"Staff at counter wasn’t nice to teenagers, my sister (10yr) was ordering and the lady walked away in the middle of my sister ordering"
I am a vegetarian by principle -- meaning that I will eat meat if it prevents the product from going to waste. Today was one of those rare exceptions where I was persuaded to share two bagels with egg, cheese, and sausage for $5 with somebody. Since this person will not eat red meat, and I did not want to give the meat industry free profits, I decided that I would eat both sausage patties instead. (There are no discounts for having the sandwiches without the sausages.) Aside from the fact that the service was obnoxiously slow -- it took them nearly ten minutes to serve a single customer -- the woman at the counter kept arrogantly dismissing and waving off my verbal instructions by saying "I got what you are saying". Suffice to say, she clearly did not understand a single word, because she tried ringing it in as one breakfast bagel with no sausage, and another with a single patty, instead of two. When I tried clarifying with her, she suddenly says "we can't do that!" I asked her what difference it would make if they placed two of the sausage patties on one and left the other with egg and cheese, and she began chuckling as though I had asked her to turn water into wine. Since I had no intention in giving them any of my money, I abruptly left in complete disgust. A little while later, I went to the Tim Hortons at the Quickie location nearby on Woodroffe, and apparently their staff are much smarter and more intelligent than the ones at this location, because they eventually understood what I wanted, and they had no issues making such simple amends. This is a convenient bonus, because not only are the line-ups at this location shorter and faster, it is also physically closer to my house.
Tim Hortons Standhard (Barrehaven) is the worst Tim Hortons you would deal with, they never execute your request correctly, they must always mess up your request, and it is always something missing. First time I went, I asked for cookies, coffee, and two donuts, paid for them all, but when I reached home, there was only one donut. Second time I went, I asked for 5 Ice Capps, and paid for the five, when the order was served, I only got 4, when I called the employee and told her, she went and brought the fifth and by her expressions, she was not happy about it. Third time I went, the next day after the Ice Capp incident, and I went in the afternoon, I asked for Ice Capps, the employee told me that they don't have any!!! Another incident when Roll the Rim was on, the employee refused to exchange the free coffee and free donut I won, saying that she is only allowed to exchange one of them!! Other than that, it is really difficult to understand what the employees are saying, and from their work you can see that they are unprofessional and sometimes, you need to point on the menu so that they would understand what you want... Purchasing from that branch is really frustrating!
Generally, I don't try to be overly negative, but this store is a timmies I tend to try to avoid. The setup of this store is incredibly awkward if more than three customers are in line as the cash is right within arms reach of walking in the front door. Overall the staff seems like a mixed bag. I've had some pretty friendly staff, so they're not all bad (generally, the younger teens/early twenties staff seem to be the nicer ones at this store), and others greet you with a head nod and "order". I once waited over a half hour for a pre-order only to find out that they had it ready just not put it out nor bothered to acknowledge that my order was there AFTER even asking my name. After I finally said something as I was running late they said I pronounced my name wrong as if it me playing some giant ruse for me to sit and wait for a half hour. Generally, they I find they also tend to run slower than most Tim's. On the plus; I will say I've never had a mixed up order here, so I guess slow and steady is the best way to describe this one.

Walking into the location I held the door open for a previous customer as she walk past and thanked me for holding the door she also exclaimed don’t go in there it took 20 minutes for 2 coffees. This is my local Tim’s and we walked here. We walked inside to be the only customer in line. While waiting at the counter I witnessed two employees cleaning and emptying coffee grinders, after 3-4 minutes the line grew to over 5 customers, my order was still not placed. Once the server finishes making more coffee he walks to the counter and says can I help the next customer. “Like hello I’m right here you can speak directly to me “ Anyways my order was a doughnut 2 Tim bits and a steamed tea. The bag containing the Tim it’s was covered in cream and needed to be replaced. No apology from employee just a reaction of “what the hell”. I’m glad they don’t have a drive through this place would tank so hard. Please update your staff with proper training so I can enjoy my Tim’s experience!

