to unlock the door. Staff couldn't have been more unprofessional or unfriendly. Management needs to either retrain staff or be replaced by new ownership.
Outstanding Customer Service with Shampaign & Coffee... TOO BAD my favorite "Tiffany" Eau De Parfum 100 ml. DISCONTINUED, very nice scent & lasts throughout the entire day. I decided to try new perfume "Intense" 30 ml. the new scent is nice too but it doesn't lasts more then 30 minutes... MUST RETURN BACK MY FAVORITE "TIFFANY" PARFUM !!! WHY ARE YOU FIXING something that's NOT BROKEN !!! I MISS "TIFFANY" PARFUM VERY MUCH !!! 1 star for discontinuing my favorite "Tiffany" parfum !!!!
I went to both 5th ave and Greene St. stores and was not impressed with their sales associates and service. I wanted to buy the Smile necklace and the mini love ring, however, due to the poor customer service I decided not to buy anything. I specifically wanted to buy something at Tiffany's in NYC b/c of the image and experience it brings. Unfortunately, since none of that was being delivered, I just didn't spend my money there. Went to another brand and dropped my money there!
I went to Tiffany's during my lunch break and it was the most pleasant experience I've experienced in a while. Once I arrived, I was greeted by one of the most charming(good looking) doormen and very welcoming ambience. They asked how my day was and I immediately felt welcomed. I was getting a gift for my mother and the service was amazing. It was fast, easy, and within 10 minutes I was out the door. I recommend this place to visit and trust me, you will enjoy the people there.
I had such a great experience here trying on engagement rings. It was our first time trying on rings anywhere and we wanted to start with the best. The associate let me try on lots of options even though we were clear most of the rings were out of our price range and this was more of a research appointment. He even let me try on a $150,000 ring "just for fun"! He helped me figure out what looked best for me and I loved the emerald cut and every diamond they had was stunning.
Spoke to a rep and a manager. Very disappointed they refused to accept my return because one of the rings was worn within the return policy dates. I sent emails to the representative with no response. They said I need to go speak to my sales representative at the flagship store. It changed colors after wearing it once and turned my finger blue green. Likely won’t choose Tiffany for an engagement ring or for any future jewelry. I’ll be returning to David Yurman.
Awful customer service. The ppl who work here are extremely rude, impersonal and frantic when it comes to customer experience. They push you to buy things and don’t even help you when you need to be sized for a ring. Instead they insist you buy 2 different sizes upfront and they’ll refund you for one. Seems very fishy and shady. I called the next day and cancelled my order which I felt so aggressively pushed to make 2 days prior on my initial visit.
You can expect the same top-notch customer service that Tiffany is known for at this store. They really are commendable for employing the most pleasant, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable staff around. They make an effort to work with you according to your taste, preference, and even budget. The interior space is bright, chic, and elegant without being over the top - the kind of environment anyone could want while jewelry shopping.
This is my favorite Tiffany store in the city. Everytime I have been here the sales associates are so friendly and helpful! The space is beautiful and the layout allows for a shopping experience that feels private and relaxing. Their selection is wonderful, and when I was looking for a specific piece of jewelry that they did not have in store, a wonderful associate went out of her way to find it in another store in the city!
We went to the store and asked for necklace, staffs was nicely mentioned they don’t have the product and it’s online only. We ended up put out my phone, chose my products and proceeded my payment in front of the sales. Perfectly new way to shop. I honestly have no idea why you need a store anymore. * after I made my purchase, the sales said ‘it’s so easy right’. YUP! Online stop at home and in the store
Horrible experience. Immediately was followed around by a sales associate— Even after we told him we just wanted to take a look around. He proceeded to follow right behind us the entire time and made us very uncomfortable. We told him we just wanted to take a look at some champagne flutes and he immediately became very pushy and insisted that we ordered online despite us saying no multiple times.
So I purchased a Tiffany silver chain link necklace for $750, for a graduation gift. They packaged it in a small 3" x 4" box, I asked why didn't they give me the standard Tiffany necklace box, the response was they stopped giving out those boxes for purchases that are under a $1,000. Really Tiffany You devalued your product over a $2,00 box?? A very poor representation of the Tiffany brand.
