Unfortunately there is no option to rate below one star. 1. They are closed on Saturday & Sunday , while renting car I was not sure how many days I was going to keep it and owner Baljinder Singh knew it very well. when I called on Friday that I will return car tomorrow he said that they are closed every weekends so I can not return car and I have to pay for those days. (On google they have mentioned their timing 9 am to 11 pm all days except Sunday) 2. On Monday when I was ready to return at 9 am, but when I called I came to know that I have give after 11 only asked, they said I can come any time today , I went there at 6:45 pm and it was closed , when I called answers was to come by 5 PM 3. Next day he messaged me that I have to return car by cleaning from inside and outside , that means I have to do carwash before returning. (attached pic) I have not seen such horrible services and person, I would pay more but will go somewhere else. 04/12/2021 After reading this review , I got threatening call from owner asking why did I do this review. As per him he gave me discount and now he will cancel that and will take it from my credit card. He also tried to explain me new rule, that due to lockdown he can not do business after 5 PM.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would indefinitely. Tiger car rentals is a poor excuse for a rental company. Go to enterprise!!! They are honest, reliable and less expensive. Its been 2.5 months since I have rented from "Tiger Care Rentals" and I cleared up my balance upon returning the vehicle. 2 weeks after having no contact with them they removed $250 from my credit card. I spoke to the owners son and he told me it was for 407 fees. (I did not use 407 ONCE) I argued that and he did not care. I got so tired of trying to prove my point I allowed them to keep my money. Now, nearly 3 months later they charged my card an additional $755. I have been calling both the business phone as well as the direct number to the individual who helped me rent the vehicle and Im either getting no answer or apologies with no promise to revise the payment and fix the problem. They rob you and dont care! This business has cars that are beaten up, scratches, dents, horrible interior smells as well as revolting customer service. I am forced to hire a lawyer for the fraud they committed and will not sleep until the rest of the GTA knows about their business ethic.

We went to them because we trust small family businesses more than big companies and we do our best to support the community. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating but unfortunately they took advantage of us. They did not check the car once we gave it back and kept the whole deposit without giving any explanation. They rejected our phone calls and we had to chase for days them before they pretexted they found paint chips on the car. We cleaned the car before hand so we know it was in good condition. It was their mistake as they should have checked the car with us so we could agree on the damages and the sum to pay. I do car repairs, and three paint chips are not worth the money they kept. That’s very unprofessional and worse, they are giving the Khalsa a bad image. That’s unfortunate we lost money, but what saddens us even more is to see people who should live by the best principles, and wear the most excellent symbols of honesty, being dishonest.

UPDATE-October 9th Made the mistake of renting with Tiger car rental back in August. DO NOT RENT from this company if you are considering renting in the GTA. They are refusing to answer my calls and continue to put me off as they refuse to refund my money. I am now on 16 calls not returned. I have been requested over and over to wait a few days, provide copies of my receipt, to wait for him to speak to his partner and was even told my money was already back in my account. All of this was just to stall time. NEVER AGAIN will I recommend this company to anyone. As some who frequently flies to the GTA every 3 months... TIGER CAR RENTAL you have just lost a lot of potential business. flew down from AB to spend time with family in ON. These guys made my rental smooth and easy. There was a hiccup in the billing dates and it was handled quickly and appropriately. Honestly I was hesitant to use a smaller rental company but these guys changed my mind. THANKS!

Words are less to write a review about TIGER CAR RENTAL ,I started my business as entrepreneur in GTA. I was in process of building my business relations in the market . TIGER CAR RENTAL deal with their clients with respect .They are the best Car rental company in GTA as per my experience.Owners of these company are so down to earth and most important is they deal with their old clients as a family member. Whenever i have called them they have always responded to my calls ( no matter if its a long weekend they are always their for their clients) I will always recommend them to our business community of entrepreneur in GTA. Bajinder Ji and Gurpreet Ji are such a nice people to deal with and that is the main reason behind their growth in this business. Extremely great car rental in this area. I just had a great experience by renting from Tiger Car Rental for 4 days. I had never heard of them before renting, but had an amazingly positive experience from my first telephone call to them until my final contact upon returning the car. They upgraded me to a mid-size for free when the compact car I had ordered was not available. Pickup and return were fast with no hassles. Full disclosure in advance about everything. The service was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service at this car rental place. Very positive experience from rental to return; probably to do with the courteous and knowledgeable staff. They did not let a single question go unanswered (even when I got a little nitpicky) and the assistance was formidable. Got a rental that was dirty as ever , the engine light was on and dashboard lit up like a christmas tree. Told Harry i was going to return the rental he said okay. I travelled over an hour and when i got there thats when he told me theres a $250 fee to cancel plus he charged me $100 for the day for rental, complete disrespect from start to finish,l. Playing with peoples time and money not good . Not honest people at all . Stay away

Do not go to this place and rent any cars they are a bunch of thieves. I rent a car for 4 days they gave me the car with a puncher tire .I fix the tire. When I return the car .they said that they will not return my security deposit until 4 weeks time . They did not tell me that they will be holding on to my money for 4 weeks. Do not go there to rent any cars.

Excellent service by Harry. Car was below average condition. Car was having dent on it. Car have Safety Air bag warning signs and they are saying it's just coffee spill and because of that safety Air bag sign is on. Car was having yellow paper tape on front glass. Only Customer Service by Harry was outstanding. Very Helpful and Honest Person.

Tiger car rental is one of the most trustworthy and professional businesses I've ever encountered. Everyone was very polite with amazing customer service.
