I've been a Tim Hortons customer for the past 21 years; this particular location is consistently by far the worst Tim Hortons that I have visited. When visiting this location for late morning and early afternoon coffee runs, when the drive-thru has maybe one other car at the window they keep you at the order box for upwards of 2 minutes without any communication. Once they do say something it is just, “we will be with you shortly.” This simply results in me the customer going to another location. As an individual who both worked for two Tim Hortons locations (both with drive-thru's) in my youth, I understand that the staff is generally coached not to take on too many customers in the drive-thru as these service times are recorded and utilized as a metric with other locations. However the purpose of implementing this metric was that Tim Hortons own studies have shown that customer wait times that exceed 25 seconds typically result in lost customers, this location is consistently 120+ seconds at the box (again I am not including any time spent during morning rushes or any visits in general where there is more than 2 other vehicles, one at the window and one at the second order box as there are two). This is just time spent sitting at the box waiting for the team to serve one to two cars at a time. The metric was designed to establish when you need to implement new strategies to reduce service times with the goal of improving the overall customer experience, thus increasing your customer base. Choosing to manipulate the data you are receiving is just you lying to yourself and to your corporate office on what your actual performance is resulting in the metric being utterly useless. I run a business, also under a franchise system and while I don’t necessarily face the same challenges that the food service industry faces I can appreciate that you can only push near minimum wage workers so hard while still being able to maintain a work force, I understand that you can only have so many staff during certain times as revenue is not keeping up with rising operating costs and I understand that Employees, Customers and even Franchisor’s are expecting more in today’s society resulting in a very frustrating management situation as you can only stretch a dollar so far and something eventually has to give… What I do not understand is if you’re simply going to manipulate a system to provide a false image that is not even released to the general public, how are you going to understand trends for how one team composition verse another impacts service or what teams and times require the most coaching… Yes you get numbers on this but those numbers are lies because of the way you choose to coach resulting in a system that is about appeasing the Franchisor, not improving the overall customer experience. Finally, yes I also understand that basically every other franchise (with a drive-thru) is doing this to some level, however some do it more than others, this location is simply taking it to a whole new level and doing so consistently enough that I not only wrote this novel of a review but sat on the phone with customer care (very nice gentleman I spoke with at customer care) after driving away 10:45am on Wed Feb 12th 2020 and now 1:25pm Fri Feb 14th 2020.
This is my local Tim Hortons and I have been going here for years. Unfortunately, within the past year the service here has been horrific. Extremely rude staff, majority of the time my order is messed up, and it’s never a pleasant experience. Whenever I go through I order steeped tea. I understand that they don’t always have fresh tea ready and I’m always willing to wait for it, even park and wait if needed. There has been several different occasions where I have ordered a steeped tea and they have said “I don’t have any” and I tell them i’m willing to wait for it and they refuse to make any and tell me they will give me bagged tea instead or they will punch in the order for stepped tea and then give me bagged tea at the window and get angry when I asked for the steeped tea I ordered. This location is 24hr which means they never “shut down” the steeped tea like they do with their food during late night, they are simply choosing not to make it - I have even asked the staff before why they aren’t able to make it and have been told they just don’t want to. I leave a review because with the ample horrible experiences here - I have seen no changes and I do not know who to get in contact with to report these things has I have called to store and was immediately hung up on. Please, if you are in this area DO NOT go to this Tim Hortons, take the extra few minutes and drive up to the Brant and Uppermiddle location. I promise you it’s worth it.