Staff at counter wasn’t nice to teenagers, my sister (10yr) was ordering and the lady walked away in the middle of my sister ordering. She then gave us a death glare. We kept ordering and when we went to get our rewards we got a major eye roll. After my sister payed me (16yr) and my friend (15yr) went to order and she didn’t pay attention at all. I asked for an apple juice and she put orange juice on the order, so I told her if her mistake and she said “I know that it’s the same price” I then told her alright I was just trying to make sure it was correct and I got another eye roll. I finally got to pay and she once again wasn’t paying attention when I told her o wanted to use a giftcard and she picked the wrong way of payment and then got mad at me for it not working. Although if you’re an adult you will get treated nicely.

They consistently get my order wrong when I order an English muffin, they give me a biscuit. They don't have Ice caps... in summer. The lines are often ridiculous, and they refuse to open a second cash whenever long lines are a problem. Some of the staff can't even understand your order because they aren't native English speakers. It's useless to complain because morale is low, and customer service seems to be an afterthought. These problems are all largely managerial oversights which should not be a thing in 2019. The place is run like a 1970's government office. Except that government offices have a room full of chairs where people can wait, whereas this place, you have to stand awkwardly holding the door, as the line grows outside. This is especially annoying in winter when it's 40 below. The management tree needs a good shaking. Preferably by someone who can actually punish the management, and do things to support the employees there.
I made an Uber eats order and idk how people are messing up on making a simple watermelon quencher, it's the easiest drink ever why are the newbies doing the Uber eats order it should be someone who makes sure orders are done right , my food was good the drink very disappointed it tastes like water to me , I used to work here and I myself don't like doing that to a customer people are not following the right way to making these drinks, too much ice in my drink, it's suppose to be juice first to the line then lemonade then ice , stop putting the ice first and stop putting little amount of juice there's a certain amount u put don't go do whatever listen to the people who are training you ffs Other than that delivery was good

I walk in at 9pm Woman walks over irritated asking me what I want. I asked for a bagel. She says we aren't serving food. I'm perplexed as to why they don't serve food at 9pm when they close at 10pm. I wasn't offered an apology for the inconvenience and she didn't even seem to care to offer donuts that were right in both of our faces. I left and came back and asked for the croissant and why they bother upholding a 10 pm time on Google and their site. They are so nonchalant, and pretty rude if you ask me. I completely understand why I've never ever been inclined to visit this location. Despite the fact that it's the closest to me. Their attitude, inconvenience and overall lackluster experience will be their demise. Sadly seems like one was a supervisor and the other mop girl didn't even wash her hands from mop to serving. No thanks! Never again
Just ridiculous, how could y'all mess up orders like that, ordered a single bacon belt and a medium double double, but the employee who took my order 3 mins ago claimed that I didn't order the bacon belt and they didn't take my order, had to go through my transaction and prove it to them, took 10 mins to figure the whole thing out. The employee be giving that "I don't give a" attitude, such a clown show, and ridiculously awful customer service. Have been a customer for 10 more years and today Itotally pissed me off, very disappointed Tims, very. Gotta fix your customer service, Tims, and make sure your employees get proper training, ridiculous!

This location gives priority to walk-in orders over mobile orders. On my previous visit, I arrived 10 minutes after placing my mobile order and then had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my mobile order of two coffees and a donut. They didn't have the donut in stock, and also they asked me if I was ok with half original roast and half dark roast in my cup, as the staff was not on top of making the coffee. While waiting, people who were walking in and ordering were getting their coffee and food well before the people who had placed mobile orders. Today, I placed a mobile order for two small Iced Capps, and after 10 minutes of waiting and seeing walk-ins get their Iced Capps and coffee before me, I asked a staff member to make mine. This is a training issue.
I go there nearly every work day. I do mobile order when I park and when I get inside, it’s usually ready (when the usual staff is there). I don’t know why but the coffee there taste way better than other Tims. If I had to complain about something it’s mostly that one employee who, every time I get there, is talking to other people (I think family members) and not working. I honestly have seen her talk more often than work. That must suck for the other employees who are working hard. The garbage are often full but I am usually there by rush time so it’s understandable. I really like this place and wish there was a drive thru. I went there with my boyfriend once and he also agreed that the coffee is way better there than at any other Tims.
Avoid this location at all costs. Employees do not understand how to prioritize orders. I have waited 15-20 minutes for a simple bagel every single time I go to this location, no other Tim Hortons in the city is as horrible. When you speak to the manager she has a terrible excuse and claims they are just prioritizing orders. However everytime I order a bagel; there is other paying customers receipting sandwiches, wraps, bagels and all sorts of other orders before me. It’s horrible to see people come into the store after you’ve placed your order and still get their food before you. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!

