So having gone to this store previously and never having to rate it, I love tillys, today however, I no longer love tillys I can only imagine it was the manager I was dealing with before whom was talking to me as though I was her family member, with utter rudeness, I understand there’s two sides to every story but I was not rude, I was polite, I was faced with someone who talked to me not as a customer but some disliked family member is the only way I can describe it, utter shock and was not happy. Love the brand but do not love some of the staff choices, regardless of what else is going on there is no excuse to be rude and unhelpful, she watched one of her team struggle with a line for 10 minutes before making an appearance and then being rude. Not a fan Tillys get some more training in place please or this will become a theme at this store

I bought a shirt from Tilly’s and chose curbside pickup. The email says call for curbside, when you call they will tell you that they do not do curbside and the website is wrong. UNPROFESSIONAL and BAITING!!! THEY DO NOT DO CURBSIDE PICKUP YOU HAVE TO WALK INSIDE THE STORE!!!!!

I met this really hot worker who helped me find my shoe size in converse. I think he was the love of my life.