The Tim Hortons by the Burger King on Brant Street is the worst one in Burlington...Almost 15 minutes to get my order, they were out of three items I was looking for, and I could not get a gift card through the drive-through along with my order. I tried to return the loop cup, that they upped sold me at a previous visit and I was told I needed to download another app! I already have one Tim Hortons app! The supervisor Mary was unhelpful and I told her my phone was full so I couldn’t! There should be a way for customers to get a refund for the cup if they are unable to download the loop app… She deferred to having nothing to do with it, which was untrue… They are the liaison between head office and at a store level after waiting so long in line to be served because of their inefficiencies in store, something could have been done… The loop environmental cup might be a good idea but Tim Hortons really needs to give their head a shake… Making their customers download a second app is unbelievable, this is the last time I will be visiting this location and I will be spreading the poor customer service to warn others. I would have given them zero stars if possible, eat here at your own risk—the other Burlington Tim’s locations are superior to this one!!
Not really impressed with the service I received today from the staff. I phoned in yesterday because I received the wrong order, which is fine, accidents happen. I was told to come in today to get my meal replaced (the person I spoke with yesterday was great and very helpful). I go in again today to get my meal replaced, they wanted to charge me for part of the meal because they only messed up part of the meal yesterday (they messed up on both the coffee and the sandwich, I mainly cared about the sandwich). I purposely choose the meal yesterday because its cheaper to get a combo rather than each item individually. Plus I wouldn't have even come back again just to receive part of the meal I originally ordered. I just wanted what I originally ordered, plain and simple, without any hassle. Also, they got it wrong AGAIN today (missing the egg on my sandwich). I didn't bother calling in this time as I was treated rude to begin with today. I come here all the time, and some of the staff is really great. So pretty disappointed with things today

I understand that drive thru times is important for all workers at tims however it is also very crucial to meet customers satisfaction. We've previously ordered steep tea that tastes like water, so it's nothing new. Instead of adding water, we would prefer if they requested us to park in front and wait for a fresh steeped tea. When we ordered three steep teas, we observed one of the crew members adding hot water. She completely ignored us when we banged on the glass, so I went inside and complained to the manager. Managers please meet with your team members to address complains . We would appreciate it so much so that it won't be happening again. We go here because it is only 2 minutes away from home but we won't mind driving far just to get tims as long as they do our orders right.

Hands-down the worst Tim's I've ever been to. Would give 0 stars if I could. The management is absolutely laughable here. Management obviously doesn't care about customer experience because this Tim's was always bad and continues to get worse. Wait times of 20+ minutes (even 10+ minute waits if there's NO other customers - they have made me late so many times even when there's no other cars in drive-thru), they constantly get orders wrong despite the long waits, ALWAYS out of food, very rude employees that are just straight up bad at their jobs. Legitimately the worst Tim's that exists. It's such a shame that it's the only one close to the highway. You're better off driving to the Tim Horton's on Brant&Upper Middle. Way better service and you'll probably still save time despite driving out of your way, because they actually operate properly and won't take 20 minutes to give you a coffee and bagel.
We ordered farmers wrap with extra sauce. 1 wrap came with absolutely no sauce And another one was done so badly that it was not equally distributed inside at all. When went to check inside, the girl who was preparing the wrap was so rude that she said that the sauce might have slid inside. Also the egg and hash brown might be somewhere in the wrap. When I opened and showed her that there was no sauce, she offered me a cup of sauce rudely and asked me to dip the wrap inside and eat which is soooo gross. And then when the manager came to help, this girl yelled at me saying that I can get her FIRED if she wants me to and she doesn’t care either. And she also refused to give me any napkins/tissues and asked me to check with cashier. I was shocked to hear this from the staff of Tim Hortons. This was on 10th Apr 2022 at 10.45am.

I dont usually come to this location. But I went on a weekend using the drive thru, the person who answer only said HELLO with the feeling of not wanting to be there or not interested taking an order. He seems very not happy with something but i just ignore it and states my order in a polite way. He still continues hes upsetting voice until the end of my order. Maybe hes having an upset day but i hope the management can hear him how he greet customers and should have replace him with someone else cause you know your the face of tim hortons and its not a good service. I almost tell him you know what cancel everything i will go somewhere else but i didnt. I dont want to ruin my day just because of this person. Im just worried about the restaurant reputation its not a good sign of customer service. Thats all.
I have never witnessed such rude and unprofessional service. I ordered 2 farmers wrap combos with coffee and hash brown for drive thru pick up. I reached the pick up window and I’m only given 2 wraps and 2 coffee. When asked about the hash brown I’m told they were not ordered. I said no I asked for combos with hash browns. They said I have to pay extra I said no problem. I asked for my current payment to be cancelled and to be charged for the combos I asked for. I reposes I got back was “why are you being a DICK” I said excuse me and reply was so you want you food or no. I was in absolute shock unbelievable. If this is the kind of service Tim Hortons is proud of then this was my last Tim Hortons visit.