This just isn't the worst Tim Horton's, its probably the worst take out coffee place, at least in Ottawa. The staff is incredibly rude, and just seem to be in a world of their own. They make a mockery of social distancing, in letting children run all over, climbing on everything, with no concern about cleaning. If they do manage to get your coffee order right, be prepared to wait for a wrong food order, as there will be 3 or 4 staff there talking to, and distracting the one person making your order. The only reason I gave it a one star is sometimes they give you the wrong order with more food than you ordered, and they don't seem to care when you bring this to their attention; that, and a zero star rating isn't allowed.
The staff are friendly. For a new a Tims the layout is so small. You can barely fit 2 customers in line before you start hitting the door and are waiting outside. You cant see the employees preparing your food. Theyre hidden in the back and have to walk out to the front to give you your food and then walk back to the back. Theres always 1 cashier. I dont know if they dont have enough staff or not, but there have been times ive walked out of the lineup to go down the street to another Tims (i live right across from this place). Theres trash all over the floor. Very disappointing. New location, very convenient distance wise for me, but 98% of the time I go further down Strandherd to get my Tims.
By far the most nightmare Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. If I could rate a zero I would. Always seems to be fully staffed but everyone is moving like molasses or not doing their job. One older woman refuses to do anything but sweep. Even when there’s a giant line up. Not to mention they seem to be constantly out of basic breakfast meals by 9 am sharp The most unorganized Tim Horton’s I’ve ever stepped into. I actually refuse to go here anymore because of the ridiculous wait times and would rather drive another 15 minutes away. The owner of this place should be embarrassed or at least hire a manager to keep this place running properly.
Terrible terrible store. Would not even give a single star rating. Went there this morning to get some breakfast sandwiches, asked for mayo on them, there was none. There was like a quarter of an egg if that on the sandwiches, I can't even believe they would give that to a customer. When i brought it back the girls in the back making the food were laughing. I'm sorry but there was nothing funny, especially since I was already home and had to drive all the way back. Not impressed at all and will not be going back to that Tim Hortons. Maybe if they got some new staff or actually took some pride in their work. Worst Tim Hortons EVER.
I don't understand what's going on here? Shouldn't Tim Hortons have quality assurance and shouldn't the manager here ensure procedures and services are up to a certain standard? Why not have customers line up in store and provide markings for that? Instead there are lines out the door even though there is a lot of space inside? Then for the actual service, why not provide sleeves for their hot drinks or have them nearby. The wait time can already be long for drinks/food items here as is. Allow for some convenience? This place in my assessment really is below par compared to other Tim Hortons I've been to.
Evening, I went inside, a boy and a lady were talking and joking inside, but no one was there to order. I called who was there to order then the lady showed up to serve even though they saw me before I called them. The boy looked at me, turned loud Indian song, and started singing in front of himself like he showed an attitude like he didn't care about the customer (I don't think he was a manager), over that both coffees I ordered were the worst there was no taste like water.

