"Classy move, Mom". That was the response I got from my daughter after she opened her gift from Tiffany. But there is so much more to the story than that. I received such outstanding service from this Tiffany & Co. that I wish I could give them 10 STARS! I called T&CO in Tampa with a very special request to help me "make a little Tiffany Magic" and they far exceeded my expectations. I called last minute of course. The same day as my daughter's last minute bridal shower in Tampa. I live all the way in Connecticut and asked if there was any way they might be able to ring up a gift for me and have it delivered to the shower, which was being held at a local restaurant. The Sales Associate, Anna, asked if she could have a few minutes to speak with her Store Director and call me back. She called back in less than 10 minutes and let me excitedly know that they absolutely could make it happen. Anna said I could make my purchase over the phone, and that the Store Director was planning to send Daniel from Tiffany Security to personally escort the gift to the restaurant and hand it to my daughter. I was delighted! When it was delivered, I had the extra-special experience of my daughter calling me on Facetime to open the gift in front of me while everyone at the table oooh'd and ahhhh'd over that magical Tiffany Blue Box and the treasures inside. My belief is that every bride should get a Tiffany Blue Box, and Anna and the team at Tiffany in Tampa made sure I was able to make my long-standing tradition live on for my daughter. My small purchase of a silver Tiffany Blue Infinity Bracelet and a Color Block Vide Poche will not be the biggest sale they make this month. But they recognized an opportunity to make something special happen and they truly jumped on it. What I did not tell Anna or anyone else at Tiffany was that I am not only a long-distance Mom, but I am a Retail District Manager. So, it is my JOB to create WOW moments for our clients that go outside the boundaries of typical job duties and really create a special experience. And it is also to recognize those moments when someone on my staff makes it happen. Anna & Tiffany Tampa sure did create a WOW moment for me and my daughter. And not only did they impress me as a District Manager, but, more importantly, they WOW'd me as a Mom. Classy move Tiffany & Company. #customerforlife #eternallygrateful

I went to a Tiffany store on 12-2-2023 in Tampa Florida at the International Plaza. I left my diamond earrings to be cleaned while I shopped in the mall. When I picked up my earrings one of the earring backs was broken and would not stay on the earring. When I dropped off the earrings a lady examined my earrings and could see that both earring backs were in great working condition. I asked for a replacement since it was not broken when I dropped off my earrings. I was wearing the earrings and took them off to be cleaned. I could not have worn the earrings if the earring back had been broken. I was told that I would have to purchase one for $120.00 plus tax, ($129.00). I have bought many pieces of jewelry over the years and have spent thousands of dollars at Tiffany. This same day I even purchased a men's gold wedding band for $1,569.50 at the same time that I dropped off my diamond earrings to be cleaned. I am extremely upset with Tiffany for treating me (a long time customer) this way. At this point I will never purchase another Tiffany product again. I purchased the earring back because I felt as if I had no other choice, because I cannot wear the earring without a back on it. Beware of Tiffany's treatment to customers AFTER you purchase an item.

Prior to my visit at the Tampa International location, I called and spoke with a representative about an item I wanted to purchase( the item was in stock). I also checked online prior to my arrival to make sure the item I wanted was in stock. Upon arrival I was greeted by a gentleman who referred me to a lady standing at the counter, I walked over and told her what it was that I wanted and without hesitation she told me it wasn’t available. I immediately was angry because she didn’t even look to see, she went off her own opinion. After a few minutes of minor banter she looked up the item on her iPad and guess what ??? The item was very much at that location and also very available! She was quick to say she had never seen this item before. She checked me out not even asking if I’d like to look around. This was my first in store experience at Tiffany’s- I wasn’t impressed. I felt like after the transaction I was expected to leave immediately; instead I chose to browse around and felt like I had a monkey on my back. I will return to Tiffany’s but maybe another location or will ask for a different assistant.

I’ve visited the Tiffany and Company store at the international Plaza in Tampa Florida twice. The second visit was so accommodating and pleasant that I even changed my mind of continuing to conduct business with Tiffany’s. The representative who helped me was Susanna Perez, and she made my very special gift for my mom and myself feel like I was making $1 million purchase. She was kind, caring, sweet, and most importantly professional which represent at Tiffany’s in such a positive light. I will highly recommend Tiffany’s and Susanna to any of my friends and family with no doubt at all, and only because of Susanna I will continue to purchase items from Tiffany’s when I’m able to. I want to say thank you to Susana again for helping me with my exchange, Because she completely turned around the other most negative experience I had during my first visit to the store. I will definitely come back to see her again when I fall in love with another beautiful piece at Tiffany’s. Thank you so much .