The customer service at this particular location is especially terrible. I work and live nearby so it's convenient for myself and co-workers, but most days of the week I go in, the kids working there are pretty rude. Coworkers notice too but it's the closest run for coffee we've got. I'm a few years older than many of them and I know it isn't a spectacular job, been there done that, but I always seem to leave this location feeling like a bitter old lady. I've moved around a bit for college and Timmies isn't very consistent anywhere I go, but this is worse than other locations IMO. I sometimes get a kid named Hunter on till whose very attentive, competent and friendly, he's a good kid, but the staff overall is as questionable as the food quality.
Decided to sit in and chat with a friend. Both of us felt scolded by the older cashier with pink and grey hair. Cold and showed she didn't want to be there. Staff were cheering for something at one point, that's fine, it was just hard to hear my friend. I went back up to order a coffee and had a bit of a stare down with the younger cashier. I wasn't sure if he was ready to take my order. I gave my order and he said nothing the entire time. I said "Thank you," and left. Not the best place to relax or meet up to chat. Try Williams Cafe if you want better service and a softer atmosphere.

Maddison was super rude at the drive thru. She always has a problem hearing the drive thur orders prehaps she should be moved as she is the only person who has an issue that can’t hear. Also whenever I order from Maddison they never have any oat milk or cold brew products, so it seems like it because she want to make it. Maddison mentioned that the location doesnt have oat milk anymore, hence asked her why its on the menu and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I have asked other locations and they do carry the item so it seems like its only this location or Maddison who is not serving the item.
I went through the drive-thru to order some drinks today - pretty standard. I just wanted to leave a review because I was getting my phone ready to scan and pay, and while my phone was loading the drive-thru employee accidentally shined the bar code scanner laser directly into my eyes for a couple seconds until I had to duck. It's dangerous in general to shine a laser or light in someone's eyes, especially if they're in a vehicle. I believe it was an honest mistake and thought to bring it up so staff can know about customer safety

Hey, when I go to this location, which is more lately because guelphline is under maintenance, I understand if you short items due to alot more volume of customers but I feel this should have been accounted and exspected for. This issuse I deeply effecting costomers! I ve orrder tim bits for my kids and they have been out a few times. Also I just ordered a 20 pack and recived 3 chocolate coca nut, 1 bday cake, and the rest were lease favourite honey dip. 16 of 1 kind!!!??? Im hoping to bring some attention to this issuse, please fix it!!!!!
The person who served me was very rude. I asked for a cold latte, I told him not to add ice and he gave me only half the glass with coffee, she told me the other part was ice. The other time I also went by and he told me that he didn't have a latte coffee, that his machine didn't work, she has a very bad attitude. I only give her my respects because she is an older lady. But her attitude is not correct in customer service.

I got I'm line, I was the only one in the store, and the only worker there, was on the phone speaking a foreign language, went by me and never said a word. I waited for about 5 minutes, and he seemed to be serving people on the drive-in, so I asked if I could be served, and he said, after I serve these people. I also asked if he was the only one serving, to which he said yes. I kept waiting and decided to leave because he didn't seem to be interested in my business. Tim Hortons customer service has gone down drastically
I was there on Jan 12th at 4 pm and it was awful. I placed my order and it went downhill from there. I wasn't treated nicely at all. There is a way to talk to customers and to be professional. I have worked with customers for 18 years and I would never talk to anyone the way I was talked to. I could hear one employee making fun of someone walking in the door.. All the other Tim Hortons 1035 Brant and 2201 Brant are amazing. I have always been treated nice. This Tim Hortons I'm finished with..
So I ordered a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel and London Fog. LF was fine, however my poor bagel was swimming in butter. There is a pool of butter in the wrapper. It wasn't cut, no real biggy but when I tried to take a bite there was sooooo much butter that it just squirted and leaked all over my shirt. I look inside the wrapper and see the pool of butter. Thanks Tim Hortons for having me go to work coveted in grease all down the front of my shirt. Train your young staff better please.
I have been going to this drive through for almost 12 years now and the staff turnover is a lot but not surprising I normally run out on my lunch hour to grab a coffee. Seems they just cant get it right lrg dbl cream 1 sweetener . They never put the sweetener in the coffee but they mark it on the lid?? I have now had to buy it so that I can just add it on my own as I don't have time to run back out again. I don't go on the normal busy times so why can't they get it right???
Several times, especially when using the drive thru, my order has been incorrect or they would not have items available when they should have been. An order as simple as a chocolate chip muffin was given to me incorrectly. Even early in the morning, when breakfast is available, I have been told items were unavailable. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication and lack of training as well as insufficient monitoring of stock items for this to happen.