Rampant stupidity and incompetency throughout. With the exception of Sarah - she is quite competent. The remainder are zombies. Wrong orders, incapacitated cash terminals, huge line ups with one person working cash. I know I say this every time I review one of these hell holes, but this, THIS is the worst Timhorton’s in the city. Ps, do whatever you need to do to avoid dealing with Amber the manager - move cities if you have to. She is a bad person. I would rather claw out my own eyeballs than suffer her brand of customer service.
Only open until 10pm, and the service can sometimes be quite slow. Barrhaven has needed another Tim Horton's for a while, but the location is quite small - I don't think it even sits 20 people - and it's really only good for in and out visits. They've also changed their recipes for coffee and hot chocolate, and not for the better. The location is clean and has a cute fireplace and nice bathrooms. There's a tv that you can watch depending on where you sit / stand. Overall ok, but not as good as other locations.
I am at this location about 3 times a day due to work. There is often a lineup of more than 2 people, and the service is always very slow. It takes between 3-5 minutes for anything more than a simple coffee, bottled drink or ready to eat food (doughnuts or pastry that's already baked) even if there is no lineup. Sometimes staff is just sitting around while one person seems to be doing all the work. Occasionally the service is speedy and good, but majority of the time it is subpar
I went there for an ice capp. When I arrived, there was 9 people inside waiting to be served - I was number 10. Somebody came from the back, played around the second cash register, turned around wondering, 30 seconds later returned in the back. An 11th person entered in the entrance. There were 3 employees in the back, 1 definitely working, 1 wondering around, another one, I'm not sure. I turned around and left. All in all, it's a management issue.
The food is great and most of the staff are very nice, but there is a regular worker who is a little less welcoming. There is a bit of a language barrier which is completely fine, but, aside from the huffing and puffing I would at least like the order to be punched in correctly. EDIT: lowered it down, every time I come seems more and more disappointing. Waiting 20 mins to get served and then getting attitude isn’t a good experience
What is the point of closing at 10 if the workers there close the door at 9;30.. walked in and asked for my order and she started giving me attitude saying "why did you come this late" this isnt the first time that this happened but tonight was extremely rude.. she told me they were cleaning the place and that's why they couldn't serve anyone but she was just standing there talking to someone else... Complete disrespectful..
Probably the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Extremely slow service, so dirty behind the counter, and the staff seems to just hope you leave with your food and don’t question how they’ve slapped it together. I keep trying to forget how bad this location is because it is conveniently located but I will not be returning. Hire more staff.

I’ve attached pictures of the disgusting broccoli cheddar soup they sold me a few weeks ago. The soup was so watery but I didn’t know until I got home or else I would’ve asked for a refund. Edit: I contacted guest services and they offered me enough points to redeem a drink or doughnut. They wouldn’t even give me enough points to redeem a soup. Lol gross

This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst in the city of Ottawa, I wish I could give zero stars I deliver for uber, and you go there and try to get their attention and they completely ignore you, all they do is stand there talking and wasting time, I have being canceling every uber order that I got from there, they are a waste of my time, they are so slow at that location

Dreadful and humiliating service! I went inside to get myself a coffee (when masks were mandated). I informed the staff that I am unable to wear one due to a condition. They then proceeded to harass, berate, and degrade me in front of the other customers. I will NEVER return here again after the treatment I received from the employees. Extremely poor and negligent customer service.
Absolutely horrendous customer service, I was waiting 10 minutes in line to get a coffee, The staff and even the manager on duty saw me standing there waiting when another customer just walks and walks right up to the cash and they serve that customer. Will never be coming here again if you want to wait in line for 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee then this is the place for you.
Ooooh man! Avoid at all costs! The service is very slow, very lazy and unprofessional. The coffee is always served old and burned. No manners and always a full cup of ignorance here. Lastly I hope u don't like meat, because they refuse to anywhere near the Bacon required to go on ur sandwich!

Just waited over 10 minutes for a coffee through mobile order and had to leave... This store is notoriously slow, I would not stop here if you are in any kind of a hurry at all, it is always understaffed, very dirty and staff are not very friendly. Also the hours are almost as bad as a bank (Pretty bad when the grocery store is open more hours than the Tim's)
Was just there today. Long lineup at the door, small establishment. Service was slow, friendly but staff seem untrained as they did not know the menu. Waited for 8 or so minutes for 2 sandwiches with 3 people in the back. Another customer was in there at the same time, they short changed him. We got our sandwiches before the people ahead of us in line.
Didn't expect this Tim Hortons branch to be so bad. The service crew is annoying, and when you place an order, it feels like you're not treated well as a customer. The place is a mess. I hope the management takes action on this. Too bad for Tim Hortons

If i could give -ve rating I would do that. Went to get coffee on Sunday evening. The coffee was cold, when I asked I was told because I requested 2 cream it will be cold. The employee with the name Komal. Gave me this scientific reason. No apologies etc. Just blame the customer for it. No manager or owner to complain. Will avoid this location.
Worse Tim Hortons in the city maybe even in the province. Always slow, always gets your order wrong, and if you ask for double tomato on your sandwich they don't forget to charge you but they do forget to add the tomato not once but on two separate orders even after a reminder

