The staff named Homaira is so rude and unprofessional. She did not smile or acknowledge our presence when we were about to order our meals. When we've done ordering and paid, she did not offer our reciept. It was $30 worth of food and drinks. When we got our food, she was missing one meal and when I asked for it she said it
was given and she was demanding for the reciept. When we said "you did not give is the reciept" she then replied "YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR IT" in a highly rude manner. The manager was there and she we complained to the manager.

Dear Homaira; whoever and wherever you are, you do not need to be nasty to customers. Perhaps retail is not your kind of work. I suggest you work alone and be nasty to yourself. If you pursue retail career, im praying that you may not encounter a nasty person just like yourself. #dontberude #timhortons #educateyourstaff #trainyourstaff

Terrible customer service, she was extremely rude when i told her i wanted to empty a gift card then pay for the remaining balance because i only had 55 cents in it, then she failed to put bacon in my belt bagel and also didnt toast it, i returned the bagel and she said it was my fault for not mentioning that i wanted it toasted. She took the stuff off the bagel and put it on the counter, then toasted it with the mayo/sauce and put it back together, she then almost *threw* the sandwich on the counter top without saying anything, not looking at me and left. I can still remember the taste of burned mayo in my mouth, had to throw it out, the sad thing is that 50% of the time you go there you get a memorable experience (the bad way). Ohh and i waited 20 minutes for a sanwich that tasted like crap. Avoid the experience if you can..

Rarely do I give out 1 star reviews but this place deserves it. As others have said, this may place may take the cake for the worst customer service. I ordered a small chili and potato wedges (it's a new item on their menu). They said they don't have potato wedges so I asked them to switch the small chili to a large. Her response - "I already punched in a small chili". I was on a work trip so I asked for a receipt so I can expense it. She said "okay, sure" but she didn't hand it to me. I asked if I can take it. She said "Yeah." I guess she expected me to lean over to grab the receipt from the counter...so bizarre. Anyways I had to rip the receipt from the machine myself. I'd give this place a 0. It's a fail on so many levels.

Ok, not the kind of guy to write reviews often, but people deserve to know about this place. I don't expect 5 star service from waiter but a hello would be nice. I felt like a robot wold be friendlier. That being said the employes, were talking another language in my face and it's never nice ... Just feels like they are talking in your back. I can move this over if they didn't messed up my order (tried to not give patatoe when I ordered an paid for a meal... Litteraly the only customer that evening). Chicken sandwich was more of a chicken chips because it was so dry and hard. I won't accuse anyone but I really felt they tried to screw me

Ordered the chicken caeser salad. It was not a salad. It was a meat bowl with accent leaves. Maybe five pieces of limp leaf lettuce was in the bowl, the other 3/4 of the large bowl was (no exaggerating) completely dry croutons, a disgustingly large pile of chicken, about five strips of Un chopped bacon, and cheese. I would not have ordered a salad if I wanted a meat bowl, with accent leaves. Maybe some people are into this excuse for a salad, but I was very disappointed. The service was friendly and fast but the "food" I recieved, I threw out after a few bites. Gnarly. Won't ever order a salad at Tim's again.

I was very disappointed with the service here. I’ve been here twice this week and have been let down both times. The first time, the workers forgot the chicken on my chicken wrap, and forgot my ranch (which I paid extra for.) They also told me Tim Hortons doesn’t sell any type of smoothies. Smoothies are literally an item on their menu. The second time we went here, the plastic utensils for my yogurt were all dirty with some sort of sauce. I also ordered an iced cap, but quickly changed my mind. The lady very rudely told me she couldn’t change my order without a supervisor present. Also they burned my bagel.

I am regular customer of this Tim , but I am totally not satisfy with the management . In afternoon shift less staff make it worse. Long wait . Only two or three people working in afternoon. I asked staff about this . They told that management knows this but no steps has been taken to serve better. One day I saw manager was yelling on staff. Staff people were complaining of shortage of staff. Manager attitude was not right. This was on 17 th June in the evening around 5 pm to 6 pm. I hope that owner should look into this matter and manager must be changed to improve services.

I had a horrible expierence there. The cashier was rude and forgot part of our 3 item order. The other employees just stood around talking even though there was a large line waiting. They made me ask several times for Whipped topping on my icecap and when they finally put some on it was barley enough to cover the straw. They also told me the donut I ordered was actually a 'Supreme' donut and that I had to choose another one. It was a sprinkle donut! I'm very upset and suggest people drive to the next closest Tims instead of this one.

I would give this a 0. Worst Tim Hortons in the world. Never ever do you get what you ask for. They don't know the difference between tea and coffee. They are the slowest people I have ever seen. Doesn't matter the time of day or night. They have one till open with 20 people in line. And the rest of the employees sit around talking. They forget about your food. I don't have one good thing to say about this tims. I say give your self 30 min of standing in line :) with only 3 people in line

For International Airport Tim Hortons - The ordered item were badly prepared. Assembled muffin seemed like 2 year old playing to arrange lego piesces. Even the cream cheese in everything bagel was not layered properly, served potato wedges were too cold and on top of that customer service and communication was too bad - rude behaviour giving ill-mannered looks. Would prefer remain hungry next time than getting such a horrible service.

