I usually hit this Tim Hortons up because it is on my way to work. It started out great. Not many food options but it’s a small location connected to a gas station so it’s understood. How they made up for the lack of food choices was with their service and fun atmosphere. That was until recently when I started to be served by a new woman at the drive thru window. My thoughts are…. You want to have someone lively, happy and enjoyable working your drive thru window so people are greeted and sent on their way with a smile. You have literally 5-10 seconds to make someone’s day. This new woman ( and sorry for my blunt words) does not greet customers, couldn’t be bothered in being gentle or careful when handing hot drinks and food over and quite frankly has a biggest resting B-face I have seen in a long time. It’s making me rethink my drive to work to see if there isn’t another Tim’s I can go to on my morning travels . Please have someone else who has social skills at your drive thru window. This woman is bad for business.

I was refused service by the "assistant manager " Navdeep . When told by another employee that it's their job to take orders and serve people Navdeep replied it's up to her who she serves while pointing her finger at the employee . I was shocked to find out NAVDEEP was the assistant manager as she clearly dislikes the customers and is openly disrespectful to the staff. I'm positive she will refuse to take my order the future . UPDATE : 3 weeks later and I'm still being refused service by Navdeep. She will just stand at the window or run in the back when she notices me witch is holding up the drive threw . She doesn't tell anyone else to take the window or the order. She just stands there doing nothing .

Based on today's experience at this location: mass confusion behind the counter; we didn't get our wrap until I went back in, then they made it. The girl who was supposed to be taking my choices for the donuts apparently decided she didn't want to because she walked away and didn't return. Then quite a rude young guy came along and put together a box of "anything goes" and acted upset that I said "no, I am choosing what I pay for" and he had to change the selection; then he basically tossed the open box on the counter and walked away. Then came back to cut into the conversation while I talked to the supervisor. Hmmm, some basic training in customer service is needed here.

this place don't even deserve a 1 star but in order to make review I had to hit 1 star...should be a button to hit for - star...was there today placed order got few piece of bacon n when I told them the 1 girl walks away n the younger dark hair girl started cursing me out swearing n when I asked her name she refused to give it...this place needs to change n give their employees a crash course on how to serve n treat ppl...it's not a pleasant place... stay home if u can't handle ur job n give the ppl that wanna work the job..disgraceful n disrespectful place!!!

Horrible service. Got my order completely wrong even when I made myself clear multiple times. Ordered a sandwich got a disgusting mushy wrap. Ordered a tea got a coffee that i am allergic to and sipped so I will be sick now for the rest of the day. When I called in Bonnie (manager) answered the phone and was extremely rude. No apologize and hung up on me. Mark and Kathy need to take a hard look at the management and staff. Horrible

This is 1 of the worst Tim hortons ever… they have 10 ppl standing there all doing nothing but talking with each other instead of serving the customers… there is couple of great staff that take their job seriously Janet n Brad 2 thumbs up… but the rest of these kids n some grown ups should get a crash course of their duties… I will not be going bk to this Tim n will drive out of my way to make sure !!! Be aware!!!

This Tim hortons is by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to! They’re slow, can’t comprehend simple instructions, and every single day they mess up the very simple order I ask. Not only do they mess up all orders, they hardly put enough food for their overpriced meals! Or the food is undercooked. Always something new every day. I’ve given enough chances to this location and will never be back! If there was an option for 0 stars, that’s what they would really get!

I would give this Tim Hortons absolutely no star but it won't let me right a review if so. They never have anything that's listed on their menu. Are constantly "out of stock" of items. They will no doubt every single time mess up your food order without even an apology when addressed and they lack any type of customer service or personal skills. The only award this Tim Hortons should get is for being the absolute worst one in Ottawa.

Simple orders are wrong almost every single time. Finally learned to check my order before I leave the drive-through and after waiting until somebody came back and mentioning it was invited to “Grab an apron and c’mon in and give it a try” by what seemed to unfortunately be the manager for today. Like others have said, zero customer service skills or acknowledgement for their mistakes. I’m not supporting this place anymore

Come here every Sunday to get brunch , every Sunday they mess up do a loose wrap or nobody can make a wrap the same and nobody can do a order correctly cause half the time there out of bacon or anything good last time I try this place waste of gas and time rather extra 20 going somewhere I know has their ducks in line

The reason for the 2 stars are the 2 young ladies we dealt with very professional! But you lose stars for getting the whole order wrong, usually I would turn around and I say usually as this happens so much. I have reactions to cucumber yet this is the third time I’ve been to this location and specifically asked for no cucumber in my wrap and there it is!

This Tim Hortons is quite mediocre. Would probably put 2 stars but fortunately they have an excellent employee there who goes by the name of Dan. He is very professional and can hold very nice conversations with the customers such as me. I don't go here often but when I do I always pray the the gods above me that Dan is working.

I don’t trust a single one to make the order right, they don’t listen at all in drive thru and cut you off mid sentence. Make sure to check your bag before driving off every single time because it’s too hard to put a bagel in the bag for this outstanding (ly incompetent) staff. Why is everyone so rude here?

Poorly managed, staff kept staring into the bottom of cups as though there was something in the cups that shouldn't be there. A bit concerning since those cups were then served. If RBI paid better then half the staff probably wouldn't be in their first week.

Got to the counter after the woman took the man's order in front of me, she looked around put her gloves on and started making orders??? No other cashiers to take my order. I waited 5 minutes and left. Since when does Tim hortons do this?

Staff are wonderful but management needs to get better at keeping stock. I come nearly every day and in the past month they’ve never had any bagels to offer aside from plain or sesame. It’s enough to make me drive into Manotick instead

I have gone here almost every day that I leave my house. I have never had to wait in the drive thru longer than expected (unlike the Richmond one). Coffee is hot and tastes great. The employees are incredibly friendly and accurate.

Worst costumer service. Rude attitude and horrible service, when i picked up my order from the drive thru, I asked for ketchup and sleeves and the lady asked me to pay for them and that they need to be “ordered” before picking up!

Wait forever. 2 week old bagel. Large double double tastes like hot water. FML

Always had good service here. Went in on new years day the manager was working alone doing drive through and counter. Had a little bit of a wait time but hats off to the gentlemen he handled the pressure well.

The worst time hortons in Ottawa area. Always getting the sugar wrong, never have any of the buns, and at 640 in the morning you can’t even get any food! Terrible management the staff are all great

Worst Tim’s ever!! The young employee had dirty finger nails and was touching all the timbits without gloves or protection. These employees are living in a lawless world

Wow! Finally a Timmies with great service and quality Tim Hortons food. Five stars all around!! I drive out here just to avoid the Richmond one.

This one is a busy one! Big line at the drive through and only a to go counter inside. All new and you can gas up and grab a Tims.