Stay away from this location if it you intend to eat, or are in a hurry While the location seemed promising due to its lack of drive through, this has only meant the employee's haven't learnt how to expidite an order, taking routinely 5 to 10 minutes to get a bagel order. Hopefully this location will get better with time, but so far, no good
If I could give this Tim Hortons location 0 stars I would. It is honestly the worst store I have ever been to. The service is dreadfully slow, the orders are always wrong, staff seem to stand around creating chaos. If you need your Timmies fix, save yourself the time and headache and drive to the next closest location or any other location.
Worst Tim Hortons ever I ask for honey they said they don’t carry it and next day I ask for it again for my tea they said ok and again another day they said they don’t have it I don’t know what is going on in this store. This is ridiculous I don’t want to go there again and I don’t even recommend to others. Too bad. Really disappointed
Avoid this place if you can. Stuff very cold and not friendly. Got a sandwich for my daughter and it was old and hard. When told them they didn’t even say sorry. It took them a long time to get another.

Great service when I went. I've been working on a paper and have been spending a lot of time here as it's generally pretty quiet. When ordering food, I'd keep an eye out for when it was ready and usually when it would be ready one of the staff would just bring my food directly to my table before I had a chance to get up and get it.
So , went to get some food and noticed that this Tim Hortons said open until 10 pm. Got there at 9:15, no food whatsoever. They said only coffee is served at that time. Time to look for somewhere else to eat. Not a happy camper. Staff need to be friendlier and smile more often.

Honestly never once had to leave a negative review before. I have been here at least a dozen times and it seems like they are always rude to their customers everyday of the week. I used to love the idea of a walking distance timhortons. I suggest to others to find a different location until they replace or retrain their staff
Staff are friendly. Very small place and they aren't always in-stock. You don't see them preparing your food but at least the store seems clean. There is parking right in front of it, however there is no drive through. Bagels are well prepared, unlike the donuts they aren't really as good. Boston donuts had no filling at all.
Terrible eggs. Horrible paper straws. Otherwise a great and fairly cheap place to eat. This location in particular is small but cozy, and has a fireplace. There is usually a small lineup.

Honestly, the rudest employees work here. I live in the neighborhood and they have always been rude. Extremely unprofessional. Specially Jennifer and Hasina the employees don’t care about customers. I just asked if they had a certain coffee and she started yelling and getting mad at me and saying “we are busy”
Zero stars. But....I need to give a couple stars for the staff. If you enjoy waiting....if you have time to check all the emails you got today.....if you are in absolutely no hurry then this is the lineup for you. Hot mess. Once you get your product....all seems well but......just....takes.....for......ever.
Staff member had an attitude and made my wife's drink poorly. Honestly, if you don't want to work, then don't be there. Eont come back to this location. Judging from the ample negative reviews regarding service, a zero stars is warranted. Management definitely needs to train and hold staff accountable.
Almost every time I have been here, I end up standing at the front of the line for about 10-15 minutes before even being acknowledged. I have never seen such an unwelcoming business before. Overall, in my many experiences, the wait times here are absurdly long, while there are very few, if any orders.
The store too small and longer line up for only 2 cashier, take longer time for order and waiting the foods. A little bit to understand the English speaking language.

Worst Tim Hortons in Barrhaven. Go there almost every morning before 7 am to order a tea. I always order a large earl grey tea only milk. Get to work and drink my tea and they put sugar in my tea.. Couldn't drink it... slow service as well. one cash open, yet there are 5 people in the back.
Really friendly staff and the service is nice and fast. The food tastes nice and fresh and the dark roast isn’t bad at all. Making this my daily go to spot for breakfast whilst here in Canada. People described this to me as the Canadian Dunkin. Honestly, it’s way better IMO …

Have given this Timmie's a few chances and always the same issues. They run out of food and are short on staff which results in a lengthier wait in the lineup. Aswell the small size of the location forces a cramped lineup and crowd by the counter when waiting for your order.
I would avoid going here. I ordered a tea and it tasted awful didn’t even taste like tea but not only that they were two girls laughing behind the counter when giving it to me. So I gave it back to them said it was gross and left. Very unprofessional children working there.
Extremely slow, perhaps under staff, the line ups are usually pretty long with only 1 cashier. I go here often because thats the only one available on my way to work!. The staff are great, they try their best with whatever they got!... Management wake up.. maybe more staff.