My husband wanted me to get myself a valentines day gift since he was not going to be home. I had a certain item I wanted to look at that I found online. The item was not priced so I went in today to inquire about it. To my surprise I was not assisted by anyone. The only person who greeted me was the security guard at the entrance. There were a few people being helped so at first I did not think anything of it. Then a lady walked up behind me. She had a small Tiffany's bag in her hand. The sales associate helped her right away. I did not look any different than any other customer in the store. I was so disappointed with their customer service. I have walked into many Tiffany's stores and have never been ignored. If an associate was busy with another customer they would always say please look around we will be with you in a moment. I was planning on making a purchase today (a big purchase).

Hope has provided excellent customer service as well as the store director. Hope helped me surprise my wife with an anniversary ring. I had bought a 6.5 size ring, then I realized my wife is a 5.5 size, so, Hope exchanged it to a 5.5. I gave my wife the ring on our anniversary (Tuesday) and then on Sunday I planned with Hope to have more of a selection and they would allow an exchange even if we chose a smaller ct. ring. This way I can actually see the new ring in her hand and with her 2.25 ct. engagement ring to see which one looks better. We came Sunday and they had the room was ready for us, as usual, we had champagne and I ended up getting a more unique piece, which has 5 diamonds totalling 1.5 ct. and there were only 6 of these rings in inventory worldwide, but Hope had it ready for us :) Very happy to visit Tiffany's, it's always a pleasant experience.

Lynne V is absolutely amazing!!! My wife and I were fortunate enough to come across her very early in our relationship before we were married in fact. My girlfriend at the time was looking for a graduation gift for me online and had decided to buy me a business card holder and have it personalized. What she didn’t realize is that I was trying to surprise her with a gift as well. Lynne not only pulled off that surprise but her attention to detail and customer service was so superior to any shopping experience that she had secured a spot in our lives forever. Since then we have bought jewelry, business gifts, even our wedding bands! If you’re looking to treat yourself or surprise that special someone in your life I highly suggest you ask for Lynne V.

Had the worst experience! My boyfriend took our son and myself shopping to look at a few engagement rings . We were very excited to go into Tiffany’s. Once we got there a gentleman directed us to their engagement rings where a lady with short dark hair and glasses came to assist us. She was extremely unprofessional and very rude. She was on her phone while we were looking and trying to talk , didn’t offer to show us any rings , and acted as if we didn’t deserve to be in there . Almost as if we didn’t have the money to be ring shopping in there . To me , our money is as good as anyone else’s. There were two rings I would have loved to try on but since the service was very unwelcoming we left and started looking elsewhere. We were very disappointed.

Today we came in to hand in my jewelry for polishing and were greeted by Mark. He was very professional, attentive and took care of every detail. Such a pleasant gentleman. I see all these other reviews, I am one to give the benefit of the doubt and I am glad I did although I'm saddened that other people had negative experiences however mine was great! I walked in and I was immediately greeted with a smile and treated with the upmost respect. The representative immediately addressed my concerns and directed me to where I could get more assistance for what I needed. I was very pleased both representatives who helped me as they provided phenomenal service and I left with a even bigger smile on my face I was quite pleased with my visit and I will be going again. This will be where I will continue to take my Tiffany jewelry for any repairs should they need them in the future.

Arthur Padilla made our purchase experience unique and unforgettable. He is an amazing advisor. He was able to listen, understand and guide us in a respectful, patient, professional and neutral manner. We wanted to find an elegant, classic, timeless engagement ring, that my wife could pass to our daughter in the future. I've purchased wedding bands, children's gifts and an engagement ring from Sarah at this Tiffany's location and I can not say enough about her. Her patience, understanding and intuition have been a huge help but she didnt just stop there: Sarah checked on my wife and I when the pandemic hit, helped me pick out my 1 year anniversary gift over the phone and explaining to me in great detail each item we discussed. Sarah didn't just help me pick out the ring that guaranteed a yes, she made me feel excited and confident that played out in the gift giving! Thank you, Sarah!