Gregory is rude in the drive through. We ordered steeped tea this morning, went home and it did not taste like steeped tea it is water, this is the second time that they watered down our steeped tea the first one we saw her through the drive through window putting water in our steeped tea so went inside and told them but for this one we went home first to drink the tea. They could have just told us to wait in the parking area and we would. So disappointing.
This Tim Horton's is constantly out of stuff - and not at off-hours or after the lunch rush like you'd expect, sometimes they seem to run out of stuff right when they should have it, like timbits (other than plain) at 9am or chili right at noon. They frequently get orders wrong and do not listen when you ask to correct it. This happens with maybe 1/4 orders I've done at their drivethru. I won't be revisiting this location again, there are lots of others.
I dont usually ever go in but i use the drive through every other day on my way home and never are the staff at the window smiling. Is it a new thing to also not say the total when you order? And then when you get to the window they look frusturated with you as you get your change together because they never told you the total in the first place? And jeez give customers a chance to put their change back before you shove the coffee cup in their face.
The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They don’t have any training how to deal with customers. Zero customer service. Today morning I order one ice coffee with cream and sugar and chai tea. She didn’t mix ice coffee well. Even the chai tea is also very bad. I visit this location regularly like twice a week. But from today I decide to not come again on this location. I suggest to my friends also to not come on this store.
WORST ICE CAPP EVER. PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT TIM HORTONS. Never thought I would say that in Canada lol but you really need to train your staff on how to make an ice Capp. And also train your staff to give a straw with ice capp lol I don’t live in ice age where I would lick the cup lol oh and tell them to actually give the order, don’t keep it on the side of the window!!!!

Absolutely horrible drive-thru! They installed a two line ordering system awhile ago. They both pick up at one window. Constantly wrong orders when you get to the window. I would believe that this would allow them to take orders twice as fast, but it's a complete fail when staff cannot and do not get orders correct or are not operating efficiently. Friendly staff is a positive, but not nearly positive enough.
4 staff stood talking at the drive through window at 9pm on a Sunday. They served one car and talked and talked. The front counter staff member looked at me at the front counter numerous times but only stopped talking and came to serve me when a co-worker pointed to me and sent the one that was ignoring me over.

I ordered a Snow Globe for 19.95+tax at drive thru after 2PM, when I got back to work, I found there is no Snow Globe in the bag. So I decided to go back to the Tim Horton after work after 6PM to ask them giving me the Snow Globe. I showed the counter my receipt, but they said, it has been too long, so they cannot give me my snow globe...... So I lost $20.... So here is your 1 star review.
This has to be the worst Tim’s. I have ever been to. Every time I go through the drive through it is incredibly slow and the rudeness of the employees is unbelievable. I went through this morning and the girl at the window didn’t even say a word. I told her to have a nice day before I left. What is wrong with people??? If you do not like customer service then please don’t work in it!!!!
I love this store and been there almost every day. One of the best Tim . However, in weekend the service is too bad . Big line and no body take care of customers. Staff are students and they don’t know nothing about customer service. I heard a lot of customers complaining and making mistakes in the orders. Owner should take care of that in Weekend. Weekdays, they are perfect. Thanks
I like to point out as a very steady Tim hortons customer, this is the first time I go to this Tim hortons and I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the tables, the floor..