Second day in a row buying iced capp and it taste disgusting!!! I called and they told me that it's a new batch that it has a "slightly" different taste.. slightly?? It's sooo yucky. It has no coffee flavor at all. It's like a Caramel flavor. Yuck
Honestly gotta be the worst timmies in ottawa if you want a good sandwich and iced coffee DO NOT come here or if you do dont expect what you're used to at a timmies take some time and head to the manotick timmies far better service and quality
Please avoid going to this Tim Hortons, save yourself the time and frustration and go to the drive thru down the street at the Esso gas station. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and not well trained, not to mention it looks messy and dirty.
Always a long wait as there's only ever one cashier with no one running the orders; garbage bins full; pitiful pastry selection mid day and again at night and very little seating. Save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere.
They only have one cash open and the lines go out the door, the location is too small for being in barrhaven (with lots of people), they never have anything you ask for because they always run out. It's such a trash location.
Service was absolutely excellent. Davido was wonderful and made sure to go out of his way to make sure all the customers were satisfied even though it was extremely busy. Thank you so much, great team work and great service.
I tend to get attitude from this location and they don't seem to be great at special instructions. I've given them enough chances and will most likely stick to Starbucks and McDonald's when I'm in that area again.
Place is small, no drive through and seemed under stocked for a Saturday morning. Service was slow and I witnessed them tell several customers they were out of something ex: hash browns, tropical fruit smoothie
I love the grilled cheese sandwich. And old fashioned chocolate doughnuts. But being a vegetarian i can order alot of stuff. I would really appreciate. If they could increase the number of vegitarian entries.
Slow service even when there is 5 people visibly on, staff poorly trained on system. check your order before you leave, because it’s most likely wrong. Very slow at taking orders, and for food wait times.
Its a standard tim horton restaurant ....hot coffee and friendly service.

Food was delicious, service was good except I feel bad that there was only one employee working the entire Tim Hortons. There was also barely any pastries left, but that makes sense as it was 7:30pm.
a small Tim Horton for the neighbourhood. very nice employee, and they are trying hard to help everyone asap. i believe they will gain experience once being given enough time. keep up the good work!
Very disorganized. I had to repeat my order multiple times, but they still messed it up. One person was making all the food while the others were picking their noses. Don’t bother with this Tim’s.
Great coffee, very kind service and amazing food, as usual! The only thing I would say is maybe have a bit more staff to handle the big rushes u guys get so you can get the best rating possible!
Great staff. Manager heard us asking staff about the area near by as we were new to the area and had a quick chat about the places to visit. Great service. Order received quick and accurate.
This place is very small, and can get very crowded. Line up was very slow to move

We where all so happy when Tim Hortons came to are nieghborhood. Counters are not full. So may times I would go at night nothing in the counters. Always have to go somewhere else. Not happy
Nice Tim Hortons location, albeit on the small side and with limited food selection after the early evening. Staff is friendly and the location is well kept and a pleasure to eat at.
Recently it is pretty easy for them to mess up with mobile order. It is highly possible that you will get what you don’t order.

The most busy Timmy's I've ever visited. No drive through. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Very small. Few tables. Garbages overflowing. Likely will not return to this location.
It was a little understaffed when i was there so it took a little while to have someone take my order. However, my sandwich came super quick and everyone was friendly.
Awful staff, service and product quality. How can Tim Hortons allows operators to damage their brand like that?

No staff no drive Through,no sense of urgency or customer service. Can't find the sleeves they hide the napkins, never any donuts in stock. This location is garbage.
Excellent customer service from the manager. A young boy who solved a problem I had with my iced capp. He told me to come back and he offered to re-do it for free.
I never go on to write food reviews, but me and my bud were so impressed how good our farmers wrap and crispy chicken bacon wrap were that this was worth my time.
The young lady at the counter was amazing. Alone, and faced with a bunch of customers who had no power at home, she was smiley, friendly, and made our day.
I love this Timmies for having no drive thru but there is no space to lineup when you walk in! The counter is a few feet from the door. Awkward setup.
Very bad customer service they have, talks rudely with customers, shows racism towards customers. Very bad experience today morning after 7 am.
It's super slow all the time because there's no drive thru here. It's the closest one but rather drive a bit farther to have faster service
Other than being slow as molasses at this location their ok. Only issue i have is that they dont tell you when your mobile order is ready.
Food of course is typical of any Tim hortons but they fall short in two areas. Congested sitting space Below average customer service
