How do I accurately articulate my disappointment and frustration? Channeling my inner old man for a moment, I would have to say that the motley crew staffing this location were more interested in goofing off than completing and order accurately. The supervisor was clearly very experienced as they knew precisely where to hide in such a small location. I may be wrong about hiding ... perhaps it was camouflage. Either way, the customer experience was definitely not great. Topping it off, they manged to give the the wrong wrap, adding insult to injury (which at a hospital is perhaps a secondary goal of this Tims).

You’d think for a hospital setting that the place would care for both regular customers, hospital staff, and patients alike but that is truly not the case, after buying a meal of my own, attempting to replace an order attempting to clean the mess made the very rude Tim Hortons worker begins to call my mother names and tells her to “mind her own business” along with other words I won’t place here. Truly a horrible experience. I hope this worker gets fired and will not be allowed to service any hospital restaurants with this kind of attitude towards customers.

I was at the Tim Horton’s in the General Hospital today. I was the only customer they had in line and they managed to take almost 10 minutes to make 3 drinks. Staff was in the back laughing where I can visibly see them across the counter. I had to ask 3 separate times before they even started making my drinks. There was one young man who made my chili cheese wedges that was kind enough to try to speed them along. I am all for young kids having jobs but they should be putting their work first and I would hate to be a manager paying kids to fool around.

The food was always great seeing it is a hospital and they are always so busy. Their employees are always so nice but Neema,who works mornings, is exceptional. she is one of the best employees I have ever seen anywhere. She is hard working, so personable and friendly. She always remembered my order and always said hello even when she was run off her feet! She does this Tim’s proud.

The staff here are very nice but the quality of the drinks are terrible especially in the morning. I've tried drinks here and thought they were disgusting and just thought it was a bad new flavor then tried them in a different location and they're fine. Stuff tastes bitter and gross. Can't even finish a lot of the drinks I buy. Especially iced coffees, tastes like black coffee and water, no matter how much cream and sugar are in it

Covid precautions are not being followed one man had the mask not over his nose and at one point he took it off completely talking to a customer less then a metre away. they also cut corners wherever possible they dont cut bagels in half, mix drinks poorly and don't put tea sleeves on hot drinks. they take advantage of the fact theres no other options at nights and weekends for food.

I just had someone tell me that there is barely any cream cheese on my begal because, and I quote "you ordered it with cream cheese and butter, it must have melted into the begal", if you screw up, admit it and make it right, don't blame it on the customers order, especially when the customer is clearly in a hurry.

Came for an early morning MRI, wanted a tea/bagel and saw this location wad marked as 24 hours 7 days a week. Was disappointed to find it locked and shuttered at 3am. I don't mind locations being closed, but had their hours been accurately reported I would have stopped at another location first!

Just wanted to give Linda and the rest of the hardworking staff at this location a shoutout. You guys are superstars, thank you for keeping me well caffeinated. Linda especially took the time to get to know my name and make me feel like a valued customer. Keep it up, I appreciate you all!

Good experience. Things were done well. Staff were friendly and courteous. It can be very busy as its in the Hospital, but if you have some patience, you'll get Tim's stuff.... albeit sometimes when rushing there are messy orders etc... but overall great experience

One of our five in average is served wrong, such as wrong size or wrong recipes of coffee or totally unrelated items. Super slow service. Sometime it takes more than 30 minutes for mobile order. Most mobile orders take longer than in line. Terrible.

Still understaffed. Busy on most weekends. Days is a bit dicey, usually busy as well. But the staff working night shift is awesome, he'll have your order out in 2 min flat. The mobile ordering helps when it works.