This is a smaller store of Tiffany's. Security guards would hold the door open for you, entering and exiting. It feels luxurious going into Tiffany's and walking out with a their little blue bag. The sales and security guards are so welcoming and always greeted us whenever we came to shop. Love this Tiffany's store! And I love that this is right around the corner in Soho
Francis was amazing! I also work in jewelry sales and it’s always nice to be treated with the same level of customer service I strive to give. Didn’t feel pressured to buy or judged for only buying sterling silver. The main reason I stick with Tiffany’s is because they also treat you like a million bucks no matter what you look like. Thanks for making my birthday great!
mixed customer experience People spend thousands of dollars here and you wouldn’t let me drop off my jewellery for cleaning? Appointment required for a drop off?? What’s the point of dropping off things if I had to make an appointment? The service has been declining since I started shopping at Tiffany & Co in my late teens. And I probably will never drop a penny again.
Walked in to purchase a gift. Was in there for a while before anyone asked if they could help me. I told them what I was looking for and she gave me options not age appropriate for a 16 year old. I asked if I could have something to drink while I shop and she( Britney) says they only provide beverages for special occasions. I recommend Wall Street.
Newly renovated building. Sophisticated and beautiful interior like museum. There’s a cafe on 6th floor, Blue box. Reservation only. Decorated with a bunch of mint boxes. Instagrammable place;) Restroom is on 5th floor. The store is luxurious but accessible. Costumer friendly. Staff is super kind and incredibly passionate about their products.
I mean, I can't afford it, maybe after I sell my kidney in the black market or something. Those carbons probably worth more than kidney stones anyway. That said, the vibe was great, the staffs were super friendly and professional. A great experience overall, I would recommend it if you are in group that makes your money pay negative tax.
Nothing can go wrong at Tiffanys because it is a magical place. This satellite store in Soho on Greene Street has the nicest staff . Rachel and Taro could not have been more polite and helpful. It is the best place to go when you want to feel happy and well treated. The first man who helped me was a delight . Thank you for everything .
I have the Elsa Peretti open heart hoops that I purchased in the 1980s… substantial gold to them… I brought them in because they had gotten a little misshapen. When I received them back they were considerably thinner. I can only assume a jeweler at Tiffany took it upon themself to shave 18K Gold from them. Shocked is an understatement.
I was invited to an event at this location. I liked everything the refreshments, the jewelry and the tidy store.... The only issue I have is with an associate who decided to insult me when she suggested I crashed the party. Of course I would never be invited especially since " I am a women of color".
Made at least 3 major purchases at this location. I keep coming back for their stellar service and lack of pressure. The entire purchasing experience here is pure luxury without feeling pretentious. Especially notable is their follow up post purchase. It's clear they are well trained!
I usually go to the 5th Ave location or buy online. But last Sunday, Apr 9, I stopped by this Soho boutique. Niko helped me with my purchase of a baby’s gift. He was extremely kind and professional and made everything so pleasant. I’d absolutely go back to him for future purchases!
They said that repairing is free and I went there. Then they r saying that it is never free they r charging too much and even from 21 of February they raised a price that’s too much buyers don’t waste my time and u have to know information when Custumer is calling u !!!!!!!
Honestly if you’re not planning to spend $$$$ in this store, probably visit somewhere else. The sales rep was very condescending when I mentioned silver option of the ring, and gave me a lecture about how that’s not an ideal ring to buy (this wasn’t for wedding ring).
Dane was amazing help when my fiancé and I were shopping for our wedding bands. He was down to Earth, friendly, and all around a joy to work with. Even listened to us blab about Musical Theatre! Highly recommend that everyone seek him out when shopping.
Much prefer the intimate setting of this Soho shop rather than the flagship store. Henry was extremely helpful, professional and friendly assisting me with my purchase, from the phone contact to the actual pickup in store. Would definitely return here!
Terrible service. Sales assistant followed me the whole time like I was going to steal or dirty anything. Then reluctantly served me and didn’t try to find my size in anything. Very let down - don’t bother unless you’re ready to spend thousands.
In the middle of NY they make people wait for 10+ minutes just for the sake of it, there is no real reason. Humiliate your clients and discourage them from buying - impressive strategy. If not for my gf, would never have bought from them ever.
This is a great tiffany store. Located in a nice area. I came here with my wife to get her jewelry cleaned and polished. I believe it was Marie that helped us. She was so kind and funny. Made the short experience great. Highly recommended
I love this store more than 5th ave because it is small and cozy. Bought few pieces from Setmer, had an amazing experience and would love to come back to him. Champaign to celebrate the purchase was so nice! Thank you Tiffany and Setmer
My favorite Tiffany location in NYC! It was so much more relaxing and intimate than the 5th Ave flagship, and Soho is also a charming part of the city. The customer service was so helpful and accommodating, and I had a great experience.