Absolutely hands down the worst Tim's I've ever been to...three days in a row they have not had items ive ordered hashbrowns and eggs. Many times I've gone through and there is no decaf. Slow service and very disorganized..I understand these things can happen occasionally but this seems to be too consistent..im avoiding this location all together now ..Wish I could post zero stars
First off, some kudos to Timmies are in order - you’ve finally dethroned Starbucks for a solid Americano. Not sure how you managed to snag some great espresso machines but you did, so credit when it’s due! The food otherwise is what you’d expect, and the service was pretty quick. As usual service is fastest during morning peak and slows down after the kids start working after 3.
I have no problem with their service, all the people there seem really nice. But for some reason they have the worst coffee of any Tim's I've been to. It's burned every single day. At first I thought the milk was sour so I got one without milk the next day. Still terrible. Tried the dark the next day. Equally awful. Maybe the temperature is too high on your brewers. Please fix.
One of the best customer service staff members you will ever meet, Robert. Puts smiles on faces all day long, saying hi to everyone, so friendly, especially regulars who he knows by name. I will go out of my way to visit this location if I know Robert is working. One of the best parts of my day. Hopefully Tim's sees how valuable he is to the staff and of course the customers.
I had an order for 9 drinks she told me to hurry up because she had people behind me like what kind of severe is that I drove long way to get to this location and she gives me this terrible service I couldn't even have time to repeat my order she's like Yaya give him what he wants.... Please hire better employees

Decaf was not ready had to wait, they were polite and advised in advance. Sunday very busy midday so understandable. Drive through is tricky. The access right before the entrance to QEW Hamilton makes it a bit dangerous, drivers stop spontaneously to turn, so is best to enter through the plaza. Not the cleanest to seat and eat, best is to take out or drive through.
Consistently the worst Tims I've ever been to. Usually they don't have basic ingredients to make stuff (hash browns, sausage, bacon, ANY cookies). One time they offered to put potato wedges instead of a hash brown in a farmer's wrap? They also consistently make orders wrong, or don't fulfill the entire order and you have to wait around and ask them to finish.
My ice coffee was great however I am currently sitting in this Tim Hortons listening to a young man behind the counter swear loudly and complain angrily. He is letting everyone know how slow it is and how hungry and unhappy he is. One if the worst tummies experiences I have had. The atmosphere in here is toxic

So slow in the morning at 6 am have to wait at the speaker with no cars in the drive thru and always a issue with cleaning the espresso machine sad this timmies was once a good stop quick and always fresh the new staff are rude and never paying attention to there job and just talking n chit chatting amoungst themselves very unprofessional bring back the old staff
I have started to constantly see a guy in a black uniform maybe a manager, must be new but i have seen multiple times him yelling at all the employees and making them distressed over unnecessary things, they looked very stressed out. I felt so bad and was so uncomfortable. and not just me i noticed other customers were disgusted. Not professional. Not going back.
literally was one girl working the ENTIRE store at 8pm. She was clearly stressed by herself. Extremely unprofessional by the management to leave her by herself. Hope that lady gets a better job offer that won't treat her like garbage

I was just here 2 hours ago and There's one filipino employee that has such a bad attitude problem (supervisor maybe), eventhough I tried my best to be polite. As soon as I walked in she gave me a really dirty look and it got worst when she tooked my order, she was very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Shes a disgusting women shame on her
i just left this location were over ten employees were working. Behind the cash was a trainee who was obviously not trained fully yet he was left alone. (Not his fault) the manager who was moving at a snails pace did not seem to care about people waiting in line or helping her employees. Sadly this is the reason Tom Hortons gets such a bad wrap.
Very very poor service in morning drive thru,,the guy always watching video on phone,,make line up on drive thru,, people has to wait while the going to work . I come every morning around 4:30 am,, there is new imigrnat guy,, does not pay attention on his . I wish I could give them - 10stars. Place being wors,, …
Normally, I don’t like to complain because I’m a customer service worker myself, but the poor customer service here is so bad once I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because it was understaffed. I don’t blame the employees I blame management for not hiring more employees. Although the employees here are nice and deserve better.
Staff is soo rude and they have only coffee and croissant ready in the morning and it’s 6:45am. They didn’t deserve one star either, just because of their staff behaviour, if nothing ready then say it politely, why soo mean and frustrated with customers.

