Good Timmy's. Pleasant experience, the twins actually remembered me after the Germaphobe covid. Their dad the owner is a big Oilers fan. He always had a big smile . Their staff is pleasant, drive through staff is understanding, even if it was my bad they made it out like the inside was to blame. Great customer service. Not all Timmy's are as cordial.

Something is definitely wrong with this branch and how their food is been processed. I just left there and couldn’t turn back. I asked for habenero chicken wrap, medium hot chocolate and Tim’sbits. The chicken wrap was horrible. Nothing like what I had in other branches. I requested for the slow cooked chicken wrap but was give another thing entirely. The Timbits smell really bad but tastes right. So where is this horrible smell from. I don’t get it. This is not the first time they will give me something that’s different from what I paid for. Please, quality control team needs to check that branch out.

Ive visited this drive thru about once a week since I've moved into the area. 90% of the time, they have either messed up an item that I ordered (if I ordered more than two items), or they've forgotten that I had ordered something and had to make it once I was at the window. My average wait time, whether it's busy or not, feels like 4-6 minutes - after placing my order in the intercom. I'm writing this because my girlfriend also has had the same issues recently. I've tried to plan my trips for coffee runs to further locations because of the service here. I would recommend the same to anyone else!

This location is awful. I asked for the gingerbread latte made with regular milk and then I got to the window and they said “we are just waiting for your oat latte” and I said “I requested regular milk” and they didn’t say anything but when I got my drink it was clearly not regular milk, or if it was the latte is absolutely disgusting in general and wouldn’t ever recommend. I also asked for a simply sausage breakfast sandwich and I got (and I guess paid for) more than just simply because there was egg on it, when all a simply sausage sandwich is supposed to be is only sausage.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten an order right at this location. Even this morning I went for a small ice cap and a plain bagel toasted with butter and somehow I end up with a cheese biscuit toasted with butter. How does that even sound the same?! Alot of the times they make my ice cup with chocolate milk when the word chocolate doesn’t even come out of my mouth. I stopped using this location for over a year because of the contents mistakes and I have been proven again this morning why I don’t go there.

July 23, 4:38 AM night staff. 2 girl staff just using their earphone. While in drive thru when ordering they are like is that all, when went to the window the don’t have their name tags. Just listening to music and being rude. I really wanted to talk to their manager for this so if you see this please check on those employees. Drinks were wrong, hair on timbits, why the heck 2 girls are not using hair net. Wow what a good way to start your day.

We went through the drive thru, I was amazed that the speaker was so clear to talk through. Normally you can barely understand what the heck the person on the other end is saying. The person serving us also double checked our order to make sure that it was correct. Very impressed with the whole transaction. I would recommend this store to anyone that not only likes the items at Tim Hortons but the clear and concise manner in which we were served. Way to go, keep up the good work gals and guys!

I will give them 0 if I could! This was the second time I was there for a farmer’s wrap “no bacon” sandwich and there was bacon in it! I told them specifically that “last time there was bacon in it, be careful that doesn’t happen again” and happened agaaaaaaain!!!!!!! And it is not just that! It is obvious that they have tried to remove the bacon from an already-grilled sandwich and replaced it with chicken! Look at the picture: looks like it has been chewed up!!!

Typical Tim Hortons fare. The site is functional, and has a washroom (though slightly damaged). Service has been mostly good, with the exception of getting a blt instead of a chicken bacon club, and was charged for a blt supposedly... but that wasn't what I'd asked for. Would suggest verifying the order screen closely if walking in. Haven't had much experience with the drive thru.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru today (1pm to 125pm). Ordered Turkey Sandwich, Beef Cravable, Large Chicken noodle soup. Agent read back the order to me for verification. 1. Long wait 2. Order wrong - didn't get my cravable. 3. Turkey Sandwich burnt to a crisp. Please do better. This is very disappointing.

Ordered a Black Berry Quencher and look at what I got! It only has pieces of ice on top which are smaller in size than the opening on the lid and whenever I take a sip these ice pieces get into my mouth and have to chew them. Pathetic experience.

Their staff is rude ALLLLL the time! No customer service at all! They hand you your stuff, literally throw it at you! Don’t even give you a second to put it down. Their manager is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person ever. Asked for the donut in a box but they never give it in a box and this is what happens.

Don’t recommend anything. Worse service ever. Had to ask for my food to be warmed up three times before the person at the front actually decided to do it + with the worst attitude ever.

This is a boston cream now?? I asked for a new one when the first one had even less chocolate on top. It's like when the chocolate melts to the bag and you pull it out, that's what this looks like. Won't be ordering here again in the near future!

One of, if not the worst, Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Unless you have 20 minutes to wait for FAST FOOD don't come here. Their terrible service has made me late for more than one appointment