I had this amazing experience at the Tiffany store - everything beginning with the history of the brand told by the best client advisor and diamond expert Setmer and ending up with the purchase celebrated with a glass of champagne!
This Tiffany & Co location is the absolute best and I've been to the others. The sales professionals are exceptional especially Tony Jabaly his smile lights up any room. This will be my location to shop at Tiffany & Co.
I stop by this location at least twice a years for my complimentary jewelry cleaning, the customer service here is always warm and welcoming. Oh they do a great job with the cleaning and polishing to ☝. …
The silverware is just awful. After 2 times the short-term wear is black and loses its appearance. After cleaning, blackness is much faster even in vacuum packaging. However, the price is unjustifiably high.
Very helpfully and friendly, Sales assistant Alex helped us find a necklace we had been searching for at numerous Tiffany stores. Much preferred the more personal experience at this particular store.
We had a great experience here. Shirley Xu helped us and she was very sweet and helpful and got us the rings we hoped to get ! Highly recommend her if you need assistance with your wedding rings.
Over priced! Thread like chain with gold tag saying "Tiffany's" $500 - $600. If you need to have something from Tiffany's then you will pay, but its the name you are paying ONLY.
Fantastic place. Super kind staff - very knowledgeable, helpful, and classy. Beautiful products of course. Recommend this shop if you are delving into Tiffany or need a repair!
Great customer service. Purchased item but was unable to pick up immediately. Item was held for me with hassle-free experience when obtaining item several days later.
Pretty good jewelry. I think this little shop is good go places. Ask for Yoshi if you have stupid questions and don't want to be judged for them.
Always incredibly helpful and such a great selection. Very convenient, especially if you’re trying to avoid Trump tower. Highly recommend.
Had an awful experience here trying to get a ring resized. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be shopping here again.
Stunning renovation. Be advised you need an appointment for service. Took earrings in 12 days ago and still waiting for quote on cost
That’s the worst Tiffany store I ever been to, staff are aweful and gave me wrong jewelry than I brought!!!! I’ll never go there:(
Very kindly and professional staff. Highly Recommended! Special thanks to a Russian staff who serve me. 5 star experience …
Sandra and Day were absolutely wonderful and professional. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely come back.
The sales rep wasnt knowledgeable.. at first gave .wong bracelet then had to tell him so i can recieve the correct one
Rene and her manager displayed the best customer service. Thank you for everything. Lunch is on me, or breakfast.
Guy thay helped me was pretty rude, they also didn't have what I wanted so I had to go to the 5th ave location
Felt very welcomed and loved salesperson Niko, he was very patient to show me different pieces to try on.
If she needs the green box, then you will be a hero. Otherwise mediocre design and a ridiculous mark up.
Stunning, unique pieces of pure designer jewelry! A timeless jewelry line. Wonderful customer service
Standard Tiffany store. Great service. They were ready to help us and cleaned our rings with no wait.
Absolutely beautiful store great customer service very clean and beautiful items to purchase.
Large store and plenty of stock. Slow foot traffic so pretty quiet inside. Friendly staff.
Very fun staff! That made it fun and they helped find my ring I wanted in another store!
Beautiful store great customer service and beautiful items to buy for your love ones.
Been buying gift there for years now. Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff.
Great service and great selection. They have nice pieces at all price points.
Amazing customer service, she has been amazing and accommodating as well
Love this location over 5th Ave. It's quiet and super friendly service!
Great service! The guy was really nice and patient! Forgot his name
Great service and a wonderful array of beautiful jewelry offerings.
Amazing service, make sure you have time tho, it may take a while.
The store is very lovely and the best staffs I ever experienced.
Very classy and professional and a warm welcoming environment
My daughter and I truly felt special at a very special place
Boo & Renee a giant thank you from New Orleans! …
What can I say, It’s Tiffany’s Luxury & Service Top Notch
A high end store in common neighborhood that opens early.
My friend's name is tiffany so this store is valid :)
I m falling in love with the stuff! Again and again
The diamonds are the girls best friend always.
5 stars for Ashley!! You were so hospitable!!
I mean it is what it is here. Not much to say
Might be the most quiet Tif stores in NYC.