I don't know what's happened to this place recently. They consistently get my orders wrong, example: order cold cut trio on a four cheese bagel and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. GET cold cut trio on 4 cheese with cream cheese, just frustrating to be honest. TL:DR used to be fine, awful now, consistently get orders wrong.
It's slow and they get orders wrong often on top of the fact that their coffee is consistently burnt somehow. Do yourself a favour and go down the street. I have to think the only reason this one gets any business from locals is because they are the only drive thru in the area. I go into the one at plains and it's always better.
One of the worst Managment have ever seen in my life. They kick you out of the shop as the cleaning lady comes in saying she is cleaning using chemical ??? Sanitization has to be using standardized material that is non harmful. Beside there is no clear time of cleaning as they may kick u out any time during the dine in period.
I stopped going to this tims because of the long drive thru times but decided I would stop by and get a mocha ice cap. Get to the window and see the colour if off, asked if that is a regular or a mocha Ivan she said mocha and sure enough it wasn't. Bad enough I have to wait for my beverages but at least get it to right.
This location focuses much more on their drive-thru than their in-house customers. It’s a busy morning location with lots of parking but not enough or sufficient staff for standing customers. We strangely got our food before our beverage orders but our food came out luke warm. It’s not the most attentive location.
I come through in the am with barley any cars and they have to check to see if they have everything I want, they should and still takes 10 minutes in the drive thru 5 minutes just to answer the intercom and about 8 out of 10 times my order is wrong where are the management or the owners Slowest in Burlington
I'm going to say maybe 3 out of 5 times i go through the drive thu on brant st. Across from costco i get home to my breakfast sandwich always being wrong. When i order it i say it twice and they always repeat it back to me but still get it wrong. This is getting absolutely ridiculous and something has to change.
Good clean location. Ran out of oat milk, but had almond milk on-hand. Cappuccino took a but longer than expected but staff were cheery and engaged in conversation to pass the time.

This is the slowest Tim Hortons in Burlington., average of 12 min wait for a coffee at 530am. With one or two people in front of you just getting coffee. The employees are not polite at all. Over all everyday is a bad experience.

Great service and clean store, you have some amazing employees, Robert made my quick visit exceptionally amazing! I almost wanted to take my boots off and stay a while. By far the best experience I've ever had at a Tim hortons, give this man a raise or a nice cold beer, hell, even both would be fitting …
I go to this location, almost everyday. It has it moments of issues sometimes, depending on staff.Sometimes they don't get your coffee order right or doesnt stir coffee properly, and by the time you realize your quite a distance away. But other than that great friendly service, and drive thru lines move quickly.
Service is terrible. I've been many times around 6 before work and cant get egg for my sandwich. Having to wait 15mins for egg in rush hr is not acceptable.. It's NOT a proud Canadian store anymore!!!

Went 3 times in 1 mth. 2 of the times I couldn't get what I wanted. First time they couldn't make ice coffee. 2nd time, the espresso machine was down. For a coffee shop, this should be embarrassing. Either the equipment at this location is in a bad state, or it has poor management, or both.
Without hyperbole, this is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. Their drive through service is terrible. It's not uncommon to wait upwards of 10 mins. Again, not hyperbole as it happened again to me tonight. Poorly managed and poorly run. Problem is, what are the alternatives?
I would give zero stars if I could. Multiple times I've been through their "dual" drive-thru when they've served the other person first even though I arrived before them. This happened 3x to be exact and I asked them the reasoning and their best answer was, "I don't know?" I'm done....
** Horrible drive-thru** Not to mention they lack most of the sought-after products, aside from coffee. Customer service is a huge issue! HOWEVER, if you go into the coffee shop, Robert is amazing!!! He is so friendly and KIND! The ONLY reason I will ever go back is to say hi to him.
We ordered two breakfast sandwiches with iced coffees this morning. My wifes sandwich had egg shells in it, while mine they didn't include the bacon for the Bacon BELT. At least the iced coffee was ok.

20 minutes for a bagel made improperly and by someone who was improperly wearing PPE. On previous visit the same employee lied to my face about my coffee having cream not milk. Might as well let customers make food and drinks themselves be much faster and a higher quality service.
Service @ this location has greatly improved not sure if it is due to new staff or new management. Bathrooms clean ample parking close to other destination business and close to hiway on ramp off ramps.

