All of the negative reviews are accurate. I entered the store 35 minutes before they were scheduled to close and was not greeted by two employees. They were too focused on their conversation. There were a few T-shirts that I wanted to try on, so I approached one of the employees to see if they can open a fitting room for me. Once of the employees was a female with black curly hair, was extremely rude. She stated that she would not open a fitting for me because they have a policy in which they close their fitting rooms 30 minutes before the store closes. I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy in my life. I believe it was just a poor excuse, because she just wants to be paid to do nothing. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and I will never shop at this store again. It's alarming how there are so many 1 star reviews for this location and Tillys does not take any action to hold employees accountable for their lack of customer service.

Had a horrible experience yesterday, once I got checked out by Meredith (one of the employees) she needed help receiving my receipt from the computer. She then call for "Katie", whom I assume is the manager, she bluntly called her out for not knowing how to work the computer after being an employee for a year. Yet, she needed the code to get to the receipt anyway. She was extremely rude and horrible to her and that was in front of ME, a customer, imagine what happens when no one is around? Ugh. Poor girl. She needs to be properly trained on how to handle a situation like that in a nicer, more respectful manner. I felt so sorry for that poor girl. Never shopping here again!

Beware of scam. They will display shirts at 2 for $25, but will hide details on the bottom of the sign with a stack of shirts that says it's only "green labeled" shirts. They then claim the shirts you selected from that display are not the ones on sale hoping you will just say fine and buy the higher priced shirt. From looking at the reviews of this location, it seems that I'm not the only one that recognized this misleading practice. They are now off the rotation of where to buy cloths for my son. Last $$ has been spent with them.

Tillys is the worst company to work and shop, first they promise u a lot of good things before u work but at the end they just don’t care about their workers or costumers. All they care is about the sale than help the costumer out. And I’m talking for experience I had to leave a great company ( Pacsun ) just to join Tillys but it was the worst decision I’ve made, I’ll never work there or shop in there again.

Customer service was on the ehh side. You dont really feel welcomed when you walk in and theres not alot despite the large size of the store. Except for one time, this one guy working there was so nice and attentive to my needs as a customer. It's a big contrast to what you get now. Feels like you have to chase down the sales associates for help. Honestly everyone working at the hulen mall looks depressed.

The so called manager Audrey is a bold face liar and has terrible customer service skills she and her staff lie to get people hooked and do the old switcheroo. I would never buy anything from this store. The staff seems clueless as to their own products which is incredibly overpriced. Never ever go in this store. I wish there was a negative star review I would give them the lowest possible score.

Most pleasant shopping experience I’ve had in a LONG time! The two girls working were extremely helpful, and actually helped me put together a whole outfit! Came in looking for a top and left with the whole thing! Analiya & Jurnee were the best!! I’ve never felt so hyped up and comfortable while clothing shopping! GREAT JOB GUYS!

My experience was great, so these random negative reviews have me shook. I went in a couple weeks ago and I immediately noticed that the store was better organized than most stores. The staff helped me straight away and the manager Nel was so sweet. Vibe was 10/10. Thanks for the awesome experience, Tillys!

The staff was so unhappy, I went to go buy my sons backpack, and the girl maloni just looked like me asking her to do something was painful. Her inexpressive and stuck up attitude is a no go. Nobody there was smiling, the clothes are cute, but shop else were. Don’t bother going in.

I called to check on an online order and the lady that answered was extremely rude!! I politely asked for an update on my order and the lady acted like she didn’t know what an update was. Terrible customer service!

Just unfriendly retail customer service. The lack of friendly communication in that store is unfortunate. It's your first job most likely. Be happy and thankful. Remember our money goes towards your paycheck.

Read the last two reviews. Exact same experience. Extremely rude, only one person checking out while the 4 other employees stand by the open registers chatting. Intentionally ignoring waiting costumers.

Samantha, the so called assistant manager is rude and unprofessional. This is a sad representation of this brand. We won't return and will make sure others avoid as well.