Amazing! I had purchased a necklace from Tiffany co online but unfortunately noticed some minor scratches on it when it was delivered to me. I took it immediately to Tiffany and co to be look at. I spoke with Tracy and she was very polite and sympathetic to my feelings. It's not just a necklace it was a necklace made from love that I have wanted since I was 15. She is outstanding and took great care in making it look the way I remembered it. Got it back in the most perfect condotion. Thank you all for being able to make my dream come !!! I can say I am completely disappointed with this company and I will never purchase any jewelry from them. I purchased a pink heart necklace and on Christmas morning when my daughter opened it, it was tarnished. I had to wait another week after Christmas to receive my replacement with just a sorry for your problem. I was expecting for some type of credit or gift card for the inconvenience since they send me a defective product but I got a” you will receive the replacement and sorry that we ruined your daughter’s Christmas morning”

I bought my fiance's engagement ring here about a year and a half ago. From the very beginning I got the best treatment and customer service from Hope. She has been there the whole way, helping me with selecting the engagement ring to inviting us back to try on and select the wedding rings. Even for a guy like me who is not buying there top dollar stuff, I got treated like a valued customer. I purchased the wedding rings this past weekend and couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience at Tiffany and Co.

When we walked inside me and my boyfriend both received the same look from the worker as if we aren’t good enough for Tiffany. We purchased a heart bracelet and watched her put it in a little pouch and told us she will have it shipped out today (we asked to ship to to an address) once we received it in the mail and opened it, we noticed the same bracelets heart charm was missing. It was nowhere to be found. So horrible! I don’t understand how this could physically happen. I expected way more.

I purchased a Tiffany Soleste Oval Halo Engagement Ring with a Diamond Platinum Band as well as a Tiffany Soleste V Wedding Band. The customer service in the store was amazing, especially for someone like me who has never spent that much on jewelry or diamonds before. They answered all my questions and walked me through the process with ease. Most importantly, my now wife loves both. I plan to got back and get another Soleste V wedding band for our one year anniversary.

Irene there was just a lifesaver she's overnighting my wife's birthday present. Tiffany's is the classiest store in town with the classiest people yet they treated me like a king in shorts in tennis shoes. We went in there last year and it was the same incredible experience. The Paloma Picasso jewelry is amazing and not out of the reach of normal people price wise. I just bought a Picasso at Tiffany's and it's money well spent. Thank you for being such fantastic people!

Great customer service. Wish I remember the names of the 3 people who helped us. 2 lady’s and 1 gentleman that was new! Gave us great service and treated us very kindly. Wasn’t pushy, told us whatever price we asked for and also showed us some stuff we couldn’t afford but loved looking at lol! My girlfriend loves the necklace. Whole staff was professional and helpful. Also loved how they wrap and make a bow for you! We will be back!

Wonderful service by Mrs Medina. We walked in right before the store was closing and the sales representative was welcoming and helpful. Great experience here! Although I was dressed in gym clothes, I was treated really well. I dropped off some jewelry for cleaning and check up. When I came back the next day, I purchases a clutch and a necklace. I was really happy with the experience. I'm definitely going to get another one of those clutches one of these days!

After getting locked out for private party at my usual Tiffany's in Orlando, the Tampa store was more than accommodating to stay open late so I could pick up a gift for my daughter's graduation. Bought a diamond for my GF in December 2019. Still, after many calls and emails, I have not received the report on the gem. Thousands of dollars for a relatively small diamond and no evidence I even got a real diamond. Shame on Tiffany for lack of customer service to what is supposed to be a high end clientele.

The workers in this store are VERY RACIST! I had every intention of purchasing two bracelets, but instead of the salesman assisting me, he just followed my boyfriend and I around the store. It was so sickening. I was pissed. The blatant racism. SMH. I guess as African Americans we can only be poor and thieves.

Denied me service based on my name. Said a third party service didn’t approve my name so i couldn’t make purchase after taking my credit card number and everything. Sounded very suspicious and i can’t believe Tiffany’s denied me service based on my name. Very upset at this service.

Came in Sat 20th 415pm had the worst service, handed driving license and couldn't find the ring for pickup after resizing. I would think Tiffany's would be so much better at service. The agent was horrid, def not good experience and the brand image and the agent don't match.

Went in to have a piece of jewelry cleaned, was rudely told by a older man that I’d need to drop it off and have it shipped back to my house. Don’t understand that policy, since the Orlando Tiffany’s was able to clean it immediately. Horrible experience.

They do not buff rings here, unlike many other locations. It’s confusing as to why some stores do and some don’t and just send them out which costs $50.