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, pulled up to the screen to order just to sit there for another 5 and wait for someone to take our order… just drove off, seriously hire more staff or hire people that can do their job

The young man at the drive thru window needs some basic customer service skills. There was no acknowledgment of me at the window and no thank you. He spend his time talking to a female coworker rather than his customer. The young lady who took my order however was very polite.
This is the 3rd time coming here in the last 3 months. All 3 times super slow service . This last time was the ultimate worse service ever. I was waiting in line in drive through for 14 mins with only 3 cars a head if me and all I ordered was a coffee. Really need improvement
This location is a complete joke! The staff are not trained properly. There is zero organization. I have been to countless locations and this is hands down the worst Tim Hortons in Ontario! Its complete chaos! Under staffed! The owner needs to shake their head! 0/5 stars!
Fantastic Tim’s, but I’ll be honest and say that it’s primarily due to a gentleman named Robert. He is a wonderful guy who spends time making all of their customers feel special and appreciated. We go there as a family just to see him. Incredible guy, with heart of gold!
Whenever I go to this location, my food order seems to get messed up. Even when you just want a bagel well toasted with a simple ingredient like butter. Very disappointed, I got my money back from my order and have no food or coffee for my 45-minute drive home
Just an average Tim Hortons. A little bit outdated. The water in the toilet sink is barely leaking, the hand dryer barely drying.

Ordered exactly what I always order. Came out wrong. Asked if they could fix it. Told me I was wrong and they would not change it. And it was made extremely poorly. :( As I drove away I remembered JC Bagels is down the street for almost the same price. :)
Absolutely horrendous service. Staff clearly lacks the decency to run bare minimum customer service. Food is okay, but doesn't matter if the place reeks of dimwittedness and lack of basic integrity.

Poor customer service, bagel tasted like it was a day old, our Timbit box included a half Timbit (hopefully not bitten!!) and they were out of stock of common menu items and it wasn’t even 11am yet.

The staff are great, to bad the management won't pay for proper staffing, and work the skeleton crew to the bone. The customer is the one who suffers, due in no fault to the front line workers who have to take the BS for corporate greed as per usual
Stop adding more stuff to the menu. Or cut stuff based on the time of day. Respect to the staff who truck though, and the owners that have to deal with the corporate There is a reason tim hortons isn't even in the top 3 best coffee shops in Canada
I love this tim hortons. Whether im here in the morning, afternoon, or late at night the coffee is always fresh and stirred! And the staff are all pleasant and friendly. Unlike many other locations. I drive out of my way to hit up this location.
The worse food, I have ordered a bagel which chees, it comes with the smell of onion, so bad and the Tea was cold. Also, I asked to cut the sandwich and add a lettuce and tomato, sandwich comes with no lettuce. such a waste of money on this
Javon was super sweet and had great customer service! He was very helpful and was smiling the whole time.

I go to this Tim Hortons drive thru almost daily and I’m always impressed by the speed and quality of service. The coffee always tastes fresh and the staff is always happy to serve. Great location and management Keep it up …
Fast. But the server was helpful in serving, but facial expression and vocal interaction was not polite.

Slowest Tims I have been to...drive THRU...have people move to a spot with large orders. First time at this one and my last. Still love Tims...only a suggestion to fix the problem...very busy location...fix this and you may move up.
2 stars because we went to this location and instead of breakfast sandwiches they gave us bagels. A simple order and the drive thru wasn't even busy.

Very bad service. Only taking orderd from Drive thru. I almost waited 10mints. There is one punjabi girl who is changing the garbage bags instead of serving the customers. Very bad service. I suggest not to visit this Tim Hortons.
This location on brant street sucks. Very slow and does listen to what customers want. Plus they rush you out of drive thru with out a chance to not spill what you ordered. Gave them the cleaning bill for the car because of that
Overall consistent calibration in machines, only thing is they don't stir sugar in so always ask for a stir stick.

Had a meeting there then grabbed their roast beef and cheddar on a long soft bun and it came with tomatoes and lettuce and a frozen original lemonade and a donut for under $10

Shockingly slow! Massive lineups at the drive-thru and in the store. Not sure if they are short staffed or purposely low staffed but you shouldn’t have to wait 15+ minutes to give your order. Best avoided if in a rush.
It's 24 hr timmy's. Customer service was good. Food was same like any other Timmy but wasn't really clean, especially the floor. Men's washroom was in worse shape.