Unfortunately was very disappointed to stop at Tim Hortons as my first stop as soon as I Arrived in Calgary. The lady at the counter was very rude and in a hurry For some reason. I took a minute long to pick my option the lady told me “hurry up” despite the fact there was no one behind me. They barely had anything on the menu very little options to pick from. Would appreciate it if they can be little more customer service focused.

Poor service, low stock (had no ice at all when I was there) and hot chocolate was burning hot - I scalded my tongue from small sips! I ended up throwing 99% of the drink out since 30min later I had to be on my flight and it was no cooler. If I had dropped it on my skin I could've filed a lawsuit from the burns I'd have suffered. Definitely recommend you only buy from here if you have several hours to wait for your drink to cool.

Worst service I have ever gotten at a Tim's let alone any restaurant! The clerk was very rude. She made me feel as if I was wasting her time, rushed me, and every time I said something she said "K thats it?!". I will never go back to this Tim's and it is a horrible representation to customers connecting through the YYC airport. Sad to say but very disappointed with this regular staple of mine. Hello Starbucks.

Seems like 3 customers are too much to handle. All the staff had confused looks on their faces and 1 customer waited ten minutes. The cashier just chucked my biscuit on counter and never said anything. Clearly they don't like their job or maybe not getting treated well by employer. I have been to this location many times and have encountered many issues. The drive thru has always been good though.

Burnt hashbrown and chocolate milk ice cap with no chocolate milk or ice in it... worst Tim hortons food I’ve had. Staff allowed some lady to walk right up to the front of the line and order without waiting her turn. Only reason it’s not one star was a super sweet older female employee who was clearly frustrated with her coworkers but still very kind to everyone and she deserves all the stars

Received a different bagel sandwich than I ordered. Had soggy gross tomatoes and old lettuce. The bagel was burnt. My coffee was supposed to be a double double and was maybe one cream and no sugar. This would be understandable if it was busy and there was a mix up. In this case there were two staff working and I was literally the only one in line. Worst Tim's I've found in the country

Worst service ever. Didn't help that I had to repeat my order a couple of times and then they were not able to void a transaction. And to make matters worse there were only 3 people working and there was a line up of about 20 people. I won't be coming back here again. And you should also teach your staff that they shouldn't be arguing with customers dosent look good

Very slow tim hortons . I see supervisor just walking around and just one team memeber working in front and long waiting. Supervisor dont care there is a waiting lane . She was checking the products that they ordered. While there were so many passengers waiting. I think customer has priorities. This tim is the worst tim i saw in Calgary. They don’t care at all.

They always get my order wrong I have no idea why. And specialy when i order then pick up the order from drive through and when i get to work o find the order is wrong usually I just throw it in the garbage. I have no time to go back i said i will check my order the next time but when you are busy and in a rush u forget. And that's why my rating is poor.

Grossest Tim Hotons I have ever been too. The gentleman working was not wearing a beard cover. The lady making my wrap put one price of lettuce on it and had to make it a second time because the whole wrap ripped in the grill. Only offered to re make it when I asked her to. And another lady sweeping the floor while my food was being made.

Iced coffee was warm. Below average service attitude and slow. Three employees were working, but two of them were talking to each other and laughing. They were wandering behind the counter and ignored the fact that they were not on break. Seemed that four costmers were too many for them and they gave up in an optimistic way.

A new low in what can be called a Tim Hortons. Rude service delivering cold half filled cups of soup as a combo to a BLT made with as little as possible, two razor thin tomatoes with a sliver of lettuce and what I hope was bacon. Digging through a dumpster would likely bring better food with less attitude.

We found a fruit fly at the #YYC food court #TimHortons. We told the staff (HMS Host 351555) working there. They moved the tray, fruit fly left and downplayed there's nothing wrong with the donuts then went onto her day. What a disgusting practice. We decided to get our tea and leave.

They only have 1/5 of the regular menu. Unless you're going for a simple hot coffee don't waste your time. We waited 10 minutes to find out they didn't serve anything I was going to buy. If I could leave 0/5 stars I would for my disappointment after a long flight.

They don't participate in the Tim hortons rewards program but the sign saying that is on the back of the "please line up here" where no one would see ‍♀️. Lined up and couldn't use the reward. Quite a waste of time

One of the slowest Tim's I have been to in a long time. They used almost no cream cheese on a toasted bagel and put one piece of bacon on a BLT lunch sandwich. Just posting this to warn others to keep an eye on the staff building your food.

The staff at the airport shop lacked training. Take a meal food will be less, need to remind her only slowly to you. Although there are hints on the POS that they will be wrong and impatient, it does not seem to acknowledge her mistake.

Nice clean new location. Staff seem friendly and happy. I must have got the happy shift. Can't get a plain chocolate doughnut still :-( Free high speed WiFi is really slow though and the place hardly had people.

Tend to mix up orders a bunch. Don't have the rewards program in place which is disappointing for someone who is at the airport often! Please get the stuff to allow me to start collecting my Tim's rewards!
